I did Invisalign through Lakepoint Orthodontics. The staff was always incredibly friendly, and they did phenomenal work. I never thought my teeth could look this good. They even worked with me to make sure I finished the Invisalign a little earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. My son had invisalign so we have been going to this office for the past 2 yrs. The staff is so friendly. They also have a reward system where the patients earn points by doing various things like brushing their teeth when they arrive, bringing their reward card, etc. They can cash in their points and get gift cards to various stores. My son loved that. Dr. Jezdimir and Dr. Krieg are so knowledgeable and professional and extremely thorough. My son’s teeth are perfect now. We are going to miss them.

We LOVE everything about LakePointe Orthodonticts! From the Doctors, to the assistants, to the girls at the front desk! Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and well educated. And on top of all that the place is always sparkling clean and beautifully designed and decorated! They have great incentives for the kids (and adults) to take care of their teeth. My daughter has already started on her Orthodonticts journey, my son has an appt. coming up in July and shortly after I’m planning on starting my journey too!!

I had my first visit the beginning of October and have been four times since then. My very first experience there was warm and welcoming. It just got more comforting with each visit. Decided to get braces through Lakepointe in 2013 not sure knowing what would be the outcome, but I will say I would not want to go a different Dr. Staff and faculty are very respectful and understanding. The environment they provide for their patients is hands down genuine and authentic. Just finished my second set of braces due to me not wearing my retainers this past Wednesday and the process was easier than the first time. 10/10 recommendation for anyone looking to have a perfect smile.

My three oldest daughters have received orthodontic care from Dr. Krieg and Dr. Jezdimir and we could not be more pleased with the quality of their work, the level of professionalism from their staff, and the wonderful office that LakePointe Orthodontics has on Greater Mack. From the moment you enter their office, you’ll be treated to top-shelf attention by LakePointe’s staff and enjoy their comfortable waiting room that even includes an arcade and computer stations, free Keurig coffee, etc. Most importantly, their competent, cheerful care of their patients will impress you throughout. They have decades of experience in motivating kids to care for their teeth (Dr. Krieg took over for his father, the Kriegs have served our community 60+ years) and I cannot argue with the product. My daughters now have beautiful smiles that will certainly be a blessing to them for years to come. My other four kids, if needed, will definitely be seeing LakePointe Orthodontics in the years ahead.

Also, I really appreciate that they don’t try to sell you things like electric toothbrushes or whitening systems. Some offices are really pushy with that stuff. Not Lakepointe.

They explain everything about your treatment and are always ready to answer any questions. There are always fun contests such as the Summer Reading Contest and most recently, the guess how many St. Patrick’s Day items are in a jar contest. Every visit, patients are given reward points that allow patients to redeem gift cards for Amazon, Best Buy, Target, etc… I am very happy with how my teeth look after Invisalign, and I highly recommend this office, especially with the awesome nautical theme around the entire place!

Oh, boy. Where do I even begin?! I can’t even tell you how enjoyable the orthodontic experience has been for my family over the past few years at LakePointe. Two of my kids just finished up their process and the other two are partway through. I’ve recommended LakePointe to more people than I can count! The intake process is the best I’ve ever experienced; they really have it figured out! The entire staff (from the front desk to the doctors) have never been anything except professional and genuinely kind hearted. They never seemed rushed, always show extreme patience, and truly care to know the patients and their families. If you have ANY hesitations, set them aside. You will have an amazing experience and will end up with an incredible smile!
