Dr. Kleinrock’s office should be the model for ALL offices! From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly by his AWESOME PROFESSIONAL Staff! They all wear Jersey’s with their names on the back so you know who everyone is in the office. They explain everything and make the paperwork/insurance EASY to understand. You NEVER wait long, however, while you are waiting to be called, they have video games, UPDATED magazines, and contests you can enter (this month is an Oscar theme and you can win a $$$ movie pass!). I don’t want to forget to mention how CLEAN the offices are. From the waiting area, to the cool Sport/Movie themed open floor plan exam rooms and all of the latest equipment. Above all, Dr. K. and his Staff make you and your kids feel comfortable and stress free. Even my youngest who isn’t a patient (YET) loves the office. My oldest said as we were leaving one day, “I hope I work in an office like that one day, they are so cool and look like they have fun!” I went to Dr. Kleinrock because of how beautiful my niece’s teeth came out, it was one of the BEST recommendations I’ve ever had. After 3 years of going to a different orthodontist we decided to switch to Dr Kleinrock’s office because we were getting nowhere with my sons mouth. Dr Kleinrock and his office staff are amazing and friendly. The facility is extremely clean and the policies he has in place for COVID-19 have made me feel very comfortable with bringing my son there. I highly recommend Dr Kleinrock!!

I first went here about ten years ago to get Invisalign aligners since I never got braces when I was growing up and I wasn’t quite interested in getting regular ones. After some research I decided to choose Dr. Kleinrock since he was noted as an expert in the product. He did a great job on helping to straighten my teeth and fix the underbite I never knew I had with using the Invisalign and orthodontic rubber bands on part of the treatment. Throughout the treatment he gave me the trays to change every two weeks as he checked on my progress and made changes according to how my teeth shifted. My treatment was shy under two years after he extended my aligner sets by a few months at no additional cost to my payment plan that was agreed on. He was a great help even after treatment and I needed to get my retainer replaced after ware and tear. Dr. Kleinrock and his staff are fantastic in how they treat their patients. I recently convinced my fiancé to get his teeth fixed by Dr. Kleinrock as well. It’s nice to see that the process to get fitted for Invisalign has changed since I went and has gone digital as opposed to the three molds they used to have to take. In the waiting room there is a couple of tvs with video games, local tv and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. Waiting time generally isn’t long at all anyway. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but I usually have no problem finding parking. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get braces or aligners since their office gives the best professionalism and service.

I had my braces removed by Dr.Kleinrock today and I am over the moon happy with the results!! For the past two years I’ve had an amazing experience with their dental team. Every visit was smooth and easy, no long wait times, and everyone always was very kind. I’m super proud of my results. Highly recommended!!

My family has gone to Dr. Kleinrock for a number of years for my brother and myself. His work is always top of the line. The staff is courteous, caring, and quite funny. It is a very well run office. Many times they have gotten me into the office the day I call them for an appointment. Dr. Kleinrock is an excellent orthodontist, who always gets you in and out of the office without a moment to spare. He is very patient and thorough with his work and also keeps himself up to date on the latest methods . I have had braces twice in my life, once as a child (and of course I did not wear my retainer), and later in life when I had a jaw surgery. My teeth came out amazing and he made sure i had as comfortable a bite as possible. When the day came for me to take them off, I asked if he could do it right then and there being so frustrated with having these braces on, and he proceeded to get them off in a timely manner. 10/10 Always recommended

Seth Kleinrock is an amazing orthodontist and his entire staff is beyond accommodating. Although Seth’s office is over a 40 minute drive from our house, we consulted with Seth as a second opinion, at the high recommendation of a relative, after feeling uneasy with a local and popular orthodontist that we first consulted. Seth evaluated both of our children regarding their need for and the extent of any needed orthodontic care. Seth explained that the large gap between my daughter’s two front teeth was very straight forward to repair and did not require more than one year of treatment (very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Fifteen months later (delayed only due to COVID), her braces are off and her teeth are perfect. Seth has also advised us, after three separate consultations over the past year and a half, that our son’s mouth is not yet developed enough for braces and that we should wait (also very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Aside from having gifted hands and doing an amazing job correcting my daughter’s gap, Seth is honest and trustworthy. It is about doing what is right for his patient and not about the money. He did not recommend the extensive and expensive work for my daughter that he could have and he has repeatedly pushed off any work on my son’s mouth. It was a true pleasure working with Seth and his entire staff and would highly recommend him to all.

We had our consultation with Dr. Kleinrock this morning and I was extremely pleased by the efficiency of this office and the doctor’s genuine honesty.  I made the appointment about 10 days before the appointment and they were very accommodating and found the time that worked for me; then they confirmed the day before.  When we got to our appointment, the staff was very courteous and there was no wait.  Dr. Kleinrock is very pleasant and he honestly told me that my son does not really need the braces, which was a huge relief for me.  AND…. there was no charge for the appointment.  I will definitely be back with my other children when the time comes.

Dr. Kleinrock is a dental genius!! I had braces many years ago but after getting them off, I failed to wear my retainer everyday.  Over the years, I developed a gap.  I went back to my old ortho and several other new ones, but they all gave me the same option, braces again.  This wasn’t an option for me.  On my first visit to Dr. Kleinrock, he was able to make me a retainer which closed the gap in only one week!!  My Mom and I kept saying how amazing it was that it closed so fast.  I am so grateful to have a perfect smile again.  He also made me a retainer to wear to ensure that the gap stays closed.  Kudos to Dr. Kleinrock and his amazing team!!

I highly recommend Dr Kleinrock and his team in Kleinrock Orthodontics. They were all very nice, professional and approachable. Me and my family especially Margaret are so grateful for helping her throughout the two years journey in fixing her teeth and making it possible to gain her confidence. Had an amazing experience with Dr. Kleinrock and his incredible staff! Never waited, staff was always pleasant and knowledgable. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and visits were always quick and the end result was amazing! Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend using his practice for orthodontics!

I got the opportunity to get braces and after doing some research I found Dr. Kleinrocks office and went in for a free consultation. In and out , so simple and straightforward. He looks at everything and gives you the best options, his opinions and informs you on best practices. I had to remove some teeth elsewhere before I started the process so it took a few months before I was ready but on day 1 they are all so thorough! A year and 5 months later (how long I wore my braces under his care) The staff is so friendly, everyone is always there for your questions, no matter how silly the questions may sound.(I once called in to make sure my tooth wasn’t going to fall out because it was shaking which I found out is normal ) Short wait times are a major plus! Dr. Kleinrock really knows his craft. No matter how many patients he has in a day, he is always cheerful and smiling, making you feel comfortable, while remaining so professional. I moved to the south a year into the process and figured it would affect my progress. Dr. Kleinrock accommodated me and spaced out my visits, so whenever I was back in town I could come in. So many good things to say about this office, I give them all five stars though and highly recommend Dr. Kleinrock for all your orthodontic needs! Best investment I ever made. I finally got them taken off yesterday after only a year and 5 months and my teeth are sooooo beautiful.
