Dr. Roloff made my 2 year stint with braces completely seamless. I’m not from the west side, but I went out of my way to get my braces done in Seattle because I had no luck finding an orthodontist as professional and capable as she is. She’s a UW grad and is clearly passionate about the science of dentistry. Not to mention she is one of the sweetest healthcare professionals you will ever meet. I received cutting edge treatment and could not be more satisfied with the outcome. To anyone looking for a better smile, you can trust her to do a perfect job. Thank you Dr. Roloff!

They have taken great care of both of us over the years and have even come in for emergency appointments when needed. They also have such nice people working for them. A great friendly dentist I would recommend to anyone. Being part of the clipper round the world Yacht race and not seen a dentist in 10month I started to have sensitivity in a tooth and though I may need a filling. Recommend by fellow crew member local to Seattle, I went to have my teeth check over, they gave me a thorough checkover and X-ray, put florid on my teeth and resurged me there was no need for a feeling.

First I would like to say that this is the nicest dental facility that I have ever stepped foot into. Although location and appearances play a factor into experience, it was the whole team at Kois Dentistry that really deserves the 5 star rating. The moment you walk through the doors you are greeted by the most friendly and a respectful staff. Even more so than how they treated me, there was an elderly women and her daughter at the front desk while I was waiting to be taken back, they seemed to go above and beyond to treat them with care and dignity that speaks highly of the team they have at this dentistry. Once taken back, I was in awe of how state of the art everything seemed to be. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone who would ask!!

I had Invisalign done with Dr. Brienne Roloff and it was a perfect experience from beginning to end. She is a perfectionist who and was attentive and professional from the initial consultation through to post-treatment. I’ve had orthodontic work done before and it can be a confusing and daunting process but Dr. Roloff provided confident and reassuring guidance the whole way. My situation was particularly tricky because of dental work that needed to be performed simultaneously and Dr. Roloff coordinated with my dentist to ensure everything went smoothly. It was a completely stress-free experience for me and I can’t recommend her enough.

From Dr. Dean, Dr. Tera, Dr. Bree to Michelle, Dana and Terri, the staff here is outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. All the equipment they use here is brand new and top of the line. Recently I had a veneer on my front tooth break. My previous dentist had retired so I was without someone I trusted to fix it, and it was an emergency. I had been referred to Kois Dentistry as “the best”, and I was not disappointed. They were very professional and caring, and sensitive to my need to get in quickly and have my teeth look as good as they did before the break. I was somewhat concerned about driving into Seattle from my home in Tacoma, but the access from I-5 was easy and they had reserved parking spaces. My front tooth looks great! I will be a regular now, and would not hesitate to recommend Kois.

I have been coming here for orthodontic work and I have been very satisfied with working with Dr. Brie. She is very knowledgeable and has a close relationship with her patients (compared to doctors who see numerous patients each day). Dr. Brie is committed to establishing and maintaining a good relationship with her patients, which makes the orthodontic process not as horrible. I am currently doing the Invisalign process and check in periodically with Dr. Brie. I enjoy Invisalign as many people don’t know that you even have them on! In terms of the office, it is very quiet inside and they offer beverages to their patients (like bottled water).

I moved here from a very small town in the Midwest. My dentist there had trained at Kois Center and referred me. He was a good dentist, but limited in what he could do, being in a very small town. I was absolutely amazed by the technology employed at Kois Dentistry. After my initial consult, I remarked, “I do believe I have never had a more thorough understanding of what is going on in my mouth.”…and I’m almost 60 and have been pretty careful about my oral health. It was just an outstanding experience and the follow on care has been superb. Great staff, great facility, and great service.

I was referred to Koi Dentistry by two dentists (one teaches at UW) , both retired not, as one of the best dentists in the State of Washington. Dr. Dean (Prosthodontist) and Dr Roloff (Orthodontist) aren’t just great dentist but also great people, and so is their staff. They are always super nice and friendly. Dr. Dean is one of the best dentists in town. He did the PAOO (Periodontally accelerated osteogenic orthodontics) surgery on me before I started Invisalign with Dr. Roloff. Not the prettiest surgery out there but I completely trusted them. Dr.Roloff gave me a lot of confidence and I couldn’t say no. So glad I did it. My mouth healed perfectly over the next few weeks and thanks to the surgery the invisalign process is going extremely well. Dr. Roloff does an amazing job at tracking the movement progress and keeping the patient informed at all times (I tend to ask a lot of questions). I’ve email her a number of times with questions and she has always responded back within 24 hours. I have never had any issues scheduling appointments of any type and they are always super flexible with times. I really like the email and text reminder notifications previous to any appointment. My hygienist, Dana, she is amazing at her job. Their equipment is the latest and greatest and so is their office, super welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Koi Dentistry to all my friends, family and anyone who reads this review.

I would never have thought I would ever say that having a crown done was a pleasant experience, but it actually was…:) I hadn’t had one since the day when it took 2 hours of drilling and the temporary crown on and off 15 times, and all of that, but this took almost no time at all, there was no pain at all…Dr. Kois is so nice and so gentle, and understanding of the “dentist-phobia” that I have…:) I won’t wait so long to have the next one done.

I can’t thank enough Dr. Brie Roloff for treating an emergency stabilizing my 2 front teeth as tripped yesterday in a very traumatic way and broke one front teeth and the other one moved backwards big time. My dentist did magic yesterday moving them back in place and restoring the other one in same day and in less than 24 hours got me to see Dr. Roloff who did a splinting treatment, basically putting brackets on my 6 front teeth to stabilize my front teeth and being able to see how they heal as had fractured my teeth bone and this can help my teeth heal and see how it evolves. Very professional and friendly explained the whole treatment and I left the office being able to smile and feel great and confident. Can’t thanks her and her office team enough on how fast they treated my emergency. We had experience before through my stepson and she did an amazing ortho treatment, can just also now share with all that if you need professional services she is the best. Thanks so much again

Dr. Brienne Roloff completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington in Seattle. She pursued her dental education at the University of Washington, where she graduated with honors and in the top of her class with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). Dr. Roloff also completed her specialty training at the University of Washington, where she received her Masters of Science in Dentistry (MSD) and Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. She received the Harry Sicher Research Award from the American Association Orthodontics, the highest clinical research award given to a resident each year, and has also earned the status of Invisalign® Diamond Plus Top 1% Provider. She approaches orthodontics the same way that she pursues everything in her life—with passion and commitment to excellence. Dr. Roloff focuses on offering world-class patient care, leveraging the latest orthodontic technology and techniques to provide high-quality orthodontic treatments with functional and aesthetic outcomes in the most comfortable and effective way possible.
