I have been coming to knollwood dental group for almost two decades. They have always treated me fairly and have always done a good job. Their staff is kind and courteous and they make scheduling appointments very easy. They are always professional and the dentists know me and keep up with what’s going on in my life, like graduations and significant events They have a great staff dedicated to helping us out

The kindness of everyone in office was amazing! The dentist Dr Brown lll and his group are wonderful. No hidden charges or Unnecessary work. With rising cost of everything it’s so refreshing I have a professional office That does amazing work and cares.

I been a patient here for many years this place despite the few issues I faced there recently I would definitely recommend them if you are looking.  I understand things happen. They are Very professional, personal thoughtful, considerate & apologetic. The office has a Warm welcoming spiritual environment…. Thank you all for being so polite & kind to your patients.

I have found a new Dentisit. By the time I filled out my paperwork they was calling me to the back. The staff is so warming and inviting they make you not want to leave. The denist and assistant take time to explain everything and makes sure they check for everything. I highly recommend this office. I was a new patient, but I was treated like I had been there for years! I ready to go back for my next visit

Dr. Brown, III, and his staff are great. Friendly, professional and patient during your visit. They treat you like family. The office is inviting and they strive to make you comfortable during any procedure. They provide a heated neck pillow and a warm blanket if needed.  I would highly recommend Knollwood Dental Group to everyone.  Pauletta D.

Jasmine is the BEST!!! I HATE going to the dentist and she made me feel so comfortable and cleaned my teeth THE best they have ever been cleaned!! She is so sweet and such an assist to the team at Knollwood dental. Dr. Brown III is great, also if you are in need of lip fillers…he is the man!!!!!!

Dr. Brown and his staff are some of the best my family have been to. They’re are very welcoming, quick, and friendly. My oldest daughter had to have several teeth removed and was extremely nervous. Dr. Brown took his time, reassured her and even text later that evening to check on her. Having been to several dentists in the area I would recommend him over everyone else!

I have written a review, but it was from my phone and it did not go all the way through. That said, these two dentists are super knowledgeable and caring. Drs. Donald E. Brown, Jr. and III are GREAT! Their team is stellar as well. I am a big baby about the dentist, and I was taken amazing care of whilst in their chair. Love my DHyg, and I also get my BOTOX there. Super proficient in this treatment. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL GROUP!!!! Ray

They always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable before a procedure. I am never rushed and forced to make decisions that I am unsure about. They never make me feel bad about missing appts or not coming in as soon as I should. When I come in they are always helpful, knowledgeable and understanding to every situation I may come with. They break everything down from their professional lingo so that I may understand everything and also every decision that was made and why, even if they have tell me a few jokes. They do great at their jobs and they take the fear out of going to the dentist.

I am so glad I chose them for our dental needs!!! My daughters, age 8 & 5, and myself went in for cleanings & exams this morning. They were so amazing with my girls while I was in another room getting my cleaning. My girls enjoyed their visits with Haylee, and I enjoyed mine with Crystal. Dr Brown was really nice as well. We will definitely continue to go to Knollwood Dental! Thank y’all so much for yall’s kindness & patience.

Dr Brown and his father are awesome dentists. I love them both and they are always so pleasant, kind and caring. Their staff is awesome as well and I can definitely say you would be happy if you choose Knollwood Dental Group as your dentist. Great staff, great people. I am terrified of the dentist! It comes from a history of being hurt as a child by A local dentist. I explained my situation to Dr. Brown Junior, and he assured me that they would take excellent care of me. Laurel was my hygienist. For the first time in my life, teeth cleaning was not painful. Laurel was nice, quick, and understood my hesitations about having my teeth cleaned. Dr. Brown was amazing! He went over several different plans for getting my teeth back on track. Never once did he make me feel inferior for having genetically inferior teeth. He treated me with kindness and compassion and I certainly appreciated it. I highly recommend Knollwood Dental. They explained their “jargon” as Dr. Brown and Laurel discussed my care plan.  I was very apprehensive at first, but by the time the visit was over, I was comfortable and confident that I was going to receive the best care possible.

Well, when can you say visits to the dentist are restful?  I never could until I found Knollwood Dentist and Dr. Brown and staff.  Yes, yes, the care is excellent, thorough, and gentle.  Yes, the staff is friendly and kind.  But wait!  In each room right in front of the chair there is a full length picture window looking out at a tree with a bird feeder.  Care interrupts the pleasure of gazing out those windows where myriad birds flitter to and fro and squirrels scurry up and down the branches.  They are obviously very familiar with the bird feeders replete with seeds that are suspended at eye level from the trees.  I think the staff wonders why on earth I am almost giddy when they come to examine, clean, or whatever.  I love the ambiance of this lovely, graceful office and  of course the fine care and gentle touch.  I look FORWARD to going to the dentist!

They have always treated me with respect and made me feel so comfortable. I will never go to another dentist office because they know exactly what’s going on when I come in. Their staff is very friendly. I would recommend them over and over.

Knollwood Dental Group is a wonderful dentist office. The staff is very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone is always smiling. The office is always clean. I never have to wait a long time before I’m called to the back. It’s always easy to get an appointment. I like that fact that they text and call you to remind you of your appointment. I even received a email on my Birthday. Dr. Brown is a awesome dentist. He is very professional and takes he’s time with you. He is also very friendly. There prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend anyone to Knollwood Dental

My experience was phenomenal. I had kristal and she took care of me very well. I had gotten a crown done at another dentist office a year back and apparently it was not done correctly. I thank her so much for telling me that!!! It helped a lot and answered a lot of questions I had in regards to the crowning. Kristal was also very gentle and not heavy handed when cleaning my teeth , I hadn’t even notice when she started and finished.Thank you for making my experiment wonderful. If i was scared of coming to the dentist before ,I’m definitely not anymore

I Love Knollwood Dental Group, I went there even back in 1995 after a car wreck and the father senior Dr. Brown did a bridge for me, I love him he is so GREAT, Now I see the son Dr. brown and I just Love the whole staff. You are always welcomed at the front desk with a smile. Yesterday when I went Haley at the front desk was there and she was so nice great customer service!!! Then the hygienist that cleaned my teeth Gina she was absolutely the best, she informed me the proper way after all my years of flossing the really right way to do it. Then also I had to have some molds took of my teeth and that girl was so great as well. The whole staff make you feel like family and explains everything in detail. I will never go anywhere else!!!! Thanks Knollwood Dental for really caring 🙂 2-3-17 I had to go back in to Knollwood dental yesterday due to I was still having some pain, I had the wonderful experience of having Chelsea help me, she was so nice and caring. She made sure that she tried to fix the issue I was having right then and then made sure I had the medication I needed over the weekend until I could get back in on Monday. She went out of her way to make sure I had a pleasant visit. The whole staff is so nice and kind. Cindy actually worked me in so they could resolve the issue I was having. It makes such a difference to walk in any office and the whole staff treats you like they would want to be treated. Thanks so much Knollwood Dental for actually sincerely caring for your patients

I moved to the Mobile area a while ago and finally found a Dentist that I am extremely happy with. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr Brown and his team were immediately welcoming and informative. After Beka took my xrays Dr Brown explained in depth everything I needed to know and he was the first Dentist to ever take the time to be that thorough. Then Beka went on to explain treatment, care and moving forward to best take care of my teeth. The staff that greeted me – were hospitality friendly and helped make the visit as enjoyable as possible – all while wearing their Thursday game day colors. I wholeheartedly recommend this office for quality friendly care.

I have been going to Knollwood Dental for over 10 years now. The staff has always been very polite and friendly. The facility is also quite clean, well kept, and pleasant. My Hygienist Ms. Littre was very diligent but also took her time in cleaning my teeth though it didn’t take very long. Also, Dr. Brown is so sweet!

Love my Hygenist & my Dentist, and the rest of the staff that makes it all happen! I did not have to wait and was greeted the moment I walked in the door. They hold the key to making you feel special and make you truly feel that they are there to provide the best Dental Care for you. I would highly recommend this Dental Group!!!

Our family has gone to Knollwood Dental for several years and we love their entire staff. They are very professional, fast and friendly while truly caring about your dental health. We have never felt pressured to have unnecessary dental work done. I would highly recommend Knollwood Dental!
