I called the office and Dr. Ortale was so compassionate, and caring about my situation. Alicia, also very sweet, was able to get me in for an appointment the same day. 5 STAR!! I’d give 10 if I could!! My family (husband, daughter and myself) have been going to Dr. Ortale for over 15 years. I have been working in the health care industry for over 34 years and consider Dr. Ortale in the top 1% of providers who are ethical, honest, caring, compassionate and concerned with a patients entire health, not just their teeth. My daughter is an adult with significant cognitive deficits and is also physically challenged and he and his amazing staff have been so wonderful each and every visit! We feel we are part of that “family!” We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Dr. Ortale one bit and we don’t! I recommend him every chance I get!

I moved here a year ago. It was quite overwhelming to find new Drs for everything. I was referred to North Point Dentristy. I am Extreamly happy that I found Dr Ortale. Dr Ortale puts me at ease is friendly and does fantastic work. My teeth were chipped and crooked not any more! I once again have a great smile. I’ve had bad work in the past, I started correcting it before I moved here. Dr Ortale has continued to fix my dental issues from the past with exceptional, quick and efficient work. The office staff is wonderful they are all like one big family. You can really tell that they are all happy with there work and take things very seriously and professionally.

Dr. Ortale is an awesome dentist who always takes special care in the work he does. I have recommended him to my friends and family due to the fact that he cares about his patients and the outcome of his work. He truly is a perfectionist at his trade. I have always been happy with the results of the work he has done on my teeth. I have confidence in my smile which is huge as I interact with people daily. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Kevin Ortale is the best. Even though I live here in Phoenix, I go back east a couple of times each year to visit family, and while there I see my old dentist. I had tried a couple of dentists here but found them to be dishonest. One of my friends had recommended Dr. Ortale recently, so when I chipped my front tooth I called his office at 2:30 pm and they were able to squeeze me in at 4:00 PM. He did an excellent job on my front tooth, you would never know where it was chipped. Won’t be needing my dentist back east now. I highly recommend Dr. Ortale, you will be making a great choice!

I’ve been going to Dr. Ortale for 12 years now and I actually look forward to going to my appointments. Everyone is so nice and it’s fun to catch up with everyone. Dr. Ortale is a great dentist and makes you feel comfortable and explains things to you in detail. I would recommend him and his friendly staff!

If you are looking for an excellent dentist who is honest and truly cares for his patients, you have found your guy! His work is detailed. I had many fillings, including some challenging composite fillings to my front teeth. They look natural and cohesive. I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Dr.Ortale and his entire staff create a great environment that makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.

Spent 3 or 4 years avoiding the dentist. Finally was forced to visit, and I’m glad I did. Dr. Ortale is a highly skilled dentist who knows his stuff. His chairside manner is great, and his staff is out of this world. My smile and teeth have never looked this great! Just what I needed to look great for my wedding! I really appreciate that he’s interested in building a long term relationship and strategy for my oral health.

Just had my first appointment. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and funny. I didn’t feel pressured into getting a lot of immediate work done. I appreciated Dr. Ortale’s clear explanation of work that I do need to have done.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Personable and Honest! Those are the key characteristics that come to mind to describe Dr. Ortale and his staff! I brought my daughter in for a filling after changing from our pediatric dentist now that she is a young teenager, and she was a little nervous; He put her mind at ease right away, made her feel very comfortable and did an excellent job on the filling! He also took the time to bring me back to explain and show me exactly what he was going to do and why. On the way home she smiled at me and said she totally trusts him and feels a lot better about needing any other dental work in the future – that speaks volumes for any mom! Let’s be honest, who loves going to the dentist? My whole life I’ve never been a fan of the different dentists I’ve come across. Today’s experience was one for the books. Not only is this a welcoming and friendly environment but Dr. Ortale is a knowledgeable and caring dentist. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I am a brand new patient of Dr. Ortale’s and just had my first appointment. I feel like I’ve been going there for years! Everyone was so kind, welcoming and FUNNY! I appreciate that he didn’t recommend a lot of work to be done immediately but instead prioritized and made sure I understood what needs to be done by showing me pictures.  I will recommend  Dr. Ortale to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Ortale and his staff have been taking care of me and my two children for the last 15 years. I’ve had a lot of complications with my teeth and have unfortunately been a case study for Dr. Ortale a couple of times. He has handled my difficulties with the utmost professionalism and has been excellent with my two kids. Most of all, Dr. Ortale has shown compassion for us not only in regards to dental hygiene but in our day to day living as well. He is quick to complement an accomplishment to my children that he might’ve seen on Facebook or just to ask a question about how our summer vacation went. I have been coming to North Point Dentistry for several years now.  I highly recommend them!  Dr. Ortale is great!  He’s professional, friendly, and only does what’s truly needed.  You can feel safe and confident about the dental work that you have done here.  His staff is great too!  They are all super friendly and personable.  It’s not often you can visit a doctor’s office where they remember your name and what you talked about the last time you visited.  If you’re looking for a new dentist, you won’t be disappointed with North Point Dentistry!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ortale for 15 years. He even gave me a job 15 years ago when I needed one- that said, I have been able to observe his ethics, moral compass and integrity. I’ve also seen his artistry. Being a dentist is more than just a check up every 6 months. I have seen him create beautiful smiles from very little to work with. I also know that he would never recommend a service that wasn’t truly needed. So here I am, a former employee, ( how many former employees still love their old boss?) still a patient. My husband and 2 teenagers are also patients. This man truly delivers exceptional service and beautiful smiles.

I had another great visit with Dr. Ortale and the ladies in the office when I went for a cleaning and check up today. Although I’ve only been going to Dr. Ortale for about a year, I have never felt that he has recommended work that didn’t really need to be done. The work I have had done this year has been of excellent quality and very reasonably priced.

I just had the chance to stop by in Dr. Ortale office for a cleaning  and regular check up and I always feel comfortable with the staff and Dr. Ortale. Such excellent and caring team. It’s been a pleasure getting treated when needed by Dr. Ortale. If you need help with your Dental, Dr. Ortale office is the best team. I 100% recommend it. Thank you for all you do.

Dr Ortale and his team are first class! Alicia on the front desk is super efficient and works to accommodate according to my schedule. Dr Ortale himself clearly cares about his patients and runs his office accordingly. We all have a certain level of apprehension going to the dentist but this team does everything to make it a super easy and comfortable experience. I am extremely satisfied with the work Dr. Ortale and his team have performed on my teeth. Not only is their quality of work excellent, but their customer service is outstanding. From my very 1st visit, everyone was communicative. Dr. Ortale went into detail creating a care plan and explaining each step of my treatment. I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist and explained my worries to the staff. They were reassuring and put my anxieties to ease with their excellent care. Best dentist and dental practice I have ever visited.

I have been a patient for 2 and a half years and have referred all my family and friends!!! My son unfortunately had to get a couple of fillings done recently and I was so comfortable and thankful for my experience. As a mother, it’s always hard to trust someone with your children but he reassured me and really took the time to explain things to me…he treated me and my son like we were family. His genuine care and concern for patients is what separates him from the rest!!

Dr Ortale is great with my son who is physically and mentally disabled. He treats him with respect and has won him over. My son does not like to lay back and have water sprayed in his mouth let alone have someone mess with cleaning his teeth. Dr Ortale is patient and reassuring so my son lets him clean his teeth.  Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
