I highly recommend going to Lancaster Modern Dentistry. Everyone in this office makes going to the dentist easy. I am not the easiest of patients and the staff is really patient with me and works with me. Dr. Ortega knows his dentistry and let’s me know everything he is going to do and why he has to do it. I almost feel like I could be a Dentist because he explains it very well. Billing ahas never been an issue, they work with insurance and make them pay as much as they can and their cost is still the best I’ve paid at other dentist. They also can do a lot at this office, I’d say everything but I haven’t had everything done. But I can say they can give you a root canal and have it all completed so you don’t need to come back all in one day. You will not be disappointed with this office

Had a really bad toothache and was searching for a dental office that was open and accepting new patients during this COVID-19 pandemic for a few days until I finally found this place. They wer able to take me in that same day.so thankful The office is very clean and well prepared for this social distancing and safety guidelines for the coronavirus Decals on the floor for proper distancing, spaced out lobby chairs, temperature and symptoms checks for all patients, and.,,. I’m impressed!!! I felt very assured and comfortable that I was safe and very well taken care of. As for the dental work I had to have a tooth extracted and it was straight forward and painless. My insurance covered a majority of the procedure and only had to pay very little, can’t complain to that! Scheduled to comeback for implant placement and already referred my brother in law here. Thank you Lancaster modern dentistry!!!!

Today I feel a huge sense of relief. I scheduled an appt for my daughter to find out if they would see her due to the type of insurance I have. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind. At first I was unsure if it was going to happen but then the owner came in and told me he would take care of us. I truly have been stressing out about getting her issues fixed because at previous offices they would not work on kids and my insurance doesnt cover specialist like childrens dentists. I am so grateful today and will be switching my entire family over. Dr. Ortega, Thank you for giving me relief and putting yourself in my shoes as a parent and moving forward with my daughters treatment. We are beyond grateful. Best experience ever!

Just had my first visit here. The staff was very friendly. I was greeted by the front office as soon as I walked in. My x-ray tech was super friendly and nice. Dr. Ortega was amazing went over all my dental treatment was very thorough with all I needed. The insurance Lady came in went over my insurance costs and offered me different payment plans ect. I was able to get started with all the help they provided. By far a great place and experience I will be bringing my whole family to come here. Thank you Lancaster modern dentistry for the great experience

Very grateful for the kind and understanding staff and dentists here. I asked for Valium…they gave me a prescription for my visit today. See…I’ve been close to being kicked out of the dentist office elsewhere because of my anxiety. But, since I knew I wasn’t going to have a ride today, I didn’t fill the prescription. But they were so nice and comforting on my first visit, I decided to try it without sedation. I did it! Through their patience and understanding I was able to get the deep cleaning AND an extraction (of a very stubborn tooth). I was made to feel valued and understood. I was not treated poorly because I couldn’t tell the difference between pain or pressure….because mostly I was scared. They listened….and the second I felt pain they stopped..and gave more shots (which never really hurt). I have alot more work ahead of me, but I think I am going to be able to do it without sedation because of these awesome folks. But if I do need it, they will be willing to give it to me. Thanks to the entire crew of Lancaster Modern Dentistry! See you guys in a week for my checkup and complete oral care lesson and demonstration. Yes…I am taking in my new electric toothbrush so they can teach me how to do it right. I was kinda embarrassed to ask but they were HAPPY I asked and super happy to show me when I am not in pain…lol These people are pretty darn awesome

As almost everyone else has said, this is a very good dentist office!  I remember when they moved into that new space and right away I thought, hey, maybe I should give them a try. In the meantime I had been going to Lancaster Dental, and had a horrible experience there, in fact the crowns I’m having problems with came from his office.  This particular tooth has been nothing but trouble ever since they crowned it with porcelain.  I apparently have very low profile teeth, whatever, they don’t work. But I KNOW whatever this dentist recommends will be appropriate and work.  They have already earned my trust.  I can’t even wait for my follow-up!  That’s how easy they are!

Came in for a severe molar ache. Front desk was very professional into trying to get me seen right away. Dentist Ortega, was very theral about the treatment options to follow. He was very attentive to any concerns I could have. Unfortunately I didn’t continue treatment here do to the fact that I had to wait for a specialist to come in, in couple of days. Dentist Ortega gave me antibiotics and pain meds to help while I waited for my treatment

I brought my husband in today for a check up. The ladies in the front were nice. We had little to no waiting time & the assistant who took his xrays was very polite. Dr Ortega is really professional & knows how to explain treatment in a way that’s easy for patients to understand. He’s super nice & it was a pleasure to have him treat my hubby. Sarah explained the financial part of the treatment to my husband & I. She was polite & it was nice to hear that they have a couple different financing options. Overall a GREAT experience.  I will definitely recommend my friends & family to Dr Ortegas office. We’re looking forward to our next appointment

Best dentist office in the AV hands down!!! I’m so thankful. They seriously make you feel super welcomed like a family! Not to mention, The dental work is amazing and quick. I started seeing a change in my teeth within 3 months of being in braces again! They are affordable and will work with the payment options you prefer the most out of their options! If you are looking for a new dentist whether it’s General care or Orthodontist care, GO HERE! I love my dental familia

I was referred here by a friend. I was so impressed by the ladies in the front with how helpful and sweet they were. Made me feel comfortable. I get a little un easy about my dentist visits but the girls reassured me I was going to be fine. And I was. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and nice. Asked me at all times if I was okay. Whole staff was amazing. Have nice technology looks very updated. And over all super clean! I finally found my place!

Let me start out saying I absolutely HATE the dentist…UNTIL NOW! NO THEY DID NOT PAY ME! I left scheduling my 4 months cleaning without the massive anxiety I normally have. Dr.Ortega explained everything thoroughly with NO JUDGEMENT. I did not spend half my life’s wages at the end of the visit either. My dental hygienist was the BEST I HAVE EVER had. Again, NO PAIN AT ALL!!! They use the most modern cutting technology equipment to put their patients at ease and get the job done most efficiently. I feel like it’s ok to go to the dentist again. I can not believe I am telling you all I can not wait to continue preventive maintenance on my teeth with my dentist!

Wonderful Experience! An absolute outstanding friendly and professional service from beginning to end. At first it seemed my tooth could be saved, but I was throughly informed since I had a very bad cavity…the pain could possibly return (Instead of paying Double $$ to fix it now and then having to pay again in about 6 months). So I was given two options and I ended up having a tooth extraction and bone grafting (saving time and $$) procedure was done quick and very professional. I had a bad experience in another state with the removal of another tooth (worst experience ever). Even though I had to have an extraction and bone grafting it was done with such care and attention, it didn’t even feel like it. Thank you to everyone at this office for your friendly service from the appointment setting to the removal of my tooth

I’ve been with Dr. Ortega and his team for almost two years now.  This is hands down the best dental practice I’ve ever gone to.  The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful.  I no longer dread cleanings thanks to the amazing hygienist, Abdelrahman.  Dr. Ortega is caring, professional and does an excellent job every time.  I recently had a minor dental emergency and was able to be seen in less than 24 hours.  The procedure by Dr. Ortega and his team was painless and I was kept informed every step of the way.  I highly recommend this dental practice.  They are the best!

I’ve had the best experience, at this office.. Everyone is so, patient and diligent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s about time, I found a dentist, that made me very comfortable, with my payment plan, down to oral surgery. I felt, so good. They’re very professional

Hands down the best dental office in the Antelope Valley! The owner dentist, Dr. Ortega is awesome. He is very kind and caring, and took the time to answer all my questions. I needed a crown to get done and Dr. Ortega was able to get it done the same day! No waiting 3 weeks for a crown here! Oh, the best part was the crown wasn’t that expensive. I went to Western Dental 2 months ago and they quoted me $1500!! (I don’t have insurance) I paid far less for an all ceramic/porcelain crown here. Thank you Lancaster Modern Dentistry!

I had my 6 month check up today and once again they amazed me! They were on time and took care of me. Dr Ortega filed a sharp point I had on one of my molars that was bugging me and made my day! Thank you!! Abdel gave me the best teeth cleaning I have ever had pain free! I highly recommend Lancaster Modern Dentistry you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome dental office. From the front office staff, to the back office, & Dr. Ortega I’ve been very happy with the service. Each member of the staff has great customer service & their bedside manner is awesome. I’m someone who is very much afraid of the dentist but they’ve done a wonderful job calming my nerves. If you’re looking for a dental office, I highly recommend this one!

In all honesty this was the best dental visit I have ever had. I am so happy that I made the choice to go with modern dentistry. All of the doctors, and staff are professional and extremely caring. I am usually nervous going to the dentists as so many of you probably are but the staff was amazing and very friendly. Also Dr. Ortega was very calming during my time time of nervousness during my visit. He made me feel at ease as he is very knowledgeable and skilled which made me very comfortable. I would have to say out of all the dentist I have visited throughout all my years here in this valley Dr. Ortega far exceeded my expectations.
