I’m having my entire mouth re-done as I have had to replace substandard dental work done in the past. My teeth were in bad shape. I went from Terrible to Terrific! Dr. Madany is an exceptional dentist with unparalleled talent and skill. Combined with his outstanding bedside manner and personality, I could not be happier. The techniques he uses made the entire process painless. Why go to a specialist to have extensive work done when Dr. M can do it all! My teeth look phenomenal and my only regret is I didn’t do this sooner. As for cost, the prices are extremely competitive so you know you are receiving outstanding value.

Dr. Madany recently filled a cavity for me. I am not a fan of having dental work performed and generally use gas to avoid the anxiety! Dr. Madany made me feel very comfortable- said I could have the gas if I needed it- but he was finished before I could even focus on what was happening. I highly recommend him. The office is very nice and a relaxing atmosphere.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Reza Madany @ Laguna Spa Dentistry by a friend of mine and the experience has been a great blessing to both my wife and I and also now, my sisters and my mother. But I will just speak for myself. So, I have a pretty good fear of Dentistry work. And I ignored going to the dentist for like 8 years. So out of tooth pain and worry I made an appointment and Dr. Madany did the initial exam to see where I was at. So in last 3 years of being a patient, I have had 3 root canals and crowns, 4 fillings, a wisdom tooth pulled and a deep gum/teeth cleaning. Needless to say, ignoring your teeth is not a good call. So a little fearful I started this venture with Dr. Madany. He took it slow, numbed me up nicely and my teeth are doing great today. He has me back on track, my wife back on track, my sister and my mother back on track.
The staff there are sharp, friendly, and helpful from scheduling next appointments to assistance with billing.

I can’t say enough about Laguna Spa Dentistry. Dr. Madany and Dr. Olex are wonderful. I had a bad tooth ache on a Friday (Veterans Day) I called Dr. Madany and he quickly returned my call. He explained that was out of town but he had a call into Dr. Olex. He also prescribed some ibuprofen to help with the pain. No sooner did I hang up with Madany when Dr. Olex called. I explained my situation and she stated that she could meet me on Saturday to take a look (mind you that she is on Maternity leave and the office is not open on Saturday). What incredible customer service. I own my own company and I know the importance of client relationships. Thank you Dr. Olex for putting the needs of your clients first. I hope that this review will help reflect the type of business professionals both you and Dr. Madany run. Thanks again.

Dr. Madany is the best dentist I have ever been to.. I have been traumatized by dentist since I was a kid.. I have been scared to step into a dental office ever since and even the smell of dental offices would bring back bad memories. So I had been hearing from this dentist by several friends and finally decided to get the courage to go back to see a dentist and my God, was he so patient and calmed me down since he saw how nervous I was .. i then just decided to close my eyes and just let him do his job and WOW was he great.. I didnt experience any pain whatsoever!! I went back to him to have a wisdom molar taken out and the same I didnt have any pain!! It was quick and pain free!!!!!!! I since then have had my whole family visit him.. I’ve had my brother, parents and also my niece and her husband come to see him and the have all said nothing but good things about this doctor.. they all love the work they have had done by this dentist.. I would highly recommend him too everyone specially for those who have had bad experiences with other dentist.

By far one of the best offices I’ve ever been to. Front office staff is very friendly and definitely knows what they are doing. Both dentists are amazing as well. I have never really loved going to the dentist my entire life and when I realized I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed, it is an understatement to say that I was nervous. Without a shadow of a doubt I would refer anyone to Dr. Madany for extractions because I did not feel a thing and I was pretty much asleep for the whole appointment. Great with any age definitely will be returning.

I’m old enough to have been through a few dentists, and when I was looking for a new one Dr. Olex was recommended. My two girls, 11 and 9, see her for checkups. I thought at first, “No way I’m going to a children’s dentist! I’m 66 years old!” Well due to my wife’s encouragement I went. Couldn’t be happier with the dental care I received, including receptionist Becky’s knowledge about the practice, insurance, etc.cWhat came up was a need for a root canal, which her colleague, D.r Madany was able to do. I let the tooth go much long as it became quite infected and the office was able to get me in right away. Dr. Madany explained everything ahead of time very thoroughly, answered all my questions and tackled what turned out to be a bigger job than expected with aplomb and professionalism. The infection was quite extensive and he patiently took care of it.

Unfortunately my son had two crowns and a root canal completed in the last 6 months. my wife had also two crown put on with the last few month. Have been going to Dr. Madany for a few years now. He’s pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth and done several fillings on me. I didn’t feel any pain during the extractions and very minimal pain afterwards. Dr. Olex too is very sweet and they both very much care about every patient that walks in and out of their doors. Both the doctors and staff exhibit excellent patient care and truly take the time to get to know all of their patients on a personal level. Would recommend both doctors to anybody and everybody.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Madany (primary) and Dr. Olex for over 8 years. Dr. Madany has the most gentle hand in dentistry I’ve ever experienced (I’ve been to over 15 dentists in my life) and he just always really takes care of me. He doesn’t give me the run around for anything. I never feel like I’m wasting my time or money. Never had to return for the same problem. I’m not sure what kind of experience Erin M had (below) but just remember that every person is different and we all react differently to procedures. I can’t praise Dr. Madany enough – it’s so frustrating trying to find dentists and doctors who work for you and he is my guy for sure!! Lifetime patient.

I’ve always been absolutely terrified by the thought of the dentist. Finally, after a toothache, I took a recommendation from a friend and ended up with Dr Madany. Turned out that I needed my wisdom teeth pulled and 4 cavities filled. I was so terrified that I actually did cry! They were so welcoming and comforting (even gave me a comfy blanket to make me more relaxed) When Dr Madany got to work I hardly felt a thing. Didn’t feel any cavities being filled and only felt the pressure of one tooth coming out. I was constantly being checked on and asked if I needed a break or was in any pain (which I somehow wasn’t) I was shocked when he told me that we were done. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR MADANY. Also can’t forget how amazing Pat and Becky were. The whole staff is so friendly and makes you feel at home

Going to the dentist has always caused me great anxiety because of some terrifying memories from childhood. I panicked when I found out that I needed not 1 but 2 root canals. A friend of mine was having a root canal done with Dr. Madany at the time. She told me great things about him and encouraged me to see him. One of my teeth was already hurting so I had no choice but to go.She had told him about my fear of dentists. The first thing he did when he saw me was to calm me down assuring me that I would feel no pain during the procedure. He came through. I felt no pain whatsoever! He was great! He explained me the entire process step by step, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. All I can say is that Dr Madany is one of the best dentists in OC. He is kind, gentle, and very professional.
I live 40 minutes away from his office but it’s worth the drive.
I highly recommend Dr Madany. You’ll not be disappointed.
