I had an exam and radiographs taken at KLT. Everyone was professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They explained every process thoroughly and work well as a team. I haven’t been to a dentist in years because of fear of dental procedures and pain but they were very accommodating and understanding and put me at ease and it was the best experience I have had at a dentist office. Wish I would have known about KLT a lot sooner! Also the dog friendly office vibe is awesome!

Dr. Tibbetts and Lisa were awesome. Hadn’t been to the dentist in a hot minute and they were great about making sure everything was okay, encouraging me to be more vigilant, and being supportive about the whole process with some of the issues that popped up due to the whole not going to the dentist for a while. Awesome office space too. Definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone who needs some dental work.

This was my first experience at this dental practice after searching for a new dental provider due to past experiences with dentists not being the best. 1. The office is super cute and the ambiance is just perfect. 2. Staff is super friendly with the best aura! 3. Went in for a routine cleaning and check-up and the dental hygienist was the most friendliest I have had the pleasure of meeting and cleaned my teeth beautifully and I had no discomfort- she was gentle and a blast to speak with. 4. Maria was super kind and compassionate and overall super helpful when it came to discussing my dental plan for future work. 5. Dr. Tibbetts is by far the best dentist I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She is knowledgeable and extremely thorough. Overall, I guess you can say this was the best experience I have had with a dental practice and I do not plan on ever looking for another dentist again. Recommended by 3 of my co-workers, great experience, very nice offices, very friendly all around. Taking covid-19 hygiene very seriously. I saw them implementing safety practices as a habit and without trying to show them off. They were able to see me right when I came in, looked up my insurance without a problem, and they were able to fix the chip in my tooth extremely quickly, along with giving me very clear aftercare advice. They explained all the pricing with me before I chose to have any procedures done so I wouldn’t be hit with a surprise bill, and did a fantastic job explaining my options for future fillings/crowns that need to get done. Very happy and definitely planning to make this my regular dentists office.

Really, I cannot complain about the staff & K Tibbetts. She is a great neighborhood dentist. I find myself in a position of needing mega dental work, complicated by age and deterioration, and what she could do for me is limited to X-rays and teeth cleaning. I’m having to look for a surgeon for my dental needs. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the new office makes for easy parking. UPDATE I love going to this dentist. Her office is very modern and comfortable. I am trusting her with my crowns ( after implants ). Her staff is very helpful. I love that she uses essential oil diffusion in the waiting room. SHE, herself is so personable. ♥️

KLT dentistry is by far the best dental office!! I had a cracked tooth that needed a 2 hour repair with crown prep. Those were the easiest 2 hours I spent in a dental chair!! Dr Kaci Tibbetts & her assistant are very knowledgeable & take the time to explain what they are doing so there are no surprises. They play your favorite music & make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. I never felt like they were rushing to get to the next patient. I was running a few minutes late and they called and told me to get there safe and it was okay, many other places would have canceled but they were very understanding! Everyone was very nice and explained everything they planned to do in detail, they are also all very knowledgeable. The location is very easy access and inside is very new and clean. I had issues with quality with my prior dentist, so I hated going in for check ups and cleanings. I’m glad I’ve found a dentist i can trust and actually don’t mind going to, which is big for someone who’s always hated going to the dentist.

Dr. Tibbetts and her staff are exemplary in every way. Her expertise, professionalism, and attention to not just a patient’s teeth, but their overall comfort and health is remarkable. While other dentists may have a short wait or many open spots, it is a testament to Dr. Tibbetts dental practice that one might have to wait a few days (maybe even a week) or an appointment might run long as she takes care and time to listen to her patients, complete a though exam, and provide the best treatment plan specifically tailored to each individual. I had to wait a few weeks for my first evaluation and even now, my next appt is a week out and so worth every minute knowing I will be taken care of and have minimal pain afterwards! Her practice is not about “get ’em in and get ’em out” mentality. I have seen her on numerous occasions and for many different things (thanks to the VA/Military messing my teeth up) and I simply refuse to see anyone but the best. Her staff knows us by name and greets us like we are family and we feel that way. My husband and youngest daughter see her and her staff as well and we all say the same thing…why did we wait so long to find you?!? 5 stars is not a high enough rating to give to this impeccable professional team!

Hadn’t been to the dentist in a while due to covid and pregnancy. So I was expecting a tough time. Especially considering the dentist isn’t naturally my favorite place. The staff was welcoming. A friend referred me when I complained that I was going have to pay over $500 for fillings and other possible work needed, so I went to Dr. Tibbetts for a second opinion. I in fact did NOT need the work that was claimed by the other dental office (that will not be named). If you want a professional dentist you can trust, come see Dr. Tibbetts and team for all your dental needs. The top notch staff is very friendly and greets me by name with a smile. Yadira, my dental assistant, always brings up past conversations we’ve had, which makes me feel like I’m talking to a friend. My dental hygienist, Nahed, takes amazing care of my teeth and makes sure I’m relaxed and comfortable before proceeding with my teeth cleaning. The entire staff here at KLT Dentistry deserves customer service awards! I won’t trust anyone else to take care of my smile and neither should you.
