I had an amazing time today with the team of dentists at Lake Lucerne. Peggy was beyond fabulous, we laughed so much (making her work hard because she is a dentist hahaha), she explains you everything she is going to be doing, make you feel welcome and confortable, really a truly gem! Dr De Oliveira is such a nice guy, came to do some check ups and say hi and welcome me to the practice. Every person of this team was really nice and the experience was super pleasant. See you next year for my next check up!

Being a Dentist and having my own Dental Practice, I am very particular about the services I provide and receive. I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by Dr. Gustavo De Oliveira and his dental team. I had a crown done today and it was done with the utmost care and attention to detail without any pain. I left Dr. De Oliveira’s office the same day with a shiny new crown! Thank you to the doctor and his professional staff for such a great experience right down to the warm lavender scented towels applied to my face! I felt pampered by Mell, his wonderful assistant, who made sure I was comfortable and very well taken care of. If you are looking for a dentist who is perfectionist and has a high standard of professionalism and skill, you will not be disappointed with Dr. De Oliveira and his team!

Finding a dentist in Orlando seems to be a little difficult given the number of choices. You want an office that has positive reviews, provides a great experience AND takes your insurance. With Lake Lucerne, all those fell into place at the same time. I actually found them through Instagram – I mean, a dental practice that cares enough to post updates about their practice is a good sign, right? (It’s @lakelucernelifestyledentistry btw). I ended up seeing Dr. Zachariah who comes in one day a week to this practice. She was awesome and very thorough in her examination. I also had a filling done, which I always have apprehensions about, but found Dr. Zachariah to be an expert at the process. I would say, she should be added to the website under dentists as she is awesome! Melinda was the dental assistant for both my visits and is very personable. When I asked about the crown making machine (that’s a thing now), she graciously showed it to me and explained how it worked. She also did a whole photo shoot of my mouth – it was amazing. It was like I was at JC Penney getting head shots, but of just my teeth. All the equipment was state of the art and really gives the team there a great view of your teeth. Their gizmos and gadgets would even make Ariel jealous. The front desk staff is always friendly and a special thanks to Yvonne and Sabreen for all their help with questions and billing. The process was made very easy! Sidney, the office manager, asked how my visit the first time and I briefly met Dr. De Oliveira, who welcomed me to the office. The office is very clean and trendy looking with free water when you arrive and are in the waiting room. Parking was not a problem and the location is easy to get to off of I-4. If you are looking for a friendly office with impeccable dentistry skills, I would recommend Lake Lucerne Dentistry! …I almost forgot, the dentist chairs have a massage option!

Donna is an amazing hygienist that provides a thorough and pain free cleaning and truly cares about her patients. We followed her to this practice when our dentist retired in 2017 and we are so glad that we did. Dr. Loss and Dr. De Oliveira are very knowledgable and provide great dental care without trying to sell services that are not needed. I recently had to have an emergency extraction of a tooth. The tooth was giving me extreme pain and had to be done on a day that the office is normally closed. Timing was also a problem as I needed to leave town that afternoon to get to a Family Reunion that I was in charge of and had been planning for 18 months. Without question, Dr. De Oliveira found a way to get my extraction done so that I could finally get rid of the pain and get on the road. Donna even came in on her day off to sit with my husband while the procedure was being done and when a glitch happened with my pain medication prescription, she obtained and delivered the new prescription to my pharmacy which is clear on the other end of town. Both she and the doctor were totally focused on getting me out of pain and getting me to my reunion. I am so thankful for both of them and the other staff members that had thier day disrupted and jumped in to help.

I recently relocated to Orlando from NYC with serious dental issues. A dental treatment plan — at Colombia University’s Dental Teaching School — before I left NYC was estimated at $23K. Needless to say, I was extremely stressed about the future dental work I that I needed, how to pay for it all, plus my day-to-day dental discomfort was becoming quite acute. Enter Dr. G. at Lake Lucerne Dentistry. A friend referred me to Dr. Gustavo DeOliveira of Lake Lucernce Dentistry (Orlando FL), and to say that I was well taken care of would be an understatement. The front office was able to schedule me in right way for a thorough consultation of my dental situation. After my exams with Dr. G. and team, they outlined a treatment plan that could begin immediately, and was about 1/3 the price I was quoted in New York City. I had recently discovered the Care Credit healthcare financing service, and was thrilled that I could make my payments at Lake Lucerne Dentistry using that service. Six months later — after two root canals, numerous filled cavities, two implant preps, a few re-cemented veneers and crowns — I am one happy camper. Dr. G. is a kind, compassionate professional that really made me feel taken care of. This level of skill and professionalism also extends to the entire team at Lake Lucerne including my dental assistance Sabrene, super-hygienist Deb and the on-top-of-everything front office.

Dr. Gustavo is by far the best dentist I have ever had! He has taken care of a variety of dental work (pain free!!) for me and I have honestly never felt more confident in my smile than each time I leave his office! He has sat with me and answered every single question I may have had and has really made sure I was fully aware and understanding of my treatment plan before even starting any procedures – which I really appreciated! From the front office experience, with a caring, loving and dedicated staff, to when you sit in the chair, there’s never a bad moment at their offices.
