Where to begin……What a great team they have at this dental office. It starts from the top with Michael Koyfman, being so committed and dedicated to his job and how much he cares for his patients. Sarah is so easy to speak to, and we enjoy our conversations with her as we arrive and depart. I cannot say enough about how everyone treats us, and all the honest, trustworthy advice that we receive. I had been with my previous dentist for about 25 years. However, I started going to Koyfman Dental last year because I needed two implants, which my previous dentist did not perform. The people at that dentist office took great care of me. From the time I walk though the door it was all about me. The lady name and I think it was Lorraine was assisting me and setting everything up for me before my surgery. She was wonderful to talk too. She made me feel comfortable, talk about everything that will be getting done, the works! I couldn’t have ask for anyone better to assist me. Once my surgery begun I didn’t even know it was happening. Didn’t feel one thing while my wisdom teeth were being remove. So, several months later, I have had a deep cleaning performed on my teeth over three appointments. I was expecting some pain and discomfort and was happily surprised to not have any. Jessica was the Hygienist who performed the work and she is gentle and kind as she performed the work. I was back last week to replace an old amalgam (silver metal) filling in a molar for a white porcelain filling. Again, I had the expectation of some pain and discomfort and didn’t experience any at all. Dr. Koyfman performed the work assisted by Dental Assistant Christy. This procedure lasted no more than 20 minutes and I was on my way home. When the numbness wore off, I felt like nothing had ever happened. I am happy with this clinic and have brought my Mom for her first time visit today to fix a bridge that broke. Her longtime dentist is in another state and she usually goes back to them, but she was in need of a repair much sooner.

I have been to many dentists and this dentist is by far the best dentist I have been to. I love that all services are done under one roof so I don’t have to waste time and money going to multiple offices to complete my dental procedures. Koyfman Dental provides top-notch dental care. They didn’t try to up-sell me on anything (which has happened all too many times to me at other dentists). They expressed genuine care when I raised concerns about my oral health. I appreciate the effort the employees put forth toward establishing a personal connection with patients. It’s such a warm feeling to walk in after almost 2 years no appointment and they are still asking about my job, family, etc! My 20+ year old son has a complex dental history with jaw removal, and other dental issues because of the time he couldn’t have any done due to all the surgeries… Koyfman took care of him so well, and humanely! I made an appointment to switch to this practice and had a new patient appointment scheduled for today. Last night I bit down on a Goldfish cracker and my bottom molar felt like there was pressure… not good. I was concerned that I might have cracked the tooth, and it is a tooth that broke about a year ago and was half bonding… I had really come to distrust my previous dentist’s work as this repair wasn’t that old to break! Sure enough, the tooth was broken. I’m so glad I’m not going to THAT dentist any longer! Lucky for me Koyfman was able to do the check up and cleaning and the dentist had time to re-bond the tooth. Lots of shots, so my mouth was numb as heck most of today! I’m so thrilled that (given the circumstances — this just happened) that they were able to fix my tooth right then and there! So happy I found them and want to thank all those who highly recommended them to me!

I had a smooth experience from my initial visit to the procedure. Every option was presented to me and I never felt like I was being hard sold. I went with the implant option and I’m glad I did. Over a month ago: Took my mother for the first time to Dr. Koyfman for a consultation yesterday and was very pleased at the professionalism of the staff and Dr Koyfman, everyone was friendly and caring. They were practicing good safety measures against covid and the office was very clean. Dr. Koyfman took the time to hear our concerns and answer all our questions. Although my mother needs extensive dental work and has several health issues, Dr. Koyfman was very helpful in finding the best plan of treatment for her particular case and we were very pleased at the manner he showed empathy and true interest with our concerns. The office also offered practical financing options and we plan to go ahead with his suggested plan of treatment. We would absolutely recommend Dr. Koyfman. We will keep posting on the developments of her care and her experience. This past Monday: Took my mother back this past Monday and doctor extracted 1 tooth and did 3 implants. Although I thought it would be very difficult for her since she has chronic anxiety, I’m happy to say that it went very well. When we left the office I thought she would be in alot of pain, but we were pleasantly surprised since she had very little pain. She said she slept well with very little discomfort/pain. By the next day she was eating and not complaining of pain at all. So far her experience has been great! Will update after her next visit in 3 weeks. Today 11/23/20: Took her back for the molds of her temporary teeth and we were expecting old fashion way of mold but we’re so pleasantly surprised it was done in a very modern way with no gooey mess and instead some pictures and computer generated measurements! Scheduled to go back in a few weeks for her temporaries so will fill you in once that is done. So far has been a great experience for her and employees are very sweet and kind. Also loved they are taking safety measures, limiting entry and taking temperature of everyone entering and employees all in masks which put us at ease. Today 12/15/20: We went back for her temporaries and it went very well. They look great and went very smoothly. The experience has been very good throughout and Dr Koyfman and his staff are very professional and friendly. The care they take to keep patients safe due to covid are very reassuring too. Very clean and they are aware of mask wear and using and changing gloves. We have to go back in March to finish the process and we will post then. Update: 3/2020 Today’s experience was just as pleasnt as the others, very professional and caring staff! Dr Koyfman is very genuine and helpful, would absolutely recommend.

I arrived at the time of my appointment (9am), the receptionist checked me in and I sat down. 5 minutes later I was called back to my cleaning. Jenna the hygienist was very sweet, kind, and thorough. As always Dr. Koyfman was also very cordial, kind, engaging, caring, and thorough. I spent about 45 minutes there total since it was only the oral inspection and cleaning- no X-rays this time or dental work to be done. I thoroughly enjoy going to this dentist as it is always a pleasant experience. I have been here about 6 times for cleanings and once for an implant surgery and crown fitting. Dr. Koyfman was very responsive to my questions and concerns before and after my implant surgery and after hours. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Koyfman is absolutely wonderful. I had surgery about 3 weeks ago and was never in pain which is something you expect after surgery. Today, I had my stitches removed and when I told him that I didn’t experience any pain even he was surprised. This tells me that he must be very gentle. I have always been a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. The minute I walked into that office, the lady I spoke to was very patient with me, explaining everything very clearly so that I understood everything that was going to be done and what my portion of the fees were. When I went for the first procedure, which was an extraction and bone graft in preparation for implant, they understood my anxiety and worked at my pace. if they saw I was getting stressed, they stopped, let me take a breather, then when I was ready to continue, we went on. My finances are a mess. what a pleasure it was to find a dentist who was willing to work with me. most would not do this. Perhaps, the most important thing I can say about them is they are non judgemental. I have had too many dentists tell me my teeth are the way they are because I don’t take care of them. Forget the fact, I brush everytday. I never heard that here. In fact, the opposite. They took the time to teach me how to use the sonicare toothbrush and the water pik that they gave me. my second cleaning, I was praised at the difference. I went from 3-4 to 1-2 in three months. I would, and have, recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist with an office with a very relaxing atmosphere.

I was having a miserable year with dentistry…5 root canals due to having to accomplish two of them over again. I have excellent oral hygiene but am getting a bit “long in the tooth”, so age finally caught up to some of my caps and crowns. Ultimately, after two root canal attempts on one of my molars, the endodontist could not save the tooth. My dentist of many years was sending me to one dentist for the extraction, another to implant the hardware, and expected me to return to fit and install the prosthetic “implant”, ie the fake molar. After all I’d been through at that time I was not happy about having to deal with three different businesses/dental offices to accomplish this procedure, especially noting that it would take at least six months. I was actually depressed about the grind I was facing. Coincidentally, I got a coupon in the mail from Dr Koyfman. I nearly threw it out because the advertised price for the total procedure seemed impossibly low. Curiosity got the best of me, and I called the office, liked what I heard and scheduled a consultation. I’m not sure how they do it, but the advertised price was less than half of what I was being quoted by the other three professionals combined. The best news was that THE ENTIRE PROCESS would be handled by Dr Koyfman and his staff in their beautiful, comfortable, modern, well appointed office. One of the many impressive aspects of this practice is the amazing staff, from those who handle scheduling, finance, and insurance to the technicians and Dr Koyfman himself. They are wonderful, professional people who genuinely care about YOU. Everything is about YOU. I saved a TON of money by having my implant procedure done here. Looking back, far more important to me than cost was the mental relief I experienced by not having to suffer both the dental trauma as well as the administrative grind I was facing. While no one looks forward to having a tooth extracted and enduring this lengthy process, I was no longer depressed about it. Dr Koyfman offers a full service, professional approach to oral hygiene that I’ve never seen elsewhere, and at my age I’ve seen a lot. I highly recommend him and his staff and will of course continue to use his services in the future. By the way, I’m fairly sure that anything to do with all aspects of dental hygiene can be accomplished here, including Invisalign.

I live about 45 mins from Dr. Koyfman’s office but, I gladly drive there from Clermont to have Jean do my cleaning every couple of months. She’s wonderful !!! I also got my Invisalign molds done here and it all went great. Well worth the price. I started my implant procedure in mid April…did not have the basic all in 4 done on my upper…I had what I call caps over the implants…which called for more implants…highly recommend!! The cost difference is worth every dollar. When I smile I don’t see any fake gums. I did have a few hiccups with the temporary teeth with them breaking and making several trips back to be repaired but the end result is amazing! I was completely finished with all mid September. Dr Koyfman did an excellent job!!

I had a very good visit today. I received excellent care, and a treatment plan that was over much less than a different dental office had proposed. I’m very happy I found Koyfman Dental. Follow up: I had my appointment today with Dr. Koyfman. He pulled 2 teeth and inserted 2 implants. There was no pain, as he had numbed me up very well. He worked to remove the teeth and insert the implants, and I had very little discomfort. When the novacaine wore off, I had very little pain and I was able to eat dinner. I would recommend Dr. Koyfman to anyone in need of a good dentist!
