I’ve been going to Dr. Ho and Dr. Brandon for years. They and all the staff are awesome! I’ve had cleanings, fillings, crowns, and gum work done, and they recently made me a night guard to prevent teeth grinding. They are extremely gentle, even with novocaine shots, and I really appreciate how they explain what they are going to do both before they start work and also as they are working. Hearing about the procedure as they are doing it is not only interesting but it gives me something to focus on. The hygienists are also highly skilled and gentle. Everyone in the office is friendly and polite. I highly recommend them!

I have had a lifelong fear of the dentist since I was a child where I had traumatic teeth pulling experiences. I used to put off going to the dentist for years until my front tooth started cracking. I went to a dentist close to work and he told me he was going to have to pull it! I totally freaked out and asked friends for recommendations to get a second opinion. Dr. Ho came highly recommended and when I went to see him, he was so gentle and kind and told me he could save my front tooth. He explained everything in detail, showed me pictures of my teeth and even drew a picture of how he’d fix my tooth. He is very skilled and compassionate and I no longer dread going to the dentist!!  He has since fixed two cavities for me and because of his calm, patient nature, it was a total breeze.  Dr. Ho is the best and I recommend him to everyone I know. He is a true god send and I’m SO lucky he’s my dentist. I can’t say enough great things about him. Thank you Dr. Ho!!

This review is for Dr. Brandon Ho. Dr. Kenneth Ho also works at the office and is always very professional saying hi! I have had great experiences so far at Dr. Ho’s. The first time I came, I was able to get an appointment on short notice and the staff were really nice about helping me out; they were patient and friendly from the time I called to when I was in the office. Everything in the office was/is clean and well organized. He was able to diagnose my tooth pain quickly and treated me immediately. Dr. Ho is always very engaging and has really gained my trust. His suggestions for my dental work always felt like they were centered on the goals I had and my needs. I now have an implant after a previously failed root canal (from a different dentist), and will be going to see Dr. Ho for the crown. My visits have always been on time and prompt. Everything just feels organized and efficient there! Very private and Dr. Ho always makes sure I’m comfortable and seems to understand how awkward it is having work done in the mouth. Great experiences and highly recommended to all my family! I’ve referred friends here and they’ve had only positive experiences too.

The dentist’s dentist. Before you think that this is a biased review, please know that I have no incentives writing this (if anything, it would be taking patients away from myself as a fellow general practitioner). I simply want to recognize their quality of care and I happily refer patients to their office. I know their work can be trusted. I am a dentist myself and Drs. Kenneth Ho and Brandon Ho serve as my personal dentists. All things considered (office staff, professionalism, cleanliness, organization, ease of delivery anesthesia/confort, office environment, etc), think about what another dentist would look for when they need work themselves – what ultimately boils down as the most important factors? Clinical skills and quality of work. Imagine dentistry as sculptural art, and dentists as the artists. Like artists, some people are simply gifted with a natural talent to visualize and produce masterpieces without much effort. Similarly, Drs. Kenneth Ho and Brandon Ho both possess a natural talent of visualization and hand-eye coordination that automatically puts them at a higher level of skill than many others who need to build it up after years of practice. I have personally worked with both Drs. Kenneth Ho and Brandon Ho on humanitarian outreach programs to Guatemala and El Salvador and have seen their work firsthand. They exhibit the same love for their work and compassion as they do with their patients in their office. There’s a reason other dentists too choose them as their personal dentists (I’m not alone). If that isn’t enough, knowing firsthand what goes on working in the mouth, there are many factors to delivering true, top notch care, and they exhibit all of these: – Ethical, conservative diagnosis: ever wonder why one doctor might say you have 10 cavities and another says you only have 2? They aren’t aggressive to pursue treatment or manipulative with insurance practices
– Honesty: they’re happy to explain the treatment, discuss pros and cons, and they won’t try to convince you to pursue treatment unless they know it needs to be addressed – Clinical skills: as mentioned above, they possess natural abilities that few dentists have and sets them above many others in the field – Patient: they take the due diligence to ensure quality work is done right and don’t rush All that being said, their office is top notch, with a friendly and courteous staff, and has even served as a model template for many graduating dentists of the USC Dental School. If you seek high quality care with a warm, friend practitioners to boot, please do yourself a service to see them and you’ll understand why they have earned all their awards and maintain a consistent 5-star rating.

Moving over 3000 miles away can be tough enough, getting used to knowing new surroundings, new people and finding a new doctor and dentist. I’m glad to have found Dr. Ken and Dr. Brandon. I have been a patient here for the last 4 years and I absolutely love how personal the experience is when I go to their office. The staff is extremely friendly and I feel like they appreciate you being a patient there and you are made to feel welcome and part of a closely knit family. They explain all procedures and present your options to you in a clear format. I feel very comfortable with them and trust them with the care of my teeth!

Dr Brandon Ho is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is passionate about dentistry, and passionate about the quality of his work and it shows! He is gentle, he thoroughly explains everything before he does it/ as he goes (depending on how much information you want) and he never tries to “up-sell” you to purchase treatments or cosmetic dentistry unlike other dentists who are looking to make a profit. He has showed me where subpar work was done by a prior dentist, yet he has also been conservative in waiting to change it so long as it if he felt it was still doing an adequate job. What a difference having him for a dentist has made. I start getting really nervous like usual and then I remember “Stop it. You know he won’t hurt you”. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been going to Drs. Ho for many years. I’ve never tried any other dentists. I’ve never had to. I hear of a lot of people “dentist-shopping” and I wonder why.  Both doctors Kenneth Ho and Brandon Ho have worked on me, my wife, many friends and family. The dentists here are attentive and considerate and will make your visit as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. No swelling. No pain!! Drs. Ho are very gentle and soft spoken and always seem to remember what we talked about 6 months ago!. I’ve seen all the hygienists and they are all great. From the moment I walk in until the moment I leave I feel welcomed and very well taken care of unlike some of my other doctors’ offices where they barely look up to acknowledge you. They are truly a gem of an office! I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone who needs dental work, or a family dentist (for twice a year cleanings) to visit Drs. Kenneth Ho and Brandon Ho’s Office. Their staff are courteous, patient, gentle, and professional. Most importantly the dentists are knowledgeable, experienced, skillful and offer the most reasonable way at combating dental problems (unlike other salesmen types in the business). Highly recommend this practice to anyone! Hands down the best dentists out there!

I have been to a couple of dentists throughout my life. The reason I have settled here is because of the people who work here and they make my smile look great! Once you come to this dentist office you are treated like family. The staff here are the nicest people I’ve ever met. The office staff and the dental nurses are very professional and knowledgeable. They all smile and are very polite, warm and sincere.  The two best I want to point out that run this place is Dr. Brandon Ho. These two are the best at what they do. I hear they have studied at USC Dental school and they teach there as well. I hear Brandon was Valedictorian in his years at USC. Father and Son work well together and their smiles are contagious. They have the patience to explain everything to you and you will feel at peace when you’re in their hands!  I have been going here for about 5 years now. They understand the customer time, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to get in the chair to get worked on, you know how other doctors offices make you wait more than 30 minutes. A cleaning is fast too, 30 minutes max. They do amazing work here, check out my grill anytime!
