I came in with missing teeth, discolored teeth and hated myself in pictures and in one day you gave me my smile back. I can’t stop looking at them and am taking lots of pictures again. I can’t thank you guys enough. You are the Best Dental Office on the planet!!!

Friendly and professional, from start to finish. The was my first time there, and the experience was first rate all the way. Addendum: DiMaccio and staff are second to none. Today, whilst having a new crown installed, I observed artistry.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. DiMaccio for over a quarter of a century. He is a very skilled, caring dentist. After wanting veneers for years, I finally took the plunge. He did 8 on top and four on the bottom. For the first time in many years I actually love smiling, and don’t have to cover my mouth with my hand every time I laugh or smile. His periodontist also removed some gum from above my upper teeth because I had a gummy, unattractive smile. Since I got my beautiful new smile, I have newly regained confidence – I never realized how much a beautiful smile has to do with feeling self-assured and confident. Thank you, Dr. DiMaccio – I am STOKED!! You are truly gifted! Also, his staff are very welcoming and professional, thank you to Gina and Tracey who handled the business part so expertly and smoothly, and to BJ and Abby who were so compassionate and comforting, I felt I was in good hands throughout. I am so ecstatic I finally got my new smile, BTW I receive compliments all the time. I would recommend this dentist and his extraordinary staff 100%. Competency, professionalism and compassion at the highest level.

Dr D and his team are spectacular!  I was referred here by a good friend and I am so glad to have found them.  I have had a significant amount of work done and I could t be more pleased.  Many years ago I worked for a dentist and I have had lots of work done. Dr. D is my favorite and this is by far the best overall team – from office staff to hygienist to assistants.  They really care 🙂 I’ve never had a truly painless injection until here!

Great office! Super busy but you almost never have to wait. And Dr. DiMaccio never causes any pain when doing any dental procedure. You are waiting for him to start and he tells you it is all finished!

My husband and I have been patients at La Costa Dental Care for 16 years. John Dimaccio is the most professional dentist that either of us have ever visited. John recommends dental work that is necessary and will provide additional services upon request, but never pushes these additional services with the patient. The office manager, Gina, is a patient advocate who will support you with any insurance/billing questions or issues. In 16 years, I cannot think of a single instance that she was not able to resolve an issue for us. John’s staff is always first rate and extremely professional. Each new team member appears to be well trained and engrained in the office philosophy of excellent patient care. We highly recommend John Dimaccio and the La Costa Dental Care office for any of your dental needs.

If I could give them a 10 star I would. I just had my Mercury filling redone with the new composites! It was quick, painless, and my teeth look absolutely beautiful! As soon as I walked into the office, the front desk manager, Gina Hirata, exceeded with customer care! She was extremely friendly, her smile lights up a room, and a lot of fun to be around. There was hardly any waiting time, they were very quick, and the staff was very on top of things. Dr. DiMaccio is very compassionate and very thorough and comforting. I had TMJ and he relieved it with his own technique that was very quick and easy. It felt like family there and I’ll always go to them for all my dental needs! Love them!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Dimaccio at La Costa Dental Care since I was 16 (I am almost 29 now) and I love him! His staff is also really great and provides great customer service! The office manager Gina is also really nice. He also is very gentle and you NEVER feel the needle when he numbs you (he does this genius thing where he shakes your lip… he’s the only dentist I have ever seen do it). What is also really cool is I noticed they have a basket of toys behind the desk and when I asked what that was the receptionist explained to me that it is for little kids who visit the dentist for the first time so they aren’t afraid to come back! So I thought that was really neat. I recommend Dr. Dimaccio to everyone: family, co-workers, friends, etc and everyone I send loves him!

Going to Dr. DiMaccio’s office is always such a pleasure! From Gina in the front who greets you by name, to the hygenists who ask about your day to Dr. DiMaccio who is truly the best of the best. His dental office is one of a kind! If you need a dentist for any age or any reason, this is your place. Hands down.
