I am so thankful for everyone at Dr. Kremers office! This is the first dentist office I have been to where I wasn’t humiliated for the fact I was too poor to afford dental procedures. They have worked with me and my budget to make sure I could get the best care possible! Just walking in the door they make you feel like family! I will never go anywhere else!!

I would recommend Kremer Dental to my family and friends. They are very professional, and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Every room has a different theme to it, and they have a whole list of new and old movies you can watch which I think is great for the kids and adults 🙂 I feel very well taken care of every time I have an appointment.

Dr. Kremer saved my teeth! I was advised by Western Dental that I had no other options for treatment for two of my molars and that I needed them to be pulled out and I needed implants for 8-10 thousand dollars. So I went to Dr. Kremer for a second opinion and he recommended repair and caps for my two molars for substantially less money and I still have my own molars. So for this I am very grateful to Dr. Kremer and his staff for their professionalism and sincere care of my well-being. I just can’t say enough good things about them. I no longer use Western Dental care for my dental needs. I have 100% trust in Dr. Kremer and his staff. Thank so very much Dr. Kremer and staff❤

Best experience you could ask for. If you’re curious for an up-to-date review and honest feedback, then check this out. The office is Immaculate with the interior design, the vibe felt really good. I have dental phobia and didn’t even need to mention it as I felt completely comfortable throughout the whole experience. I read reviews about billing issues, about being charged twice, about being overcharged, etc. In my experience, this was FAR from the truth and NOT TRUE at least with my observations both with the estimate, billing, and reviewing my insurance claim. I was greeted by staff, brought back to my room, and both the assistant and Dr. Kremer we’re extremely transparent with me on my options and considerations while visually showing me the problem areas in my mouth and how to work around it. Dr. Kremer was spot-on with my estimate and very transparent, which was extremely appreciated. He seems like a good-intentioned dentist and is very good at his craft. He actually has been staying fresh on latest trends and technology based on the conversation we had. I talked further with billing to go over options and they were very kind and understanding while also being transparent to my questions. People need to understand that these variables like the office experience, technology, resources- I could see how these might drive price up but based on online estimates and calculators that I did- the estimate was within 5-10% (of delta dental’s online dental cost estimate tool). So… I did my homework far before and after my visit as this is a large investment for me. They were very understanding about this. We also went over timeline expectations and how soon I need the work done, so there was no questions left unanswered when I left my first visit / consultation with x-rays. My only uneasiness was- that we had to schedule some of the appointments out a month or two (but I would imagine that’s a good sign that your dentist is busy with a lot of patients). I will probably come back to give an update, but I wouldn’t be surprised if my experience thus far- matches in the future as I am very pleased so far. There were people commenting on being double-billed, and let me tell you- there are some big differences between in and out of network insurance agencies (and I’m sure there is another side to that story). My insurance was out of network, and as a courtesy from the office they actually submitted my claims for me and got paid and adjusted/balanced my account to represent the insurance payment. Translation: I was not double billed and my insurance was billed- even though out of network and it being a courtesy by the dental office to submit my claims (as-opposed-to submitting the claims myself). In summary, I felt, feel, and predict I will feel very satisfied with the work that has been done thus far and work done in the future. If you want a really nice office, great experience, and kind staff- go here. From my experience thus far, I highly recommend it. Best dental experience I have ever had. The front desk staff is friendly and professional make you feel welcome. The whole facility has new equipment and is spotless. The dental hygienist was knowledgeable and keeps you informed and comfortable during your cleansing. She was energetic and willing to share her knowledge of dental health. The dentist was professional and kept you informed of the treatments he was giving. All in all great experience I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had lost a crown from a previous implant and from start to finish, in two hours Dr Kremer spent every minute in thorough detail with the most updated 3-D equipment to make my crown to perfection. Dr Kremer is not just your average cosmetic or implant dentist. He has perfected the art of dentistry by use of the most modern equipment in the country. His skill and expertise show in every facet of his business. From the pampering, the ornate environment and the details of his care in making his patients feel like they are there for a spa day while he does the needed work, to the modern detailed and expert dentistry he performs. I left his dental office with a beautiful new crown perfectly aligned and a perfect match to my natural tooth color. After today’s experience I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to improve their smile!

I am a Chico local and have been going to Dr. Kremer’s office for close to 7 years now. This is by far the most pleasant atmosphere you could ever experience for a dental visit!! The office and rooms are comforting and the staff is incredibly friendly. They speak with you, not as patients, but seem to actually care about you. I had to have a major jaw surgery and Dr. Kremer was excellent with referrals, follow-up and monitoring the recovery. If you need a cleaning, DO NOT HESITATE!! Even if you don’t have dental coverage, their out-of-pocket amounts are incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend this office in every way!!

8-25-11 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: We wanted to write a “synopsis” of our care with the Kremer Dental Group. We live in Magalia, CA and went to a local dentist in Paradise, CA. After x-rays/checkup, we were told our “combined” dental care would be around $20,000 – $21,000! As retirees, we didn’t know how we were going to come up with that. We did review the “dental payment plan” a lot of dentist refer to you when you need credit; the monthly payment would have been around $700! Our budget could not handle that. Forward to Dr Kremer’s practice: we saw an ad in the Chico Enterprise paper for “free x-rays/checkup”. We called and made our appointments just to see if we could find an alternative. We certainly did! After x-rays and check ups for both of us, our total combined care came to just a little over half of previous estimate, but we gained so much more in care and caring from Dr Kremer’s practice! They even helped us obtain the financing which is breaking our budget! We have a “new and wonderful” dentist, Dr Kremer. We can not say enough positive comments about him and his staff. The main thing is this: they all see to your comfort and see that you are not in “pain” at all! For those of us who have reservations about dental care, have no fear, your pain is conquered with Dr Kremer and his people. Call Dr Kremer’s office today; you will not regret it!!
