I love it here. The staff is always friendly, dr Keith Koga always is very patient and honest with me and answers any questions I may have and doesn’t make me feel rushed. Vanessa, the beautiful young woman who works the reception desk, is always friendly, accommodating and just so sweet, very pleasant to talk to! She explains things very well, especially with charges I don’t understand or any insurance information that can be very confusing to me, she has a great way of breaking it down so I completely understand what and why I’m being charged. I very much appreciate this office for their resourcefulness and communication. I’m also very happy with my teeth and how much healthier my oral health feels. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

Dr. Koga does an amazing job of staying proactive with dental health. He has a unique focus on periodontal health and offers an involved treatment plan to identify early and prevent perio issues that could lead to something worse down the road. He also keeps up on all the evolving dental health and technology, so you will only get the latest and greatest from this office. His staff is always really welcoming and sweet, you will love getting to chat with Diedre and Vanessa in the front. The hygienist staff are all so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable as well. Between the hygienists and Dr. Koga, you will always know what’s going on with your teeth and gums and all the science behind it too. Very interesting and makes you feel involved In the whole process.

I’ve always been apprehensive about dental work because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. But, Dr. Koga and his team are so awesome at explaining the procedures and taking their time. Dr. Koga ALWAYS asks if you’re feeling any pain or if you’re ok. I’ve never felt any pain or discomfort during any of my procedures. Dr. Koga and his team are thorough, friendly, gentle, and their technology is modern. Of all the years we’ve traveled the world serving in the military, and the countless dentists I’ve seen, Dr. Koga is the absolute best, hands down. I feel like no matter where the military takes us, I’m always going to wait to come here to get all my dental work done. That’s how much confidence I have in Dr. Koga and his team.

I’ve been going to Doctor Koga since I was little. I remember I was always excited to go to the dentist because the people were so nice and I would get a toy when I was done. When I was young I was pushed into a poll and half of my front tooth was gone, the very first thing in the morning I was in his chair getting it fixed. Now that I’m older I still love going, they still have a big smile when they see you walk in and they’re more than accommodating. Dr. Koga and his staff are always nice and answer any questions you might have. I would recommend Dr. Koga to everyone.

What do you do when you when you’re looking for a dentist!?? You ask google. Looking through a numerous list of dentist, I happened to come across Dr. Koga. Needless to say, hands down, the best choice I’ve made. My first visit was for my cleaning. Nora was awesome. She always asked if I was ok or was in pain while she was doing her cleaning. I was in and out and no pain at all. I hope to see her again in 6 months. Thank you Nora for the great service. I went in for my second and third visit for my crown replacement. Lovelyn and Ren assisted in the process. They have also made my visit pleasant. Thank you for the painless process. I hope to have you again for my follow up. I can’t forget about Jill. She also was great. She explained in a dumb down language of the administrative side. She explained what my insurance covered and options to reduce out of pocket expenses which I have never had to worry before coming from active duty. Dr. koga… thank you for the great experience. The pleasant greeting, painless procedure and in-depth explanation was all so helpful in finding my primary care. By the way, the new crown turned out great. I’ll see you for the other replacement soon. Thank you Dr. koga, Nora, lovelyn, ren and Jill for everything.

My previous dentist was okay, but didn’t seem like he was very proactive about caring for my teeth. I was looking for someone who was up to date on the latest dental procedures and was also close to my home. I found Dr. Koga in the same Aiea building as my previous dentist and made an appointment for a consultation. Dr Koga is gentle, knowledgeable and proactive about my oral health. I trust him to notice issues that may be a problem in my mouth and advise me about my options. I highly recommend Dr. Koga and his entire professional staff.

My Dad worked overtime to pay for my braces so I could have, as he said, a million dollar smile. Sadly, despite informing my previous dentist over a 30+ year period of sensitive teeth and possible shifting of my teeth, he always gave me a thumbs up after my semiannual checkups. A cracked tooth initiated my search for a new dentist, and I called the office of Dr. Keith Koga with Dental Innovations. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, “The term innovation may refer to both radical and incremental changes to products, processes or services. The often unspoken goal of innovation is to solve a problem….” Dr. Keith Koga and his staff at Dental Innovations clearly demonstrate “innovations”, through their use of modern technology and social media, without sacrificing the old fashion values of care, courtesy, and top-notch professional service. As a brand new patient, his staff squeezed me in to accommodate me. A few days later, Dr. Koga met me at his office, on his day off, to help me with a non-emergency tooth procedure. On subsequent visits, he demonstrated thoughtful considerations to solve my problems, and worked diligently to save my root before having to refer me to specialist. Through his patient and friendly hygienists and assistants, I learned how to care for my teeth properly with the recommended toothbrush, toothpaste, flossing methods, and use of a water pick. Dr. Koga always greets me with a friendly smile and a warm handshake. He has taken me on a journey, through a deprogrammer, root canal work, crowns, Invisalign, and soon veneers, to restore my teeth to a healthy state, and the smile my Dad worked so hard for. Dr. Keith Koga and his staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Koga has been my dentist for a long time and I’m not planning on switching dentists any time soon. I’ve referred my friends who were looking for a dentist and they all thank me for the referral. His easy-going manner makes going to the dentist not as bad as it could be. He’s located in the Pearlridge Bank of Hawaii building and there’s lots of free parking.
