Dr. Diana is more than just a GREAT dentist, but a GREAT person! She is the only dental professional who takes the Hippocratic Oath to the highest level possible! She has been treating my Ward who has brain damage for almost ten years now. In that time frame she has not only fixed and maintained his teeth, but has given him back a major part of his “quality of life” that he was deprived of. I have acted as her “assistant” at times with my Ward, who has trust issues and does not allow strangers to handle him unless I am around. Dr. Diana is no longer a stranger to him. These appointments are always stressful to me as the Caregiver, but I trust Dr. Diana’s strategies and recommendations and I know that my Ward is not just “another patient” to her. I know she does not believe in this apathetic philosophy that some doctors come to embrace. Last year Dr. Diana treated my Ward for a serious problem that if not attended to would have cost him his teeth down the road. She helped me with everything I needed as a fixed income disabled person get the services rendered by introducing me to her circle of medical professionals that were needed for this procedure. Mind you it was not inexpensive, but it was way less costly that I was originally led to believe and more importantly, it was able to be done! This was a great burden lifted for me. In sum toto: Dr. Diana Zschaschel is a GREAT doctor and a GREAT woman. I forgot to mention the charitable work she does with her “Angel Smiles” work and her work on “untreatable” patients at a local hospital and not to forget the dedication she has to Our Country with her Military commitment which lends her care and expertise to those who fight to guard Our Freedoms. I came to Dr. Diana to see if I was a candidate for braces. I’m in my mid 40’s and my teeth were starting to shift. I dreaded the thought of braces at my age, but the possible expense of it all was a nightmare for me.  Since my teeth alignment wasn’t too far gone, she was able to give me other options, which were MUCH LESS expensive than I originally expected to spend…needless to say, I’m very thankful.

No nonsense, straight ahead professional. When skill and precision are needed, this is the dentist to see.  Friendly and courteous staff is also highly efficient and there is a good sense of humor.  Modern, clean and professional office with a beautiful view as well.  Highly recommended. I just had my 2nd trip to Dr Z for cavities to be filled and worn teeth revitalized and it was an absolute pleasure and all work done to my complete satisfaction. The staff was kind, considerate and professional, and Dr. Zschaschel, whom, by the way, is an active member of the U.S. Army at the rank of Colonel AND a mom (and wife) makes me feel completely comfortable and confident that I am receiving excellent care. So again, highly recommended.  And God bless her for accepting Medi-Cal patients on permanent disability like myself.  Without people like her, people like me would have a much less satisfactory life experience, at least when it comes to teeth – and they’re pretty important.

My experience at Dr. Zschaschel’s office is always Pleasant. They deal with my Phobia of Pain by accommodating me with warmth and Topical Lidocaine. I always am able to talk to NANCY,at the front desk about my bill. They always answer the phones with the company and theoir names. I cannot say enough about the office .

Dr Z is THE BEST dentist in LA. I have searched and tried several top dentists, and was never satisfied. After being recommended to Dr Z by a very reputable source, I finally have found the perfect dentist! I have been going to Dr Z for a few years now and waited before writing a review to make sure through many appointments her consistency would be there, and her service only got better and better. She truly cares about her patients and she is authentically just a great person. Her staff is so sweet and attentive. I always leave their office feeling taken care of and happy. Best office staff and environment! Look no further for best dentist in town!

She is the best! Dr. Z actually cares about her patients and prioritize what they need, not what  makes money for her or makes her job easier. Very detail oriented and thorough too. Plus super nice personality. I am very very very happy with her treatments.

When it comes to seeking the right doctor, we all know from experience the best doctors are the ones that genuinely care about you, your treatments and your well being. I’ve been seeing Dr. Zschaschel for my dental needs for over 15 years, and I can’t imagine ever going to anyone else. Look no further, she’s the dentist of a lifetime.

I am new to LA from San Fran and needed to find a local dentist.  I looked up reviews on Yelp and made my appt with Dr. Z’s office.  Needless to say I am very happy with the practice.  From scheduling my appointment to going through my checkup, everyone was very friendly, warm, and professional.  It is a fun group and I am glad to be a new patient.  I highly recommend!

I highly recommend this dental office. I have had great experience there with Dr. Ghookasian aka Dr. G. She’s the best! so sweet, professional and caring. Plus they have a relaxing window to look out while in the dental chair as well as art on the ceiling.

I bought the groupon deal for the zoom whitening. Overall it was a nice and clean office with a professional staff. They got me in quickly and the treatment room had a nice view and was comfortable. I did four 15 minute treatments of the zoom and got teething trays made. They got the trays to me by the end of the treatment which I appreciated a lot. The zoom worked and my teeth were noticeably whiter. My only issue was that they do not validate parking and they are in a very pricey valet parking garage. I personally would not pay $17 plus tip every I go to the dentist. I didn’t notice any street parking but maybe I didn’t look hard enough. I don’t have any serious dental issues so that opinion could change if I had an issue and the right dentist happened to be in an expensive building. I also wish the dentist was a little more involved in my procedure. I only saw her once and was taken care of entirely by hygienists. I was a bit nervous too because of my sensitivity issues. But overall it turned out well. I would recommend this dentist.
