Dr. Savusalo is the kindest soul I’ve ever had to chance to meet during my time here in Massachusetts. I’m just a college student who’s here temporarily but when my permanent retainers got messed up, she was the only one who would fit me in her schedule sooner than a few weeks out. Her office is impeccable, with her entire staff exercising the utmost caution during this pandemic, and everyone is super nice and professional. She did an amazing job removing the permanent retainers – they were too damaged to be repaired – and walked me through all the options that I could take, which was especially useful as I have a very limited income as a college student. I could not have had a better experience with an orthodontist than I did with Dr. Savusalo and would 100% recommend her to anyone who have issues with their teeth!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Savusalo. She is warm and caring and is an excellent orthodontist. Both of my children are patients, and we’ve seen beautiful results. She is also incredibly committed to her patients. My son had two emergencies in the past year – one during her vacation and one during the pandemic. Dr. Savusalo happily made time for him after hours. I highly recommend her.

My daughter had a broken wire at 730 at night and I called to leave a message to see if we could get an appointment before school the next day. I received a return call in 30 seconds and Dr. Savusalo offered to meet us in 10 minutes to to take care of the situation. She was very kind and we really recommend this great practice. She has had a plan for my care since very early on that has played out over the years just as she always described to me. I was mid-treatment when the COVID-19 pandemic began, and I was so concerned when I had a wire break during the Massachusetts stay at home order. I felt so safe going into her office for treatment. Dr. Savusalo has gone above and beyond. She put into place a set of safety best practices and procedures and has taken every precaution to protect both her patients and her staff.
