My two children have been patients here for approximately 12 years and the Dr. Kevin and Dr. Lee are the best, very friendly.  My kids ENJOY going to their appointments as the staff is gentle and positive in their approach. The office staff is always helpful.  I recently had an issue with my insurance and Kelly went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issue. Thank you so much for all you do.

This is the best, most reasonably priced, pediatric dentist we could find. We were referred here by a friend and we have not been disappointed. The staff is friendly and professional. My son had to have 4 rotten baby teeth removed a number of years ago and we went to 3 other pediatric dentists before finding this one. After insurance, the lowest price we could find was over $3K. We were actively seeking a better price when our friend referred us here. We ended up paying less than $1,000. The service is better here. The staff is extra friendly. My kids actually love coming here. The work done to my son’s mouth was very quality and he experienced no pain. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Everyone here definitely goes above and beyond. We have been going every 6 months for the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended!

Best pediatric dentists!! Dr. Kevin & Dr. Lee are top notch. We absolutely love them and their staff! They do exceptional work and always welcome us with such great energy. In addition to regular maintenance appointments, Dr. Kevin has removed two teeth for my daughter over the years and he always makes sure she’s comfortable during the process. It’s always been a pleasant experience for her. They are very personable, professional, and the office is hygienic. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Kevin is awesome! We have been going to Dr. Kevin for 13 years now. My 3 kids love going to the dentist. Dr. Kevin and the hygienists are always super nice and gentle. Even the ladies at the front desk are kind and helpful. Many times they have helped me look into my insurance plan and answer all of my questions patiently. You are greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. The office is really nice and super clean. We highly recommend Dr. Kevin!

This office is just amazing. Dr. Kevin is great with our girls and answers all my neurotic questions with a smile. His staff are gentle and encouraging with the girls as well. They are always able to complete the cleanings and exams with no fear, our kids actually love coming here and look forward to their next visits to get tokens for toys. The office design helps with the kid friendly decor, the TVs with Netflix at every station, and allowing parents stay with their children. They always fit you in if you have a concern. Dr. Kevin is thorough yet conservative in his treatment recommendations which I really appreciate. I can’t imagine taking our children anywhere else. First class care and service, and they take our insurance!

Amazing service. My daughter gets anxiety easily and they were amazing. She left smiling and has no fear to come back. Fast and efficient and everyone is friendly and helpful.

We were with our last pediatric dentist for over 10 years.  He was great but his front office people could never get our billing correct.  We eventually had enough and went through the hassle of finding a new dentist for our kids.  Some friends recommended Ladera Ranch.  We started going to them and never looked back.  My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist now, no joke!  Both dentists are very friendly and soft spoken with the kids which keeps them calm.  My little daughter had to have some intense work and they were able to do it without Nitrous Oxide.Happy to report that they have never messed up our billing either. 🙂

Dr. Hszieh is very attentive and caring with all of his patients. We have been taking our daughter to see Dr. Hszieh since she was 2 yrs old and every experience has been great! To put my daughter at ease, Dr Hszieh would explain each step to her before he proceed. Waiting area is filled with toys to entertain the kids. The office staff is always very helpful. Highly recommend!

After a horrible experience with our last dentist we were filled with trepidation to begin acclimating my son (who has autism) to a new practice.  From the moment we met Dr. Lee and Dr. Kevin our fears were put at rest.   They both have the most amazing bedside manner with the kids, especially children with special needs.   They made the experience so comfortable for my son he goes for cleaning without any sedation any more.  They do an excellent job and are not looking to add procedures that are unnecessary.  Wonderful place, highly recommend.

We have been taking our kids to Ladera Pediatrics for about three years and we LOVE them! Both dentists and all the staff are amazing! The kids even love going to the dentist! Best dentist I have ever been to, hands down!

My son was eating popcorn, started complaining of rear molar tooth pain. Being that it was 8:30 at night and they were closed I messaged the office at 2AM through yelp asking for an early morning appointment, I had been up all night with a kid in pain. At 7AM the same day, the actually Dentisit Dr. Kevin called me and had my appointment all setup to get his tooth fixed that morning. My son was nervous about going to the dentist. When we arrived his name was on the board welcoming him as a new patient. The staff was amazing, obviously a reflection of the owners Dr. Kevin and Dr. Lee. They took X-rays and had him all setup in a private room. Dr. Lee, fixed and repaired his tooth my son didn’t move, cry or flinch, these doctors are top notch professionals that make the experience fun for the kids. The office is beautiful, geared toward the kids in every way. My experience was great, my son has had no more tooth issues.

Was referred to this Pediatric specialist since my four year old child had cavities and the family dentist could not perform treatment.  Even in this kid friendly, jungle themed environment my daughter was still uncomfortable with what would be her first dental treatment.  Due to the extent of dental work required and lack of cooperation from my child my only option was treatment under anesthesia which was a very uncomfortable choice as a parent.  The experience for both my child and me was better than I could have wished for.  Dr. Kevin, Dr. Richard and the office staff are great with kids.  I would highly recommend.

We love coming to this office! We’re fairly new to Ladera and feel lucky to have found this place. We just went today (June 2020) and we’re in the middle of all the COVID scare. They took our temperature, asked the right questions, and got us out of the waiting room. They also had the new air purifiers to help with aspiration. They are doing things the right way!

Well…what can I say??? It was Christmas and my 2 1/2 year old grandson had an accident at my house. My daughter and husband were very worried about where to go…what to do. She called her dentist, Ladera Ranch Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Kevin returned call within minutes!!!…on Christmas!!! He said he needed to see them right away after my daughter sent a picture of his teeth that got smashed back when he jumped off my couch. Dr. Kevin even brought his young daughter to keep my 4 yr old grandson company. He put on a movie for them in his office. My little grandson got all fixed up and upon leaving asked if he could come back to visit me. I’m still amazed this all happened on Christmas!! Thank you Dr. Kevin….You have a good heart!!!
