On an inter-personal, professional level, Dr. Ho and staff are as good as it gets: professional, courteous, confident, yet humble. Beyond that, Dr. Ho accepted me as a new emergency patient on a Saturday afternoon. Anyone who has ever had a tooth-ache, especially at the beginning of a weekend, will know to value being seen the same day. And the professional decisions were still conservative, tooth- and root-conserving as much as possible. I can tell you, he chose the most time-consuming, yet more economical treatment – not because I asked for it, but because he put my oral health first; all this on a Saturday afternoon and for a stranger who just tried to find anyone in Orlando who would spare me 2 days and nights of pain. Dr. Ho, you can count our entire family as new and lasting patients.

I’m terrified of dental procedures and haven’t been able to afford dental care since my parents took care of it. They were the first to take care of my adult dental care and I can’t (won’t) go anywhere else! The staff and Dr. Ho are very understanding, and make sure you understand pricing and each part of the procedure so you’re not in the dark. Right now they even make sure that you’re able to reschedule without a fee due to COVID-19. Dr. Ho truly cares about his patients and it shows in this practice.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Ho at Lake Eola Dental today and they exceeded my expectations. It can be hard to find a dentist that is both personable and affordable; this practice is both. I highly recommend Dr. Ho and Lake Eola Dental if you are new to the area or are just looking for a new dentist in Orlando. Super modern office too, complete with TVs on the ceiling.

This dental office is the best dental place I have ever been to. The office is immaculate and very modern. Dr. Ho and Heidi, his assistant, are amazing. They are friendly and kind and made getting a root canal a tolerable experience for me. Dr. Ho will be my forever dentist! I will recommend him to everyone.

After three visits, I am confident sharing my experience publicly. My first visit was an emergency tooth ache on a Saturday morning. It took calling several dentists who were open but not able to see me that same day. Dr. Ho agreed without hesitation, sparing me two days and two nights of pain. I have since returned two more times for treatment unrelated to the emergency. He explains what is going on in as much detail as you like. He treats conservatively (he painstakingly drilled away at a tooth cavity for quite awhile, sparing me a root canal, getting paid for a filling only – my previous dentist insisted on a root canal), pays attention to detail (swabbed dried-out lips mid-procedure with lip balm) and is incredibly attentive to the slightest sign of discomfort from you. While no dental procedure is fun, my three visits with Dr. Ho were completely pain free. His practice is perfect: clean, modern, quiet, peaceful, and it gives you a great view from your chair while maintaining your privacy. A flatscreen tv is mounted flush onto the ceiling right above you for your convenience. Your appointment time is the actual beginning of your treatment. There is zero wait time. His assistant, Heidi, is in terms of professionalism and courtesy a mirror image of Dr. Ho. I am pleased to have found “my” dental office and am looking forward to a long-term patient-doctor relationship with Dr. Ho.

From the very first phone call that I made to Lake Eola Dental and throughout my entire experience with them, my whole family received 5 star service!! Heidi was so very helpful with coordinating time slots that worked with all 4 members of our family. She was kind and patient with me as I figured out the best time we could come in. My 2 daughters warmed up to Heidi and Dr. Ho right away and were given excellent care. Dr. Ho walked them through each step of the exam and there were no tears at all! The atmosphere of the office is so peaceful with windows everywhere so that all the natural light can flood in. We were so pleased with our experience with Lake Eola Dental and have already recommended them to our local family members. So thankful to have found this gem of a dental office!!
