Right from the start, the admins were great! I’m a new patient. So I was greeted with a genuine, sincere approach. The environment was bright, comfortable and clean.The doctor’s were very attentive and calming. This has been a positive experience all around. I’ve found my new dentistry! Thank you all that contributed to my first visit. See you at my next visit in the fall.

I have been using Klement Dental for years and have always had a great experience. I have dental anxiety and they are so understanding and respectful of this. I feel they take their time with you, answer all of your questions (no matter how silly) and make you feel comfortable with what ever procedure you are undergoing. I recommend them all the time.

My son Joseph’s front tooth broke in half from a basketball fall they got him in right away every staff member there from front desk to The Dr. and assistant were so professional, sweet and genuine and explained all that needed done and their pricing was extremely fair I highly recommend Klement Family Dental to anyone all around excellent experience and fantastic job on fixing the tooth

After a period of time without dental coverage and a terrible fear of dentists, I was told how great of an office this was and was able to get in quickly when the pain in my mouth got pretty bad. Not only did I get relief right away, they helped me plan some other needed dental work around my insurance coverage so it didn’t break the bank. No one likes going to the dentist, but I’m so glad I found them. They’re gentle, efficient and pretty much the opposite of the horrible experiences I’ve had with other doctors. They have great hours (I can get in before my workday starts so no need to use vacation/pto time!) For a wimp like me, they’re a godsend.

Great first experience! Professional staff, clean facility, great service. Was greeted as I walked in and quickly brought back for my appointment. The hygienists and dentist were very friendly and capable. After the initial checkup, the dentist determined I needed a root canal and they worked with me to get it done the same day

I had an excruciating tooth ache. They took me in as a walk in immediately and made sure I was comfortable. They took there time to ensure I was numb and ready. Gave me options and price before continuing. Pulled my tooth all the while making sure I was ok. They didn’t just kick me out after, they kept me comfortable till i was ready to go home, ensured bleeding stopped and I fully understood post op directions. Highly recommend them!!!!!!

I am so thankful I found this office for my kids and myself. I was so impressed in the first visit that they allowed me to sit in with my children during their exams & treatments. They are all so warm & friendly & never seem to push procedures on you. They are willing to work on your time & payment schedule if you do need extra work done on your teeth. I highly recommend this place … especially for parents with children.

We have been patients of Klement Dental since 2006 and they have been the best dentists and techs I have ever gone to, as evidenced by our 16 years of care they have provided to us. From the front welcome desk to the techs in the back and of course the dentists practicing there, you are greeted with smiles and treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism. Shout out for yesterday to Tiffany and Dr. Megan Simmons for a job well done.

What a great dental office! This office is wonderful from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff was efficient, friendly, and professional; the dental assistant was so sweet, the hygienist was very good, and the dentist really knew her stuff. I’m new to the area and needed to establish with a dentist and I hit the jackpot with Klement Dental!

Dr Simmons and her dental assistant, Cheyanne, were absolutely wonderful with me on my last appointment. They were both patient, kind, considerate and thoroughly explained the procedure to me prior to the work being performed. I like the office so much that I recommended it to my sister who was visiting from out of state. She needed more in depth dental work than I did, and was very pleased with the entire staff.

About 24 hours before a trip, my daughter’s dentist was unavailable for an emergency appointment. Your practice was recommended to us and we are happy you were there for our daughter. Your staff was extremely courteous and helpful and treated us as if we had been lifetime patients. Cheyenne was especially helpful as she carefully explained the dental procedure. She not only helped my 13-year-old to understand what was about to happen, she was also very patient with me as decided how best to proceed. Thank you for being there for us! I’m in the market for a new dentist for myself so you will be seeing me again.

I couldn’t say enough nice things about this place! Every single staff member that I talked with was super sweet, compassionate, and personal. I have always avoided the dentist as much as possible due to past bad experiences and just being plain scared. But now, the staff at Klement has given me a new positive outlook on going to the dentist. Thank y’all so much!

I’ve been going to Klement Family Dental for three years and they have been the most wonderful caregiver I’ve ever entrusted. The office is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and ultimately is a great atmosphere. It is worth the commute whether near it far. The staff is beyond respectful and accommodating to every need you have. The receptionists in the lobby are so patient and kind. You cannot go wrong here! Suitable care for your entire family and the best on the market for certain!

This was my first appointment using my Dental insurance for the first time. The front office staff were all very friendly and attentive to all patients, walking in the front door. My wait time to get back to see the Dentist, complete my oral exams etc all together only too roughly an hour or so. The Dental assistant was very informative, honest & helpful to explain & assist in the exam process. The insurance office assistant was very helpful and honest up front about costs & fees. I recommend this place to anyone with or without insurance! My experience was easy & stress free!

Awesome atmosphere, clean building, friendly and comforting staff like most reviews state and took great care of me (which is hard to do because of several issues I have going on).   Was given knowledgeable advice and I am excited to have found a place that I will stick with.  Being new to an area and also having so many oral issues, it needs to be the right fit!  So very happy that it was.

Will never be back, this was the worst dentist office I have ever been too. I went there because they had such amazing reviews and high ratings. I went in with tooth pain and needed a root canal done and they let me leave in pain , they wanted to do other work than what I went in for. 2 weeks later I am still in pain and suffering.

Whoever did my polishing is super duper sweet and personable. And the dental hygienist was very nice and thorough and explained everything to me. I wish I could remember their names. I love that your staff always has a great sense of humor too! As long as I am cared for the way they did today, you have a loyal customer! If there is a way to recognize them, pull my file or something, please do. They deserve recognition!

What a great office so efficient! I have been going here for a few years and have never been disappointed. I needed a cleaning and they are booked out but they put on a call list and got me in a lot sooner! Tiffany did my cleaning and she is amazing. Really nice and did a great job! I recommend this office to everyone.

We were leaving at 9:30 am for a flight out of the country and my husband’s tooth broke (bad) at 10 p.m. the night before.  He showed up at their office at 7:00 a.m. without an appointment, they fixed his tooth and we made our flight.  So appreciative of the service provided in an emergency – especially when we were not a regular patient (but we are now!).  My husband was impressed with everything about it.  The staff, cleanliness and service provided.

If you can enjoy a visit to a dentist, I do so at Klement Family DDS… As an anxious patient, they are always kind, gentle & get the job done. I always feel like I’m in the best hands, regardless of which hygienist I have. They do what needs to be done to keep your smile white and healthy!  I’ve had a root canal & 2 extractions with Klement & have always been  grateful for their care. Dr Simmons is amazing!!!

I was In town on holiday and needed to see a dentist for an emergency. I quickly googled dentists in the area and found several with decent reviews.  After a few phone calls with zero help, Klement Dental was able to get me in immediately.  The entire staff and doctors couldn’t have been nicer.  I had a full exam, tons of x-rays and a repair for less that $200 (no dental insurance).   If I lived I. The area, I would definitely set up my family as regulars with this practice.

I pulled an old crown off a tooth while eating licorice. I called Klement and they had an opening that same afternoon. They sent a text with a link to all the paperwork for a new patient. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I was brought to the x-ray machine at my appointment time. Perfect. This is a big operation with many patient rooms. I’m used to the small town dentist look – Klement is not a small operation. I was impressed. Everyone is masked and they work to keep everyone socially distant from one another as you move from lobby to x-ray machine to chair and back to the lobby. My tech and dentist were awesome – sorry I can’t remember their names at the moment. Friendly and very professional. I was in the chair a couple of hours to get a temporary crown. There was a TV above the chair to keep my mind off the poking and prodding going on in my mouth. The billing administrator came to me to process the credit card while I was waiting for the temporary crown to be fabricated. Great service. I received a number of discounts for agreeing to have the crown work done on that day and to sign up for their Family Discount Plan (flat fee for 2 cleanings and other services). Overall – Awesome service. I get my permanent crown next week. If anything in my opinion changes, I’ll update this review.

I feel like myself as well as others do not like to go to the dentist however at Klement they make every part of the experience wonderful and easy. Everyone starting from the person on the phone making to the appt, to the assistant and the hygienist as well as the dentist themselves are all EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Everyone is very patient and informative. I NEVER have an issue scheduling an appt. I NEVER wait a long time. They are great about calling to squeeze you in with cancellations. The billing dept is helpful in coming up with payment plans. I am just overall extremely surprised and pleased. I have referred many other people here who also have liked this place. The facility is big, clean and nice looking. I recommend this to anyone!
