By far the best dentist experience of my life! Dr. Turner was extremely attentive and my fillings didn’t hurt AT ALL like they have every time before. She was very transparent and caring towards me. I felt very comfortable. The way she treats her staff is also extremely caring and thoughtful. I totally recommend her!!

I had not been to a dentist in a long time and got referred to Dr Turner by a friend so i took the recommendation and made an appointment, Prior to my appt i got a call confirming my appointment and I looked forward to going when I arrived i was buzzed into a really nice office area sign and filled out papers for my visit and 20 minutes in was called to begin what I sincerely could say was a very pleasant visit since i had not been in a while I had xrays and a full exam and had my cleaning done and then had the privilege of seeing and consulting with Dr Turner for my treatment plan I have no insurance so i had to pay cash my visit was pleasant and i got the confidence i needed to get my dental work done.

I can’t say enough about the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff. I was able to book a same day appointment and get my issue resolved. I was told the office would be closed over the holidays. I was experiencing some discomfort from my procedure and was able to call the office number and actually speak not to an answering service but Kelli Turner, DDS. I can’t say enough kind words about the level of service I have been provided.

I’m so grateful I found Dr. Turner and her team when I did! My teeth and gums were definitely worse for wear after a couple years of poor hygiene and few cleanings, but the hygienist went straight to work. My teeth haven’t been cleaned that thoroughly in years! I really appreciated her attention to detail. Plus, her positive attitude helped me feel far less despondent about the state of my mouth. After Dr. Turner examined my teeth, she fully explained the work I needed done, and clearly answered all my questions about the crown procedure. My crown prep became more involved than anticipated, but she thoroughly explained her new course of action. When the temporary crown hurt a few days later, she fit me right in for an adjustment, even though I was due back in just two days for some fillings. As a scientist (and inquisitive person in general), it always means the world to me when a professional takes the time and effort to explain their actions. The compassion with which Dr. Turner treats her patients is the icing on the cake! Side note: the billing process has been extremely transparent–there have been no unpleasant surprises at checkout. I’ve received quite accurate estimates before all procedures. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Turner and her team!

I was visiting from out of town and unexpectadly, needed a procedure and I could not be happier that I found Dr. Kelli’s office! Everyone in their office is extremely kind and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Kelli and her staff did a fantastic job and they really know how to treat a patient with care. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I can’t thank them enough for helping me through such a tough day!
