This is one of the best dental offices I have ever used. When I have a dental emergency, they are always able to get me in right away. Everyone (from the first person who greets me to the doctor) is professional, pleasant, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. They are willing and very able to assist me with my insurance claims. I highly recommend Dr Mendoza and her wonderful practice.

Warm and friendly provider and staff. I get my teeth cleaned 4 times a year and enjoy each visit at Lake Pointe. They are fast and efficient. The staff is so welcoming and they’ve been part of doctor Mendoza’s team for a long time. They are extraordinarily professional while making you feel at home in their office. They are also quite honest business people. I love that I never feel like I’m being sold products or procedures that I don’t need. I hope to continue going to them for many years.

In the past, I have not had great experience with a dentist. As a result, I am very self-conscious about my teeth, but everyone at Lake Pointe makes me feel very comfortable when I visit. The staff is great and very courteous and thoughtful in how they engage patients. It’s great to have a medical provider who actually talks you through their diagnosis, treatment options and prognosis before working with you to formulate the plan. Dr. Mendoza and her entire staff are just wonderful! We do not mind driving from Irving because of the quality service given by everyone. My kids are not afraid of seeing Dr. Mendoza because she is very kind, caring and super friendly. Plus, they love to watch movies and getting prices from the treasure box!!! I highly recommend this place not only because of their professionalism but because of their outstanding service. Cynthia is just phenomenal at fitting and scheduling all my 3 appointments in one day every six months. She is efficient and willing to work with your schedule all the time. I am not afraid of requesting to change my appointment if I have to because I know Cynthia will get it done fast. We have been patients since 2010 because of their excellence service!! Absolutely love this place!! Dr. Mendoza is super sweet and did great with my 5 year old ADHD twins. Her staff was wonderful as well. Everyone is extremely nice and they were all very patient with my daughters. We’ve been to this office twice and both times we were called back from the waiting room within 5 minutes of walking in the front door. I had a horrible experience with a dentist last year, reported him to BBB and swore I would never go to another dentist again but this office has changed my mind.
