Visiting family and a sudden painful toothache flared up. They got me in the following morning. They ended up calling early saying they had a cancellation and could get me in as soon as I got there. A quick 15 min later I was doing the admitting paperwork and on in I went. Dr Young was quick and thorough locating the culprit tooth. He recommended I go to the endodontist who he prefers to use for the rear most molars. The specialist was able to get me right it. Very happy with the service and care I got today. I give Dr Young my highest recommendation. He took very good care of me.

The staff was so kind, they made me feel really comfortable during my dental emergency. They answered all my questions and made sure I was equipped with all the information regarding the procedure and financials. Making an appointment is so easy online and they text you for any details that they may need. As I mentioned before I had a dental emergency and I was able to make an appointment within days. Highly recommend!

Visited this office after being recommended by many people since my well known dental office had left me in pain after a filling and told me my only option was a root canal. I came to this office for a second opinion and they have now gained a client. They saw where my bite wasn’t correct and corrected the areas and now I have no pain. Super simple fix that the other nationwide dentist company couldn’t seem to figure out. They are very sweet and have a comfort menu! They offered me a heated blanket on a cold, rainy day. Definitely enjoyed the experience and glad they were able to find such an easy fix to my pain!

I had the best dental experience today. Everyone was super helpful, the dental hygienist Stacy walked me through everything she was doing, explained what things meant, told me how much I would be charged for optional procedures before asking me if I wanted to do them or not, and was just extremely pleasant and knowledgable. Keep up the good work! My wife has bad anxiety about dentists, but I think I would even trust them to see her. I will be back next month to get some work done!

I’m never disappointed when I come to Landmark Dental for my care. The whole staff is amazing, very educational. I finally got a bite guard to help with migraines that I had been putting off due to cost at other places, they ran my benefits and let me know what my out of pocket would be so I could decide what I wanted to do. I have literally never had a bad experience here, and this is coming from someone that has had panic attacks in the dentist chair before. No upselling at all, they just tell you what they recommend and don’t pressure you into a decision. I am glad I stayed when my favorite dentist left because now I have a new favorite and am very happy with my care. I highly recommend Landmark!

I have been coming here for well over 20 years. This staff has ALWAYS been excellent! My teeth are in great shape! Quick and efficient. Every hygienist I’ve had has been super polite and personable. The front desk staff has been polite as well. I am so happy they take my new insurance so I didn’t have to swap dentists. I will recommend them to literally everyone!

Had a wonderful experience with Landmark in Floyds Knobs. Everyone in the staff was very friendly and seemed welcoming. They really took time to check over things and talk with me about what they were seeing. The dental hygienist was absolutely great and the dentist was very personable too. It’s great knowing there is a local dentist office that I can trust to take care of my needs.

Called and was able to get a same day appointment. Arrived early, was greeted with welcoming smiles. They got me back before my appointment time, the hygienist and doctors that I met were super pleasant and put me at ease. It was a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend my family and friends to this office!

Going to the dentist is always scary for me. Today I went with known issues and during a pandemic. But, everyone was wonderful! They emailed my paperwork before hand, which saved time. I called after I parked and was met with the sweetest lady to do my prescreen, take my paperwork, and lead me inside. We went straight to my room. I encountered the bulk of the office staff today and they were all wonderful. All calm and aware of my nervousness. But, also very thorough, informative, and straight forward. Dr Young gave me plenty of time for all my questions after my exam. I have multiple appointments coming on my road to a healthy and attractive smile. I can’t help but to be nervous, but this staff certainly makes the coming journey doable. I feel supported and I’m excited for the outcome.
