I’ve been coming here for over 16 years! My co-worker told me about Dr. Chiman Lad. Before coming here I was deathly afraid of coming to the dentist. Dr. Chiman Lad was gentle and kind. I even look forward to coming! I remember thinking the only thing he could improve was that his clinic was outdated. They have since completely remodeled it and they did an amazing job! Dr. Sunjay Lad, Dr. Lad’s son, joined the practice and he is also the best! Our kids come here, too. They have never had to go to a pediatric dentist because Dr. Sunjay is so great with them. I have recommended them to by closest friends and I will continue to do so. Thank you, Lad family dentistry for taking such great care of my kids and I!

I have never liked going to the dentist. All the stuff that goes in your mouth and your jaw hurts at the end. Ugh. But Dr. Lad changed all that–both Lads. They are wonderful, I’ve been to many dentists due to changes in insurance and these two are the best. They are kind, empathetic, and professional, their whole staff is. They treat you like family and make you feel welcome. Everything is spotless and you can tell that they take great pride in their office and work. Cleanliness is next to godliness, especially at a dentist’s office. Another wonderful thing is that you never wait more than five minutes, ever. This is what makes them so special: they value you and show it by never making you wait for them. I don’t usually do yelp reviews but I found this practice through yelp and I am so glad I did. If you have a fear of dentists this place will take that fear away!

I have been coming to this office since I was a child. Even though I have since moved from Temple City my husband and I make the drive back for the excellent care we receive. The staff and Dr. Lad (both)  are amazing. Everyone is kind and competent. The office is clean and beautifully decorated. You will receive excellent care from everyone. I have had many procedures done over the years and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist.

It was my first time going back to see my favorite dentists since the pandemic started and I was a little nervous since I haven’t been getting out in public too much. If this is your situation, you can rest assured that you’re in good hands with the Lad Dentistry team. I was called the day before my appointment to answer several health related questions to make sure that I wasn’t coming down with anything that I would bring to their office. I pulled into the parking lot and called the office and was able to get in right away. The first thing I got after saying hello thru my mask was a shot of hand sanitizer on my hands followed by a temperature check. I had just driven in from Orange County without using air conditioning on a pretty warm day and my temp was 100 point something. However, after a few minutes in their air conditioned office, my temp came down to a more normal 98.7. I was there for a routine cleaning and some x-rays and everything went well with no complications. So a happy ending for me as I had no cavities. The moral of the story – don’t put off going to the dentist. They are following all the established precautions and protocols to keep you and them safe.

As usual since 1991, this current cleaning visit was very pleasant and professional. The cleaning included full mouth x-ray using very modern digital equipment, very gentle and complete cleaning, a checkup by Dr. Sunjay and hygiene and issue related consultations and informative explanations and options. Note I am retired and pay out of pocket and find this visit affordable and allow me to continue using my dentist of many years

I have had some sort of dental problems most of my life and I have seen many dentists through out the San Gabriel Valley. One day I needed something semi-emergency and I found LAD FAMILY DENTISTRY! I am so glad that I did. NEVER before have I had the level of quality that I am experiencing at LAD Dentistry. Beautiful very clean environment that feels very welcoming and comforting especially for a dentists office. A warm and friendly staff at every level of care, from reception to office staff, assistants, hygienists and the Doctors themselves. It is truly an amazing experience to have the feeling that your dentist is your friend and partner in your dental care and they truly want what is best for you! GREAT JOB LAD FAMILY DENTISTRY!!!!! Because of my extreme fear of dentists, I had stopped going to them in my early 20s. In the 80s, my husband suggested that I visit his dentist, Dr. Chiman Lad. It is through Dr. Lad’s expertise, kindness and patience that I have been able to overcome my fears. I am now 76 years old and have been able to retain most of my teeth. I now travel from Oregon for Dr. Lad to take care of all my dental needs. I love his staff too. They are always friendly and professional. I would add an extra star rating if I could.

I’ve been going to the Lad Family Dentistry my entire life and have never had a bad experience, even when my teeth need some more serious work. It confuses me when others are apprehensive about going to the dentist because of the various forms of discomfort that other dentists’ offices invoke, but I’ve never experienced anything of the sort here. Just friendly, highly-skilled professionals who truly care about their patients.

I have never had a such thorough and complete dental exam before. Dr. Lad took his time to examine my entire dental and gum anatomy to identify possible diseases or areas where careful monitoring will be required to reverse or prevent further damages. Dr. Chiman Lad is a true professional and a passionate health care provider. He always offers the least invasive and financially reasonable procedures for both cosmetic and medical needs. For example, by other dentists I was always offered an expensive and very invasive veneer to fix a small chipped tooth. But Dr. Lad took care of it with a simple composite filling in a quick and painless 45 minute appointment. I wish I had met Dr. Lad long before but he is mine and my families dentist until he retires.

I have been going to Dr. Chiman Lad and Dr. Sunjay Lad for 3 years, and I am always impressed with their friendly, thorough and skillful care. I have been to many dentist over the years, and the Lad’s consistently deliver 5 star dental care. For once, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. They truly make you feel like you are a part of the family, not just a patient. The staff is equally professional, friendly and efficient. As long as I live within a hundred miles of Lad Family Dentistry, they will be my dentists.

When i visited Dr. Lads Dentist office for the first time i was very impressed with how the staff and the Doctor where so professional. I went to the Doctors office for a cleaning and a tooth extraction i thought it would be painful but i was suprised that it wasn’t. Dr. Lad took very good care of my problem and very honest about everything i needed in the future regarding my gum care. If your looking for a Dentist i would recommend Everyone to go see Dr. Lad he is the BEST Dentist around. And a Great Dentist is hard to find these days.

I have to say as a person who as dreaded the dentist since I was a small child, there has never been an event in my life that has caused me more anxiety than a trip to the dentist! I’ve never been to a dentist where the anticipation of pain did not have me beading with sweat before I opened the office doors, and believe me, I have been to way too many dentists in my life. Where on earth did Dr. Lad come from??? The first time in my life I actually did not encounter pain. The moment I walked into the Dr.’s offices, I was greeted by warm friendly staff. My appointment was on-time. Everything was explained to me in a way that I understood the procedures and again everything was painless. I would recommend Dr. Lad to everyone. He truly is the best dentist I have encountered in my life. There is no one that I would ever go to besides him. I can’t thank him and his staff enough for the special care and attention I receive everytime I have an appointment.

The office is beautiful, the staff are friendly and both Dr. Lads are incredibly kind, skilled and honest! I have been going to this office for decades – for good reasons.  My kids love and trust everyone in the office as well, and actually enjoy going to their dentist appointments, which is no easy task for young children.  They are the only dentists that I have been to that I highly recommend.
