I had braces at 19, but due to lack of wearing a retainer and my wisdom teeth coming in, knocked them all out of aliment again. Dr Kimball saved the day. I got the Damon system and what a difference in experiences! The brackets were clear on top and very comfortable, the metal brackets on the bottom were nice and small. And best of all, pain was so minimal even after an adjustment. A few teeth were sore here and there but NOT my whole mouth like the first time. And the results? AMAZING. My teeth look and feel perfect!! Anyone who wants straight teeth, this is the place to go. I only recommend this Orthodontist office. Great staff, two locations and a they create wonderful smiles. I would get them on again if needed because I know it wont be a horrible and painful experience like when I was a teenager on the late 90s. Get started on a better smile, you will not regret it.

Dr. Kimball and his office staff are incredible! They are caring and professional and always helpful. My daughter went to Dr. Kimball for braces a couple of years ago and we are so pleased with the results. Her teeth look beautiful! Every appointment with Dr. Kimball was handled quickly and efficiently. New appointments were always set at a time that worked with our schedule. It is a pleasure to go to Dr. Kimball’s office because everyone is so friendly. Thank you Dr. Kimball!

I highly recommend that you take your child to Dr. Kimball!  He is simply “The Best!”  His team is phenomenal, kind and so supportive!   My daughter’s teeth are “perfect!”  We drove up from San Diego for our appointments because Dr. Kimball and his team are that good!   They offer great snacks and Icees, too!  You won’t be let down and you will be beyyyond satisfied.  My daughter has beautiful teeth and a beautiful smile and we can only thank Dr. Kimball and his team for that!!

What a wonderful experience. I “interviewed” 4 Orthodontists in the area before choosing Dr. Kimball & his team. Dr. Kimball had the best price and also a plan that was the least invasive. The kids occasionally get to spin a point wheel (if they’re doing what’s asked, brush, floss, wear their rubber bands, etc.) and they accumulate points for special rewards at the end of treatment !! They usually have a sweet treat for the kids and/or siblings in waiting area and water or hot chocolate, coffee and tea for the adults too. We received notch service from start to finish. Financing was easy and affordable. All the gals in the office are so nice and always make you feel at home and very comfortable. Come to Kimball first, you will be impressed.

Dr. Kimball and the staff are always smiling, friendly, and most of all very professional. My kids get excited when they find out we are headed there for an appointment. They love all the extras like the video games, cookies and hot chocolate, “Mom likes it too”! From the moment you walk in the door you feel such positivity from staff and patients alike. I am so happy we chose Dr. Kimball, as our many years of orthodontic visits have been such a pleasant experience!

Its not often I’m driven to write a good review, but my experience so far has completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in the front door, I have felt like a valued customer. The office is very nice, beyond what I would expect from a dentist office, the computers and machinery is clean and new, and everything is well organized. Without even talking to anyone, I knew I could trust the service here. Talking to the staff only made me feel more comfortable, and welcome.  My consult was fast and informative, and I didn’t get the feeling that I was being sold anything I didn’t need. The staff is friendly and has (on 2 occassions) stayed a little late to accommodate my busy schedule. The actual braces have been painless and without problem, making me wonder why I have heard so many negative things about having braces. I would highly reccomend Dr. Kimball to anyone entertaining the idea of getting braces.

Dr. Kimball put my second set of braces on my teeth when I was 61-years-old.  I was nervous to go through the process that I had been through as a teenager once again.  He assured me he could make my smile beautiful again within 12-18 months and he delivered on his promise.  The staff was always so friendly and professional, always on time and made it easy and comfortable to complete my treatment.  It was a pleasure to have Dr. Kimball as my Orthodontist again.  His father was my orthodontist when I was a teenager.  What a coincidence!  Thanks Dr. Kimball and staff for the great treatment!

We were always very comfortable with Dr. Kimball and his staff. My 2 daughters completed Phase 1 before we moved out of the area. The results are beautiful! My oldest daughter has gone on to Phase 2 with another Ortho in our new area. Her treatment has been much easier because of the careful work done by Dr. Kimball. My second daughter’s mouth is nicely aligned and will only need cosmetic straightening once all her adult teeth are in. We were very pleased with the treatment plan and services recieved and would happily recommend Dr. Kimball to anyone in need of orthodontia.

As a new patient evaluating various orthodontic offices, my timid nine year old felt comfortable and confident about using this office and team of professionals.  As a parent with schedule constraints, I especially appreciate the availability of office appointments in comparison to other orthodontists we used that had limited availability which ended up prolonging the treatment period.  The staff and office are very professional & my son is excited about the incentive program, a great idea.

We have been going to Dr. Kimball for years. He came highly recommended through mutual friends. He has done an amazing job with my girls. My daughter Tiffany had a severe stage 4 underbite that he corrected through braces. First stage completed today for my younger daughter Gia. Thank you for all you do Dr. Kimball and staff!! 5 stars all the way!!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Kimball for over 3 years. When we were told by her dentist that she was going to need braces, Dr. Kimball came very highly referred from several sources. During her first appointment we were told that my daughter wasn’t quite ready for braces so we should come back in six months to check again. I was so impressed with Dr. Kimball because he put the needs of his patient first. After another six months, we were told again that she wasn’t ready. However, six months after that, the time had come to put the braces on. Dr. Kimball’s staff was so helpful in providing the information I needed regarding the braces and payment plans. Dr. Kimball and his staff are always so friendly and helpful. It has been a pleasure to see them for my daughter’s appointments. Her top braces were removed this month (hurray!) and we’re hoping her bottom braces will be taken off next month. I truly appreciate all the care and time that Dr. Kimball and his staff have put into my daughter’s treatment and ensuring a perfect smile!

We bring our 10 year old daughter to Kimball Orthodontics and it has always been a great experience. The kids love to come, even my younger son enjoys going, and they do a wonderful job of making it a memorable and fun place to be. My daughter’s teeth look so much better, they did a wonderful job! My daughter loves to tell people about how awesome Dr Kimball is! Thank you all for making it such a great experience for our family!

I waited 20 years to get braces and I picked Kimball orthodontics for many reasons, but it wasn’t until I met Dr. Kimball that I realized I was in good hands. He has two separate locations one in Laguna Niguel and the other in Laguna Beach and they are absolutely beautiful and the staff matches the scenery. I’ve always been treated with nothing but respect and I’ve always been greeted with nothing less than a smile or laughter. Aside from both offices being immaculate they are in my opinion one of the most technologically advanced orthodontics offices I’ve ever stepped foot in, I have two sisters lol. I could not speak more highly of the staff or of Dr. Kimball, they are nothing but professional and just generally very happy people. Every time I walk out of that office I walk out happier than when I walked in. Thank you Dr. Kimball and I would like to say thank you to the staff that worked so hard to keep my teeth straight.

By far the best Orthodontice I’ve ever been to. I have been to 3 other places before coming here, and each place wanted me to have at least 2 teeth pulled before having braces put on. Dr Kimball did a thorough diagnosis, and explained to me I need no teeth removed. Removing teeth is a last resort. His expertise left me at ease, and I was eager to get started with Braces. My braces have been on since June 2008 and are almost ready to come off. I will have had my braces on for almost 1 year and 4 months, with NO TEETH PULLED! I Highly reccomend DR. Kimball and his higly experienced staff.

Dr Kimball and the staff at Kimball a Orthodontics have given my son a perfect smile and a great experience throughout the process. They have been patient and kind while taking the time to explain the process each visit. They keep a very nice clean office and waiting room including a game rooms and refreshments for you while you wait. All four of my kids have come here for braces and they have all had a great experience!!

As one of 4 children raised working class, braces were not an option, not even a dream of mine. I do recall the teen years and covering my smile alot of the time. It wasn’t a question as to getting my girl the braces she needed and so a dream began,(a little one). At 55 I got my braces and I am really pleased that I made the decision even at my age to do it for me. I got the great-est care possible with Dr Kimball and his team whether it was the financial,unscheduled oncall appt with Sue, I can’t say enough. I am a recent graduate, YEAHHHH!!

Our 2 sons don’t hesitate when we head over to their orthodontist, Dr. Kimball.  Dr. Kimball and his staff are so friendly, patient, kind and care about doing the job right the first time.  It’s nice to know your children are in the hands of professionals!  Casey, and the rest of his staff are gentle, always explain what will be done to the children, and keep the patients comfortable. BONUS: The boys love watching all the skiing movies Dr. Kimball has while in the chair, it keeps their mind off whatever is going on in their mouths! THANKS DR. KIMBALL!!!!

Important to note, I didn’t get the feeling that I was being sold anything I didn’t need. The staff is friendly and has (on several occasions) stayed a little late to accommodate my busy schedule. The actual braces have been painless and without problem, making me wonder why I have heard bad things about having braces. I would highly reccomend Dr. Kimball to anyone even mildly entertaining the thought of getting braces. P.S. Buy the retainer insurance when you get your braces off. I’ve already used it and it’s only been about a year.

I can’t recommend Kimball Orthodontics any higher.   All four of my children have gone to Dr. Kimball and we don’t have any complaints.   They are very professional.  There are two offices for your convenience, one in Laguna Niguel and one in Laguna Beach.   They have a video game room for the kids, the kids earn points and can use those for prizes, and kids check in on iPads.   The staff is very friendly.   They offer multiple options for payment or payment plans.   Definitely recommend this orthodontist.   He’s a great one.

From day one to the last, I’ve noticed several things that stand out: The office runs consistently on time, not once were we seen late. Positive, family like environment…everyone seems genuinely happy to work here. I constantly hear conversations happening between office staff and patients about life in general but the questions asked don’t come across superficial and contrived. There is a real interest in the person. It’s a peaceful place to be. There is music on low and a video with no sound on all the time. With the common noises of the office, it’s almost surprising that it’s not distracting or even overwhelming but the balanced levels are great…. I really appreciate the tips and tricks you pass on to my daughter. It’s obvious you’re educating her at every opportunity. You’re nailing your mission statement list posted in the entry. Congratulations!

After several years of checking in every six months the time had finally come for my son to get braces. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Dr Kimball’s office has been friendly and professional. From making appointments to reviewing the treatment plan, the staff goes above and beyond to help. Tanya was awesome. She answered all our questions and made both my son and I feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice to my friends.
