Came here for a dental exam and cleaning a couple of weeks ago, had a great experience! Ended up scheduling a teeth whitening appointment today and had amazing results with their “10minute whitening” service. Staff have been so pleasant and attentative- always greeting you with a smile and hello. Thank you Knox village for making my dental experience wonderful, especially Angelica and Aide! Highly recommended! This place will definitely be my go to dentistry from now on.

I have to say… I have always HATED the dentist until NOW.Dr.Askins, office manager Justine and staff are AMAZING!Dr.Askins has convinced me that dentists aren’t evil and that I can truly have a pleasant, educational and inviting experience .HE IS THE BEST as well as the STAFF! I will happily WAIT to be seen .To the patient who left a bad review a few weeks ago… I apologized to the entire waiting area about my husband having a dental emergency .Everyone said that it was ok.I am sorry you felt otherwise and respect your decision not to return but the care that was given to my husband was immeasurable and this office deserves a sky full of stars review!!! #iloveknoxvillagedentistry

I was having pain in my teeth and was very nervous about coming to the dentist but the assistants, hygentist and the doctor made sure i was comfortable before starting treatment. They walked me through in detail and made sure I knew exaxtly what was going to be done. I really appreicate their understanding and care they provided to me.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. It could be the Nitrous they pumped me with today, but I doubt it. I was here last week for a cleaning, and while the wait was a bit lengthy, the cleaning was fast, and yet, they were thorough and got me out of there just when I needed. Today, I had four fillings done, and they were so courteous and gentle! I’m a big wussy at the dentist, but they gave me some gas which made me comfortable. The doctor walked me through everything he was doing, and he always made sure I was feeling good (I was definitely was with the GAS!) they have great pricing specials regardless of insurance, too.

I went for the first time today and almost accidentally. I thought i had scheduled somewhere else. Anyway i have a deep phobia of dentists, stemming from child and young adulthood dentist experiences, without any sedation. I have serious dental issues, including severe periodontal disease. I was anxious to say the least, but this was probably my first ‘positive’ dentist experience ever. I am 57. I was given all the information bad news as it was, and several options to pay for all the procedures. I wish i could afford to do all the work at once, but that is not an option. Anyway, I once again have some hope to save some of my teeth for a few more years, and thank Dr. Askins, the hygenist who was super nice, and the person in charge of book keeping. They all took their time, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Askins made some awesome ‘german’ jokes, since that is where I am from. The deep cleaning, which was done right after the evaluation went well, and I did not feel any pain, also a first. I got some discounts as well, and think i may be able to have a decent ‘mouth’ by next September. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

All of the staff were very friendly and attentive, overall a positive environment. Some of the assistants were learning but the X-rays etc didn’t take too long. The hygienist wasn’t there so they were a little behind but Dr. Askins was great, very friendly and answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly, taking the time to explain causes and effects of certain symptoms. I’m picky when it comes to doctors but the office and dentist were great, will definitely book again for my next checkup!
