Three years ago, the dentist that my wife and I had been seeing for 25 years decided that he did not want to get involved with our new Anthem dental insurance plan, so we decided to make a change. Fortunately, we found Kozy Dental Care, conveniently located on Executive Parkway, in west Toledo. This turned out to be a good move for us for several reasons: (1) They file the claims for us. We do not have to deal directly with our insurers as we did in the past for rebates, etc. (2) They do almost all dental procedures (extractions,root canals, crowns,implants) in house. We do not have to go elsewhere for these services, as we did before. (3) Their new x-ray equipment emits only about half as much radiation as the older machines. (4) Their dental hygienists that we see every six months are very good. (5) Finally, they are so professional. I recently had an appointment with Dr.Paul Kozy to get two fillings and a wisdom tooth extraction, which I certainly was not looking forward to, but surprisingly, there was very little discomfort or pain, and in about 25 minutes, I was on my way home.

After being without a dentist for several yrs, I had an unexpected problem occur. I needed to see a dentist and now. Though word of mouth Tammy Sumior instantly suggested coming into Kozy DentalCare. I don’t like a dentist & after losing mine to retirement after 40 yrs I was so nervous contacting anyone. I called for an appointment & Tammy Sumior was great at getting me in right away. The whole experience was wonderful. Everyone was so nice yet very professional. They have that nack about them that makes you feel comfortable & you are able to relax for something that most of us seem to tense up for. I am now claiming them as my dentist. The care & concern was wonderful, you are not a number, you are not their pay check, you are a human being with a problem & they are their to help you! Hats off to whole staff & thank you for being there for me.

My son had all of his wisdom teeth removed..everyone in the office from the beginning to the end was just awesome best customer service ever… and just when I thought it couldn’t get any better I received a personal follow up call the same evening from the Dentist asking how my son was doing she told me if I needed anything feel free to call her back on the cell phone…I would most definitely recommend this office to everyone I meet�Sincerely Glenda Hudson
