Dr. Karla Solis is awesome!  I needed to get a lot of work done and she has worked with me through the whole process.  I had a lot of damage from unfinished work and now I almost have a brand new mouth.  I’m still not completely finished.  But all the work that she has done so far looks and feels great.  I am no longer self conscious about my smile.  She takes pride in her work  and she genuinely cares about her patients. If you are looking for a great dentist Dr. Solis is a great pick. She has a wonderful personality too. I love talking to her.  Every time I go to her we end up laughing real hard about something.  It’s wonderful to have met her.

I have been a patient of Doctor Schneider’s for many years.  I recently needed an immediate dental procedure and when I called the office, I was told that Doctor Schneider was on vacation.  Teresa, the office manager, went out of her way to get me an appointment with his associate, Doctor Karla Solis.  Teresa has always been a great help and she is one of the reasons that I have stayed with Doctor Scheider. Doctor Solis did an outstanding job.  She was curteous and professional as well as very fun and personable.  She spent over an hour with me and did a really thorough job.  She took her time and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure.  Plus, she is really cute!

What an amazing experience! I had an issue with an old root canal and was experiencing pain. After seeing several dentists and specialists and not getting to any answers I went to Dr. Solis’ office. With their technologically advanced CT 3D scan machine (I’d never seen one like it, and low radiation to boot) they were able to pinpoint the problem and found an infection lying deep within the root of the tooth! That is a dangerous issue and I am so grateful to them for having the expertise to finally diagnose what was causing my pain and discomfort. I can now finally get to the bottom of the issue and fix this tooth. I’m never going anywhere else for dental work – friendly staff, and Dr. Solis and her specialist (I’m spacing on her name but she was AWESOME as well) were just the best. Can’t say enough about them all – HIGHLY recommend!

This review is overdue. I became a patient at this office over 1 month ago. In my quest of finding Holistic dentist that would understand my dental needs. Doctor is very caring, knowledgeable and most of all the office is amazing. Did I mentioned clean? State the art. Doctor bedside manners are amazing , I would say the best Dentist I have visisted, her caring nature put me at ease knowing I had made the decision for my dental needs. Dr. Solis was my second dentist I visited and in glad I went with my gut. So far a deep cleaning with her amazing hygienist done in 2 separate visits. I have 3 cavities that where filled with BPA free filling. Amazing dentist!!! Highly recommended if you are looking for a holistic distist.

Dr. Solis is an extremely smart, wonderful, caring dentist–when I first met her–I felt like we had known each other for years.  Jennie, Gigi, Desiree and Dr. Farzan are wonderful additions to her practice as well.  All the staff at LA Holistic Dentistry are warm, caring and welcoming.   My husband also sees Dr. Solis and is pretty uncomfortable with dentists in general–however he feels completely at ease in the hands of Dr. Solis and has only had positive experiences at LA Holistic Dentistry.   My husband and I really appreciate Dr. Solis’ careful attention in using more conscious products that are less harmful to your health such as use of digital x-rays, BPA Free composite fillings, ozonated water and non-fluoridated polish.  Dr. Solis is not only a well educated dentist, she goes above and beyond to care for your teeth and in turn–your general health–using the “Biocompatible” Dentistry model.

Dr Karla is one of the rare Doctors that will go over and beyond for their patients. My experience here was very comfortable, relaxing, and I left with a smile. Dr Karla even cleaned my teeth personally! At first I was hesitant because I always had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, but after it was done I was amazed at how much better it was. Dr Karla was so much more detailed in my cleaning and I didn’t leave feeling as if my gums were tore apart. No pain, no discomfort. I’ll be a patient for life. Thanks Doc!

Karla is fantastic!  I’m now mercury free and my health has rapidly improved.  Because I was so ill and chemically sensitive I really appreciate how she used Bach’s Rescue Remedy Herbal stress reduction drops to ease me before my procedures.  I came back to have a cavity filled, 2 porcelain crowns and night guard.  With each visit her attention to details, making sure I was  pain free and that my bite was in alignment was wonderful.  Karla also looked into a procedure my pediatric dentist wanted to do on my son that would have been very harmful to his sensitive constitution.  I adore Karla for helping me and saving my kid from harm.  Her vast knowledge on biological safe materials is incredible.  I drive over an hour to see her because she’s worth it, don’t go anywhere else.  She’s the best in the business.

I had my mercury-amalgam fillings removed by Dr. Solis and what a difference it’s made in my health.  I was referred to her by my Holistic Dr. and am I glad I went.  She’s very gentle, careful and explains things very well.  I will be referring many people to her office and I will move my personal dental work to her as well.  The whole staff was very helpful and friendly.  Her office is in the heart of Westwood on Wilshire so it can be a tough drive and parking can be challenging but it is Los Angeles.  She is totally worth it to me.

Dr. Solis is by far the best dentist that I have ever encountered. She has an outstanding ability to make her patients feel comfortable, and relaxed. I have been seeing her for the last 5 months and have recommended her to all my family and friends. Not only does she make her patients feel at ease, but she does an excellent job at explaining her procedures. She truly is a dentist that goes above and beyond her patients expectations. You can search high and low for a great dentist in Los Angeles, but none of them compare to Dr. Solis.

I had been going to a terrible dentist in the same building, and was really hesitant to go to another. My insurance provides amalgam fillings for free, and I’m all about the freebies, but this dentist refused to accommodate me. After meeting Dr. Solis for the first time, I realized I’d found my home. The front desk is nice, the staff is nice, and Dr. Solis tells me how it is in plain English. She doesn’t try to up-sell, shows me what needs to be corrected (which is very reassuring) and *nicely* harped on me to floss more. I admit- I’m anti-floss. She referred me to a GREAT orthodontist down the hall to get braces and my first TMJ stint (which the previous dentist had blown off) and I go back twice a year for cleanings. She’s even noticed that I’ve been flossing. Needless to say, a little over a year later and my teeth are great, my wallet is fine, and I’ve referred a number of people to her office. Every one of them has come back with the same raving reviews. I’m going to be her patient until she moves out of the city or retires!

I had the best experience today at Dr. Solis’ office! I am SO grateful for her and her teams’ knowledge and expertise. I have been to several dentists and specialists to find out why a tooth I had a root canal on has still been bothering me. With their state of the art technology and CT 3D scan capabilities they were able to pinpoint the exact issue concerning my tooth and detected an infection lying deep within the root of the tooth. Without them I would have never known such a huge issue was lying deep within my tooth and I am beyond grateful as having such an infection is dangerous – total life savers. The entire team was super friendly and kind and their office was peaceful and just lovely to be in. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve had – thank you Dr. Solis and team! I am switching dentists and sticking with these guys for all future exams and dental work.

My husband and I absolutely adore Dr. Solis! You will never find a more passionate caring dentist. The staff at her office are warm and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure you and your teeth are well taken care of. If you have ever had a bad experience at a dentist’s office Dr. Solis will wipe those bad memories away with her warm smile and genuine care. Plus, Dr. Solis will recommend products that are organic and natural to keep your smile healthy and bright. If you have any silver fillings left – this is The Dentist Office To Go To! My husband is in the process of clearing out all that bad mercury and replacing his fillings. Dr. Solis was trained by the now retired dentist who created the industry standard mercury removal protocol. Yes, she’s that good! Dr. Solis is absolutely wonderful! I had previously had a lot of work done (root canal, minor surgery), and I had gone to see Dr. Solis to extract a tooth that was in that same area. Needless to say, that area was very sensitive and this was something I was nervous about having done. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. Dr. Solis and Gigi were informative, caring, gentle, and extremely supportive throughout the entire process.  That area has since healed very nicely, and I can’t thank Dr. Solis and Gigi enough!  I highly recommend her and her team!

I went in today to take care of a stain on my tooth that happened because another dentist didn’t do a great job. Dr. Solis and GG were so friendly, kind and informed me about every step. Being so mindful of everything, even water splashing on me. Dr. Solis is very efficient, knowledgable, attentive, funny and above all kind and generous. I’m happy to have found a new denist that I can trust and enjoy. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting an amazing dentist! 🙂

I had been researching for a holistic dentist to remove all my mercury filling for a while and came across LA Holistic Dentistry on Yelp. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Solis and her team. I usually get a little anxious going to the dentist, but from the minute Dr. Solis walked in I felt at ease. She’s got this amazing energy that just soothes you. She’s is professional, gentle, funny, is always conscious of the patient throughout their procedure. Mercury amalgam removal is not the most comfortable process, but Dr. Solis makes it a breeze and I honestly could not see myself getting through it without her and her team. She is amazing at what she does and I have recommended everyone I know to her. If you are looking for a caring, honest and professional dentist that will put you at ease look no further.

Dr. Solis is amazing and so is everyone else there. Gigi is fantastic, she has been helping me with my Invisalign. I have seen a great improvement with my teeth. I love that they are a holistic office and are concerned about your health and safety. They are also not overly aggressive which I have experienced at other dentist offices. They are kind and I always have a pleasant experience when I go there. I tend to get a little anxiety with dental appointments, but not here. I cannot say enough wonderful things about LA Holistic Dentistry. You won’t be disappointed!

I love Dr. Solis.  She did my teeth back in the day and when she left that awful practice, I lost track of her.  I finally found her again and I’m back.  She is professional and funny..  so you aren’t completely freaking out in the dental chair like I usually do.  She goes out of her way to help you and you feel good in her hands.  I recommend her to everyone and I’d really like never to have to see another dentist again.  She’s that awesome!!
