I almost feel as if I am walking into Cheers when I arrive at this office. Everyone genuinely knows my name and always cheerfully acknowledge me. From the day I walked in with pain three years ago until today, the dentists and staff have approached me as if I am the only person in the building. I receive all of their attention when I am in the chair. I have had extensive work done, and am always prepared to ask for pain medication, but have never had to. They obviously know their jobs so well, there has never been any residual discomfort.
And although dental work is not free, they have always worked with me on costs and payments as well.
So “Cheers” to Laguna Niguel Dental and always treating me like I am #1..!

Highly recommend Dr. Rahnama with the Laguna Niguel Dental. He is the best dentist I have come across so far. Really gentle, caring and knowledgeable. I had a few fillings done and had to be numbed twice, so Dr. Rahnama was patient and really cared for my wellbeing and comfort. He takes time to explain the procedure and answers any questions you might have. In all honesty, if I was to start a new career today, I would choose dentistry, only because of how inspiring, caring and skilled Dr. Rahnama is 🙂 Also, all staff is great and Mrs. Isabel at the front desk always makes sure to offer appointments as soon as possible. I have nothing but great words to say about this dental office.

Far and away the best dentist I’ve had the pleasure of caring for me my entire adult life. He is thorough, professional, intelligent, gentle, attentive… and he listens to you. He doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary services or treatments. His staff is great too. He’s clearly very principled and adept. It’s not a fancy whiz bang modern office (some dentists look more like dot com offices) but neither is it old or in any way deficient or out of date. The office is new and clean and very comfortable with modern equipment without looking like a sci fi set. In other words, everything you need, nothing you don’t.
Come to Dr Rahnama. You won’t regret it.

Very skilled dentist! I had a deep cleaning and some fillings done here which I’ve done before at other offices and this experience was completely different. No pain, not even doing the injections, and the Dr was very honest and easily explained all my options. He also didn’t ask me how often I floss so we were able to avoid me lying to him.

I’ve been looking for a dentist who’s great for about 2 years now. Tried at least four others and was always told I needed extra services or expensive rinses and generally given the run-around. I visited Dr. Rahnama today and he did my exam and my actual cleaning instead of passing it off to a technician (although they usually do a great job too) and was completely honest with me. He did not attempt to up-sell me on a single thing and was quick but thorough. The experience was so great after dealing with so many other bait-and-switch dentists. I couldn’t recommend him or his office staff more. Everyone was extremely pleasant and they’ve earned a patient for life.

This Dental office is great. One of the most friendliest and professional dental offices that I’ve ever been to. Positive attitude staff from when you first walk in. The also “cater to cowards”- for people like me who hate to go to dentists.

Dr. Rahnama is a fantastic Doctor!! He and his staff are always so kind, friendly and respectful. He is always on time and does not overbook patients. My family and I began going to him about 12 years ago after my old doctor broke one of my teeth. Not only did Dr. Rahnama fix that tooth, but he also found other issues that my past doctor had failed to recognize or bring to my attention. Cleanliness is also a very important quality to me and I feel that his office reflects this very well; everything is so tidy, clean and organized. Would always recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist!

I have been to many dentists. Dr. Rahnama is by FAR the best! He is so nice! His chair-side manner is very warm and informative. I had a cleaning and today came back to have 2 fillings. I couldn’t even feel the needle when he gave me my novocaine shot. He did the fillings quickly and painlessly. He is very concerned about the comfort of his patients. I’m actually looking forward to my next dental visit!!!!
