I went to Knoxville Smiles (after doing some researching and reading reviews) for a bleaching and it was amazing! I told the dental assistant how some of my teeth were a little short and she told me they could actually fix that without veneers! So a few appointments later I have larger big white teeth. I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience. They also pushed to get me in before my wedding. (As a new client too ♡). They are absolutely amazing and Dr.Malone is the BEST. My only regret is not going to him sooner!!!

I had two concerns when I went for my routine dental cleaning May 24, 2021. My gums were bleeding in a couple of areas and I had an uncomfortable area in my mouth when chewing. The dentist wasn’t available at that visit, but Izabela Atwell was able to solve the bleeding problem by identifying my medication history linked to dry mouth. Izabela also later asked the dentist about my second concern regarding the uncomfortable chewing area in my mouth and called me back with information. I wanted to praise Dr. Malone, Dr. Costa, and Izabela for having a caring, cautious, and sincere attitude about my medical and dental health. Was extremely nervous being my first visit to here. I would normally rather be in pain then see a dentist, this time though I was in a bad way. My wait to get into the exam room was less than five minutes. They had me in the x-ray machine in another five minutes. Very short wait for the doctor to come in, almost immediately had stress level down to nothing. By the time I left I’m actually excited to get my work done, and have a healthy mouth for the first time in decades. There are a lot of great dentists out there I’m sure, but if you are a big fraidy cat like me. This should be your first and last stop.

Dr. Costa and his team are awesome. From the time you walk in the door until you leave, you are treated with kindness and respect. Everyone is always smiling, friendly and professional. The office is always clean and the chairs are comfortable. I take my 78 year old mother there and they are so good with her. Thank you!

An experience on another level, Knoxville Smiles is by far the most pleasant dental office I’ve been to. Not at all what you have in mind when you think of going to get your teeth cleaned. Dr. Costa and Dr. Malone have the most up-to-date equipment (from my ignorant POV, haha, but still…) and actually travel to teach others dental-related stuff. Not only that, customer service is 100% a priority. They offered chapstick, blankets, water, and they have TVs on the ceiling so you can attempt to distract yourself from getting your teeth flossed by another person. I will literally never go to another dentist.

I was searching for a dentist office near me when I came across this place. After reading the reviews I gave them a call to set up an appointment. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the entire atmosphere of this place is warming and welcoming. I saw Dr. Costa and he made sure I understood everything that was going on and what he was going to do to fix it. He and the assistant talked me through all the steps and made sure I was comfortable. From the ladies you meet when you come through the door, to the assistants, to the doctors, this group is nothing short of extraordinary! You won’t want to go anywhere else!

Hands down was the best dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone here made us feel right at home and comfortable. They are very modern and up to date which made the process easier. I would highly recommend Knoxville Smiles to anyone one needs dental work done! Kimberly was the best because I had her as my hygienist and just because she was awesome!

Always a great experience at Knoxville Smiles with Dr Costa and Kimberly! They are prompt, so friendly and seem to really value your dental business. Kimberly has been my hygienist several times. She is so awesome! Dr Costa is awesome as well! Their equipment is amazing, showing you exactly what they are working on in your mouth on the overhead equipment and cameras used. Top notch place!

I’ve always had great experiences here. They are gentle and really care about oral health and educating patients on oral care. I started out with several issues and they make care plans and adjust them as needed to fit my dental needs and meet me where I am (availability, insurance, financial, just life mishaps). I’ve always been tended to within moments of my appointment time, if not sooner. Also, they’ve got somee pretty cool equipment and technology that makes the visit fun or relaxing, whichever you’re looking for.

Dr. Costa and his dental assistant Ezra are both amazing! I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years and I was full of anxiety when I arrived, but Ezra immediately made me feel better with her calm and soothing demeanor. Dr. Costa was extremely knowledgeable, but not in a stiff way, he’s actually very charming and laid back which made me instantly feel at ease. He talked me through the whole process, which was much quicker and far less painful than I was expecting. The whole staff was very friendly and I felt like they truly cared about me and what’s best for my dental health. They’re keepers!

When my usual dentist could not get me in for over a month to fix my broken molar, I called Malone Dentistry and they got me in that day! Their front staff we’re super friendly! I saw Erin Noble, she and her dental assistant were also super friendly, did a great job of telling me what to expect, gentle, I felt no pain as my tooth was fixed same day.! I think my family has found a new dentist home! Totally recommend them to anyone!
