Our son attends Concordia, Mequon and began experiencing problems with his ‘permanent’ retainer coming loose. We received very little advice or help when we called the ortho in Rockford, IL where we got his braces (but that’s another review!). We gave Kittleson’s a call and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They scheduled an appointment for to fix the repair even though he was not a regular patient. They also charged far less than the quote we received from our Rockford ortho even though our son had been their patient. We are very impressed with Kittleson’s and grateful for the help they gave us!!
