I am not a fan of dentists; but, wow! when I visited Dr. Susan Ho on 5/7/18 for an infection that has emerged on my two molars post root canal years ago, I was never so impressed. Oh my God! First I was greeted by the staff in such a friendly manner, firm handshake, felt respected and important. I was offered yogurt of various kind, fresh fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and granola. There was organic tea, coffee etc. Then I was given a tour of the office by staff. They have the trends of latest dental technology. I was very impressed and I am not easily impressed at all. Dr. Ho is very professional, excellent bedmanners and knowledgeable. She made me so comfortable that I felt as if I have known her for years. What I appreciate the most is the concern she expressed about the condition of my molars/gum that were badly infected. (My regular dentist did not noted – what a shame!). Dr. Ho immediately took action – made arrangement for me to see an oral surgeon known to her for the following day (5/8/18) at 8:00 am. I followed up with my appointment this morning as planned. The surgeon and his staff were awesome. That’s another review in itself. I will be posting further reviews as my treatment continues with Dr. Ho for my implants. We need more doctors with strong work ethics, humility and compassion. Sad to say, but that is a rarity these days. Dr. Ho, may God continues to bless your practice.

I was very nervous going to the dentist since I had not been in some time. Dr. Oh is so nice and thoroughly explains everything she is doing. She makes wonderful suggestions and is very patient. I very much appreciated how carefully she evaluated my teeth and gums. I would suggest her to anyone who has been nervous about going to the dentist. The staff was quite friendly too. As an aside, as someone without dental insurance I was very happy with how transparent the front desk staff was in showing me estimates for cost of treatments.

Dr Ho is skilled and patient! She took time to perfect my restorations and thoroughly explained along the way. Her staff is pleasant, friendly, and professional. Marta the hygienist has the lightest touch and also very thorough. The use of the intra oral scanner is state of the art and very impressive. I highly recommend this dental office!

Dr. Ho and her staff are very professional, patient, and kind. I am always greeted by name when I walk into the office, which is bright, clean, and inviting. I had some very extensive procedures done and Dr. Ho always took the time to educate me and make sure I felt comfortable, even calling after hours to check on me. Marjorie is also great with coordinating insurance and providing appointment reminders. I highly recommend Kensington Natural Smiles.

I’m new to the area and needed a new dentist.  I picked Kensington Natural Smiles, with Dr. Ho, because I could walk there from my house.  I was delighted that Dr. Ho did a a thorough exam.  Her office is modern, with all the latest equipment.  She spent time with me and didn’t rush.  I’m so excited to have picked a great dentist to work with.

As a patient, I was a challenge because I am uncomfortable going to dentists. This practice is perfect for me or anyone who needs staff that are supportive. The staff is wonderful. The dentist is extremely good, uses good quality materials, and has a fantastic patient manner. The proof is that I have had measurable Improvement in my gum health, over the past year-and-a-half. In addition Dr Ho provided an implant, and I’m very impressed that she chose the Zimmer implant. Because I have to live with the implant, I am pleased that she uses quality materials. I recommend her to everybody. Also free parking.
