It is always hard to find a new dentist that you can trust your teeth with, but after reading all the good reviews about Dr. Lamise Kassem I’ve decided to check it out. Upon entering the office, the receptionist was warm and welcoming. Dr. Kassem was very professional and she helped me right away with my tooth problem. Most dentist I have been to would try to tell me that I need to do this or that so that they can get more money out of my pocket, but not Dr. Kassem, she went straight to the problem and took her time helping me. She was very gentle, and while working on my tooth she made sure that if I feel any discomfort to let her know.
After getting my tooth fixed I was worried that my retainer would not fit because of the crown placed over my molar, but Dr. Kassem was understanding and offered to help remake my retainer if i needed to.
All in all, Dr. Kassem and her team was very warm, friendly, and welcoming.

I had never had a dentist check me for dental bone loss before Dr. Kassem.
The dental cleanings are the most modern I have ever had.
I moved to So Cal Nov. 2017 and looked up Dr Kassem to treat a loose crown I was experiencing. She ensured me that there was no further damage/problems and took care of it immediately.
Overall her and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable and make you feel at ease.

OMG Wow what a great experience. Such a friendly and amazing staff. I had 3 cavities filled(was supposed to be 5) and it was a pain free experience. I was afraid I was gonna tap out after 3 from the pain before i sat in the chair. They want you to leave satisfied with their work. I used to be scared of dentist visits, not anymore! Yesterday i had am emergency problem with a tooth. (A different dentist) had performed two crowns next to each other. I call early Saturday to see if she could see me to relieve the excruciating pain i had suffered all night. Her office was beautiful and welcoming. She said that my crowns were not put in correctly and there was a gap between the two leaving space for infection. She adjusted my crowns and assisted my painful tooth with ease. Very caring and compassionate. Shes my new dentist.

We finally found a new dentist near us! Dr. Kassem and her staff were so welcoming, warm, and caring. We hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and they didn’t make us feel bad for it or lecture us about the importance, instead they made us feel comfortable and relaxed. When you love clean teeth but have not gone to the dentist in while??? I knew I had to suck it up and go to the dentist as brushing and flossing weren’t going to thoroughly clean what I can’t brush away. I didn’t want to choose just any dentist closes to my house (which may have led to me not having gone to a dentist in a while due to bad experience) so I made sure I did some research prior, and I’m very glad I did! Dr. Kassem made me feel at ease and I was very comfortable in her care. She did not push me for any unnecessary procedures nor did she try to push products. I was shown X-rays of my teeth and explained what needed to be done and what could be done better to prevent complications. I scheduled my 2nd appointment 1.5 weeks after my first (for a necessary procedure) and was in an out in about 15 minutes! Staff are great as well! Amanda, the dentist assistant, as well as another front desk girl (forgot her name) were polite and pleasant. I have already recommended Dr. Kassem!

Dr Kassem and her staff are awesome! My friend recommended her to me after I had gone through 4 dentists that were constantly trying to upsell me on unnecessary treatment. Dr Kassem has a very conservative approach and doesn’t push unnecessary treatments. However, when there is an emergency, you’d better believe it that she knows what to do! My daughter had some bad work done by a previous dentist and Dr Kassem was right on it! She’s honest and that’s what you want in a dentist. She provides honest diagnosis, quality preventive care, and a clean and friendly environment. Oh, did I mention she takes HMO! Yet I get treated like I’m a PPO client. Everyone I’ve referred to her comes back happy and has changed her to be their dentist. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Kassem and her staff.

This is by far the best dental office I’ve been to aside from my previous doctor. Dr Lamise was working the reception area and was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Kassem and her staff. They are friendly, fun, and welcoming. Most importantly they are honest. They knew I have (not a good) insurance and didn’t treat me as a second class citizen like my last dentist at (a different dental office). Dr. Kassem thoroughly exam, clean my teeth, and inform me things I should watch out for. She didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need like deep cleaning or pressure me into something with a fear of gum disease if I didn’t preform the procedure. We offer an oriented environment that includes comfort, trust and education. Dr. Kassem attended University Of Michigan for her Bachelors degree. Her passion for dentistry led her to the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where she obtained her D.D.S degree in 2000. She is Board certified in the Northeastern region, moved to California and became board certified in 2002.
