I have two sons who have received treatment from Dr. Jacobs and his staff. My oldest son now 15 recently completed his braces and has a retainer. We started with Dr. Jacobs when he was 7. My son had severely protruding front teeth that required a lot of care. Dr. Jacobs and staff addressed our concerns early and now my son has beautiful teeth and a great smile. My youngest son is receiving the same exceptional care. My sons always look forward to their appointments and enjoy the positive incentives and attention for clean teeth and wearing their rubber bands. I can not even begin to describe Dr. Lamont Jacobs’ orthodontics practice and how wonderful the entire staff is. All 3 of my children are patients and have never dreaded their visits. Dr. Jacobs is fun and energetic with the kids to make them feel comfortable and welcome. He is patient and explains the plan of care in detail, using common language that parents can understand. Their flexible appontment schedule seems to be geared to the working parent and childs school/sport schedules as well. I have never had an issue with appointments not being available to fit my work schedule or the times when we needed to be seen at the last minute for a quick repair or check, if something is uncomfortable. The payment plans are easy and affordable, even for the tightest budgets. I highly recommend this practice, you won’t regret your decision of placing your families orthodontic needs in Dr. Jacobs’ hands.

Dr. Jacobs is a wonderful orthodontist! My son had to get braces at an early age several years ago to correct a tooth that was causing gum recession. I was impressed when Dr. Jacobs personally called to check on him following his appointment. He had braces for a while and his staff was able to work my son in whenever he had a wire pop out. I went to Dr. Jacobs as a kid when he first began, and after visiting many other orthodontists, knew he was the right doctor for my kids to see as well. Other doctors were comparable in price…some being slightly cheaper, but I’m a believer in “you get what you pay for.” It is obvious he loves his work. He jokes with my 13 year old son, and helps calm the nerves of my 7 year old daughter. He explains his plan in detail and even offers video clips of different devices. As a parent, I feel I have a say in what choices are made before treatment begins. The ladies who assist him are all wonderful as well. They treat us like family and always have a smile for their patients large and small. Would you drive 2 hours to see an orthodontist? To see Dr. Monty Jacobs I sure would! I am the mother of a former patient of Dr. Jacobs and his exceptional team of employees. After discovering our daughter was actually missing several permanent teeth we began treatment with Dr. Jacobs. While discussing options for a child missing 4 adult teeth, I asked him what option he would use on his own daughter. He recommended actually “moving” the permanent teeth she did have to fill in the gaps. Without hesitation we agreed to this treatment. Each and every visit the entire staff treated Rachel like she was the most important patient of the day. Even after moving to Kentucky, we made the 2 hour drive to the Fairfield office for three years so Rachel could continue to receive the excellent care Dr. Jacobs and his staff provided.
