As a general dentist in Buckhead, I am writing to highly recommend Dr. Suzanne King and Dr. Virginia McCune to other patients. My 8 year-old daughter is currently receiving wonderful and well-planned treatment from Drs. King and McCune. The reason I chose this orthodontic practice over others is because these orthodontists achieve consistent, excellent results and communicate well with patients and their general dentists. This is essential if you would like to keep your teeth straight for a lifetime. For nearly a decade in Buckhead, I have seen countless patients, neighbors and friends that have seen Drs. What was I waiting for? I knew Drs. King and McCune were top notch professionals with an excellent staff, but I worried the Invisalign braces would look funny, affect my speech, or be a nuisance to deal with on a daily basis. My son who is an out of state student at GT had a minor emergency issue with his permanent lower bonded retainer. We had to call around to several orthodontists to try to get his issue fixed as it was cutting his tongue. After it became clear to me that not everyone I spoke to was familiar with this type of issue, I called their office back. Not only had Carol talked to Dr. McCune about his issue, she saved my number from caller ID just in case they had a cancellation. Wow! They told him to come over after his late afternoon class and they would work him in. Dr. McCune gave him a quick examination and fixed his issue shortly after he arrived. They were professional and extremely friendly. It’s nice to have someone in Atlanta this caring in case we need them again. He was extremely happy and relieved after his visit. Thank you!

King and McCune Orthodontics works as a team where each player performs his/her part with genuine concern for the patient’s well being. Their overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed with an assurance that you’ve come to the right place for your orthodontic needs. I’ve been taking my granddaughter for approximately 8 months and we both look forward to going. I started my Orthodontic treatment as a teenager but never stuck to it. I am now in my 30’s and Dr. King and Dr. McCune have really been awesome. I am halfway through my treatment and I am already smiling because my teeth look really awesome. I have really enjoyed the Staff because they answer all of my questions, they accommodate my busy schedule and they are always in such a great mood. I also have to mention that their offices are very conveniently located by the highway, I live in Vinings and I’m always headed into town or Buckhead after my appointments.

Today I met with Dr. Lotz and Dr.McCune. I have high expectations of dental providers as I have worked in dentistry before. My consultation exceeded all expectations. I was particularly impressed by the personable & cheery interaction I had with BOTH doctors. I immediately felt at ease and like I had been a patient for years. The evaluation was informative, as they answered all my questions without taking hours to do so! Miss Emily did my scans and Xrays & made it all flow super smooth & swift- just how I like it. I will also mention that with all the CoVid crisis going on, King & McCune’s infection control measurements seemed to exceed the CDC recommendations – so anyone questioning safety, should question somewhere else as this office is ON TOP OF IT!
