Been going here for a little over a year now and love it. Used to hate the dentist, but now it’s not bad at all. Bri at the front desk is great, always friendly and super helpful. I arrived a little early and she still got me in right away, no wait at all. And then Meghan does a superb job on cleaning. She is super kind and really makes it a great experience. Pretty much most of the staff is super friendly and great. I doubted the dentist could be anything but terrible, but they definitely changed my mind. Also, the price is reasonable! Definitely surpassed my expectations, especially with my opinion of dentist offices going in. Would absolutely recommend in the SB area.

The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and caring and Dr. Kendall never tries to “sell me” on anything I don’t need. The office is really nice and they use state of the art equipment. Dr. Kendall and her team actually makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. First things first… they are professional and have the most state of the art equipment. The offices are new, clean and comfortable. Lastly, not only is Dr. Kendall the best… her team is equally amazing. Even going in for something as simple as a routine teeth cleaning is something to look forward to with them. They are friendly, positive, upbeat, kind, warm & gentle. Everyone gives each client personalized service from Erin who greets you at the door or over the phone and Jeannette, their dental hygienist who has a featherlight touch when giving you one to one with her exceptional detail services. Including Tracy who deals with the billing services plus the other hats she wears with a smile on her face and her demeanor! Including all of the wonderful dentist who promote collaboration as they also provide each client with one to one attention in providing plan of care for each client and their needs and wants.

I found Dr. Kendall through yelp and can confirm that I had a great experience! Everyone was friendly, from the reception staff to dental technicians and Dr. Kendall. They have up-to-date technology and Dr. Kendall explained exactly what she was seeing during the teeth exam. As someone with a phobia of needles, I appreciate that they use a laser to numb the area should I ever need a filling or some other work done. I’m a UCSB grad student and they take Gaucho health insurance. 5 stars

Really fantastic people and place. Dr. Kendall is kind and thoroughly explains your tooth health and what to be careful of. I’ve had a teeth cleaning with both Jeanette and Meagan and both are very kind and knowledgeable (also great to chat with). I previously had a bad experience with a dentist that wanted to do a lot of unneeded fillings, but here I feel I can trust that they will do what is best for my oral health. It’s not within my insurance network but it’s completely worth the extra cost: you get what you pay for. The laser filling is much less stressful and a huge bonus for a person with a lot of dental anxiety. Highly recommend.

Anyone that knows me knows that I have a deep adversion about going to the dentist. Several bad experiences and watching Marathon Man as a child left me this way. A friend suggested I try Kendall, Rohde, & Assoc so I did. I have to say it was the most amazing experience at a dentist I’ve ever had. The cleaning by the dental hygienist was the gentlest, not to mention thorough, I’ve ever had. I was impressed with the X-ray technology and the dentist was very knowledge and thorough as well. I was waiting for the “upsell” that I’ve experienced at other dental groups but it never came, just great advice and a well thought out plan moving forward. I highly recommend this amazing team!

I received great service. Going to the dentist is usually a challenging experience for me. I have a hyper sensitive gag reflex which makes me dread going. Dr. Kelly was aware of this. She was understanding and did all that she could to not activate my reflex by working around the places that activate it. I had to get a filing in the back of my mouth this is the first time a dentist was able to fill my tooth without me gaging. She did an excellent job with my dental work keeping me informed of what she was doing along the way. The office is beautiful and I received great customer service at the front desk as well. The staff is very friendly!!

I hate to say how awesome this office is, because it will be like Yelping how great your favorite food truck is and then suddenly the line is a mile long. So don’t make me regret this review… This dentist, Kelly Kendall? She is fantastic. I have been seeing her for about 8 years, and even though I moved an hour south a couple years ago, I still drive to see only her. She is that good. I spoke so highly of her to my wife that she started going there, too, and understands why I was so ga-ga. Dr. Kendall has patience, knowledge, and skill. And she and everyone on staff there is really really nice. But don’t start crowding the place up when I need an appt.

When we moved to SB – our doctors did not. We were lucky enough to time appts to when we traveled back which really delayed the inevitable. I asked around and was referred to Dr. Kendall. Cindy was able to schedule appointments quickly and fit us in. The whole process is painless b/c the paperwork is done ahead of time – and via their internet portal – which saves paper (and whomever has to read my bad handwriting). I brought the kiddies for their first dentist appointment – scared for no reason other than old wives tales, we walked in, flustered as we were late, and dreading ear piercing screams of children….but we were met with friendly staff. I mean not normal for SB friendly. They took the time to literally explain EVERYTHING – all the equipment, the furniture, the process. Gave them choices for what flavors they wanted for the polish. Explained beforehand what they were going to do, the equipment, had them touch the equipment. This put the kiddos at ease before the procedure started. Now my kid has asked that we go every week, and he wants us to install Mr. Thirsty at home. And our entire family goes to this practice. They are efficient and time conscious. I love it.

I am so happy that I found this place as my dentistry. Both my wife and myself are completely thrilled with the service we have received. The location is convenient, the staff are AMAZING and the office is so clean. We won’t be going anywhere else. Side note for whoever may wonder. I did have some pain during a procedure due to not having taken very good care of my teeth in the past. When I did have the pain the doctor adjusted the tool and when the pain continued she numbed the area very well. In the past I always felt guilty mentioning any pain or discomfort. Somehow the environment was so comfortable at this office that I actually felt comfortable mentioning it.
