This was my second visit at La Cienega Dental Group, and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room, they saw me on time. I got great advice from the doctor and hygienist, and they seemed to genuinely care about my concerns. I plan to keep coming back. My cleaning feels great too!

I used to be a dental assistant for an dental group as one day I started to have a very bad pain on one of my tooth. When my dentist or my boss took x-ray of my tooth he told me that he has to do root canal follow up by crown, which very costly procedures. As second opinion I went to Dr. Ramin Ravaei. When he review my tooth and took look at my x-ray, he gladly said that he still can save my tooth. It is been 9 years since the filling is done on my tooth, and I still have my original tooth. Dr. Ravaei been our family dentist since then, he always put special attention and makes sure we are comfortable with the payment plans. Thank you Dr. Ravaei

Dr Ravaei is the best there is. I went to Dr ravaeis office, to do some crown and veneer work. After having horrible experiences with other dentists, I was terrified of dentists. I have sensitive teeth, am allergic to epinephrine, and have experienced vaso vagal reactions. However, dr ravaei was very caring and sensitive to my needs. He outlined treatment options and fully answered my questions and concerns in a professional manner. Furthermore, the staff in his office, Jose and Gloria go out of there way to make me feel comfortable and taken care if. They go above and beyond their duties to satisfy the needs of their patients. Dr ravaei and his staff carry a remarkable office and produce great results. I am very pleased with my dental work now and highly recomend anyone and everyone who wants proper dental treatment.

Now that I have a little more free time I wanted to review my experience with this dentist and their team. Having newly acquired dental insurance I sought out a comprehensive list of potential Dentists that we’re covered under my plan. Using personal recommendations and yelp reviews I narrowed it down and ultimately decided to visit Dr. Ravaei and the La Cienega dental group. Briefly about me, though I am in my mid-40s I have never had a cavity but have not had regular dental check ups. My last regular dentist in my mid-30s was the head of the dental department of my university, so I have a very good understanding and expectation of what quality dentists and their teams do with their patients. Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy, and I arrived to a sterile waiting room. The paperwork was brief, and I had a very short wait before being taken back for my initial x-rays. I’m pleased to see that they use very good technology and the dental technician was very nice. When I finally saw the Dr. Ravaei after a brief wait he was very accommodating and friendly. I felt he had a good bedside manner and was very thorough. He explained what he saw on the x-rays and was appropriately inquisitive about my dental habits. Unfortunately I had developed a small cavity, which isn’t a surprise since I haven’t been in for a cleaning in four years. Dr. Ravaei was very easy-going about it and felt it would be an easy filling, which we scheduled for a couple weeks in the future (this was because I was going on a trip and not due to their availability). Another dentist did the cleaning and the dental technician finished with fluoride. The whole process was less than 45 minutes and the checkout was quick and easy. Very friendly organized staff. Unfortunately the pandemic intervened and changed my plans. That being said, I appreciate it all of the work that him and his team did in cleaning and caring for my teeth. I’m looking forward to going back and getting this filling taken care of and I will update my review at that time.

The staff here are very polite. Dr. Ramin has done a great job with my teeth. I have done regular cleaning and removed two of my wisdom tooth. I have also wore Invisalign to fix my teeth. They work with you and let you pay in payments. Specially since dental works can be very expensive.

Today was the easiest, most straight-forward dental experience I’ve ever had!  I called yesterday to make an appointment and they were able to get me in at noon today, which is greatly appreciated.  Unlike some other reviews complaining about the wait time, I showed up, did my paperwork, got my xrays, had my examination by Dr.Ramin and my consultation for a wisdom tooth removal all in about 30-40 minutes.  Everyone was very polite, did not try to sell me any un-related add-ons (whitening, etc) and made me feel very comfortable.  As someone who HATES going to the dentist, this was a very easy, painless experience

This review is LOOOOONG overdue. I’ve been coming here with the rest of my family since 2004 I believe. Aside from the basic check up and cleaning, I’ve gotten my Invisalign with them done (which involved getting my 4 wisdom teeth extracted at the same time, but I was referred out for that one). They’ve always treated my family with kindness and respect. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Ramin is a great guy and he definitely makes you feel welcome. I’ve referred people to them and they’ve been happy. I constantly get compliments on my smile because of them. Thank you!!!!

And today continue the process of taking care of myself, better thing about it I landed in a professional and awesome place!  I moved to west La a few years ago and going to my dentist all the way to Alhambra didn’t work for me so my teeth played the consequences, but now I’m sure of continue my cleans up here… they are helpful accommodating the appointments and looking forward to get braces and fix my smile, today I had a deep cleanse and 4 fillings… my doc Yun And her assistant were so cool, the needle was almost painless. Yes coming back to finish treatment and will recommend it! Btw my credit gave me a big relief for payments, Ericka helped me with the papers fill out.
