If your looking for a great Orthodontist you can not go wrong with Kai Orthodontics. It is a family business his daughter and son have come to go in to business with their dad! They have an office off McKee and one in Campbell on Bascom. They are so great to work with and really listen to the patients and what they are hoping to achieve and want to look like in the end. Can’t say enough good things about them! My daughter was very nervouse and Dr Kai Sr. put her right at ease. They have gone through some office changes and its only gotten better. My children now have amazing smiles thanks to Dr Kai! To those who said he “lectures” let me say that it is his way of giving back and he acutally teaches students and Dr’s in other countries the techniques they may not have had an opportunity to learn other wise. He does donate his time how is that wrong. I would question if the one who stated he needed braces again if he even wore his retainers as anyone with braces know you HAVE to wear them all the time or your teeth shift.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kai for several years since my dental work is more complicated then the norm. Dr Kenneth Kai, Dr. Lisa Kai and Dr. Marcus Kai are all very knowledgeable, attentive and caring with their patients. They always address all of my questions and concerns. The money spent for a great smile as the end result with excellent service and patient care is well worth the value. On top of this the staff are friendly, especially Juanita who is always prompt in helping me with my insurance questions. Thank you for such great patient care.

I had a great experience with them using Invisalign.   Price was very reasonable.  They were very patient and honest during the consulting process. Appointments were always smooth.  More of the clients are children but I did see adult patients like myself there.  They have a great electronic appointment system that makes the process easy.  Staff is really nice and fun to talk to.  The office is very comfortable and they have free water in the waiting room.   Parking is easy.   Dr. Kai is really good and very patient when explaining things.   All in all, I am really happy I chose them.

No regrets going to Dr. Kai. He was recommended by my dentist cousin for my daughter and niece. His clinic is state of the art and Dr. Kai is very abreast with the latest orthodontic technology. The clinic staff and assistants are all corteous and professional. Because of our great experience with him taking care of my daughter’s teeth in braces for more than two years, we also highly recommend him. I believe Dr. Kai comes from a family of orthodentists/dentists.

I was referred to Dr. Marcus Kai by my dentist. Being the type of person I am, I like to get several opinions so I know what my options are. After 3 consultations with different orthodontists, I can see why my dentist referred me to Dr. Kai. He is extremely gentle, thorough, and takes his time with you. He also has a very calming factor that puts you at ease. At my second consultation with Dr. Kai, he went over my treatment options, Braces vs. Invisalign, and what the difference would be between the two. To my surprise, he was not the most expensive one either. They also offer flexible payment options. His new office in Campbell is amazing! It’s not like any other office I’ve been to. It’s clean, modern, and high tech. The staff there are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Kai to everyone.

The best service to the most problematic patient, yours truly.  Kai Orthodontist answered all my questions and concern before the procedure.  They held my hands throughout the whole process and they are very thorough with what they do.  If I had to fix my grill again (hopefully not) I will go back to Kai orthodontist no questions ask.

The team at Kai Orthodontics has been taking care of my son, who was born with a cleft palate, since he was about 3 weeks old. He’s been in great hands here for the last 9 years! Now let’s hope my son won’t mess up all their hard work playing ice hockey!

I have been doing invisalign with Dr. Kai for the last year and a half or so and am so so happy with my experience. My smile looks 100 times better and i am astonished every time i look in the mirror at how straight my teeth are. Dr. Kai and his staff have made this whole experience easy from start to finish and are incredibly helpful and supportive. I was nervous to get any type of braces as an adult but the people on this orthodontic team have been nothing short of incredible. The staff are personable, professional, and so sweet, and Dr. Kai is very knowledgable in his craft, was happy to take the time to answer my many questions, and a wonderful doctor to work with. If anyone is looking for an orthodontist for themselves or their family I can’t recommend this place enough!

My son has been seeing Dr. Kai for the last couple of years and we couldn’t be happier with the treatment he is receiving. He’s currently in Phase 3 of his treatment (Phase 1 being the dreaded full-on wired Darth Vader look, Phase 2 a period of using a retainer while his back molars came in) and when it was time to discuss his Phase 3 options, he was offered Invisalign in lieu of another year or so of Darth Vader, which made him so happy. As an 8th grader, this makes a huge difference in his self-esteem, not to mention being easier to maintain (no fiddly flossing between wires). The office itself is located in a convenient location with ample parking, and is very modern and hygienic. The ladies at the front desk are always there to greet you and answer any questions you might have, and there is even complimentary water or Keurig coffee available in the waiting area, which is really nice for those longer appointments. Dr. Kai himself is also highly professional and friendly, always taking time to come out at the end of the appointment to have a quick chat and let me know what the latest developments in my son’s treatment are. I highly recommend Kai Orthodontics.
