My hubby and I have been consistently visiting Dr. Frank’s office for all of our dental needs for close to 17 years now. Dr. Frank and his staff have ALWAYS been so compassionate, thorough and informative about our care. We can’t EVER remember a time when I didn’t we didn’t have a good experience.

Very relaxed office during my visit. My Hygienist made me feel comfortable and my cleaning was quick but not so quick that she was rushing. I have past traumas and barely want to go to the dentist for a check but today was a notable visit. Thank you for making me comfortable and you have a new patient.

I HATE going to the Dentist, but the girls here made it very easy and calming for me. They are sweet, accommodating and very light-hearted/funny. We laughed and had a great time. I know most people may not like going to the dentist, for me it’s the opposite. Dr. Frank is so caring and meticulous. He’s also honest; years ago I wanted veneers and Dr. Frank told me your teeth are fine, you don’t really need them. Not many dentist would talk you out of elective procedures. He puts the patient first. I needed a minor procedure he could have done but knowing my personality and anxiety Dr. Frank sent me to one of his colleagues, an Orthodontist who would be able to complete the procedure using anesthesia. He is all about what’s best for the patient.

Have you ever gone to a dentist that made you feel like you were buying a used car? You go in for a simple check up, and walk out being told that your mouth is a total mess and that you urgently need thousands of dollars of work plus teeth whitening and, oh, how about some veneers and an auto-renewing membership in the “toothpaste of the month club?” I HATE that! My goal is to keep my teeth healthy, clean, and in my mouth for as long as I possibly can. That’s it! That’s what I told Dr. Frank, and that’s what I get! If I ever WANT any of the extras for a supermodel white smile or other extra-cool stuff (ok, I don’t know about the toothpaste of the month club) they can deliver that too, but if I don’t, they don’t treat me like some horse-toothed second class citizen that doesn’t deserve their time unless I take out a 2nd mortgage on my house to get every dental treatment that exists. You are in charge! And they’re ok with it! I love their system of email and text message reminders-very convenient! All of the staff are very respectful and pleasant. They act like they like their jobs! I get the same hygienist every visit and she is wonderful. Dr. Frank is awesome and has a great sense of humor. I get a great cleaning and thorough check up every visit. I tried SO many dentists before finding this one-I’m glad I kept looking! Highly recommended!

I have been seeing Dr. Frank for many years now and have always received the best care. Dr. Frank and his staff always provide helpful tips when it comes to caring for my teeth. This last visit they even showed me the helpful benefits of Invisalign and offered financing if needed. I never thought this was a possibility for me and I am so appreciative of their insight. Dr. Frank and his staff always take the time to listen to the patient needs. I highly recommend him and his staff if you are looking for a new Dentist!

I have had horrible experiences with other dentists. As a result I have anxiety just thinking about making an appointment. Today I came for my 1st appointment. Dr Frank and his staff were patient, kind and understanding. The things I worried most about were all the things wrong w/my teeth. I almost mentioned that he not tell me about the condition of teeth but tell me what can be done to improve the appearance and overall health of my mouth. Dr Frank looked at the X-rays and 1. told me it wasn’t as bad as I feared 2. Is creating a plan to get me smiling again. I won’t be afraid to come back! I have been going to Dr. Franks office for over 10 years. There is a reason for that. His staff have always greeted me by name. I rarely have to wait to get called when they are ready for me. Ashley has cleaned my teeth for the last couple of years. She not only cleans my teeth gently but she is personable, funny and excellent at what she does. Dr. Frank is always professional. He has a calm approach to greeting you and whenever I have a procedure that involves a needle he takes his time and puts you at ease. He talks you through it so there are no surprises. During visits there is NEVER an up-sale for procedures or products. It’s nice to have no pressure sales for teeth whitening, or other vain procedures. I look forward to going to Lakeside Dental.

Awesome place! Came here after trying Premiere Dental. They were trying to charge me for 900 dollars of “necessary” work. Lakeside Dental checked my teeth out and they told me all I needed was a cleaning which is covered by my insurance. Wonderful dentist and super awesome dental hygienists. While no one necessarily looks forward to seeing the dentist, Lakeside Dental consistently makes the experience as pleasant as possible. Appointments are easy to schedule, the support staff members are as professional as they are cheerful, and Dr. Bruce Frank is nothing short of a rock star—treating his patients with patience, understanding, and compassion. My aging, busy dental infrastructure has known a few dentists in my time, but my 15 years at Lakeside Dental have been most satisfying, and I feel that my smile speaks for itself.
