Excellent! I have been a patient here for more than 10 years. Spotless exam rooms, state of the art equipment. Free whitening for life, as long as you are a patient then will provide you with the trays and whitening formula. They have expanded to a second building of Friendly Avenue, right next up the old location.

Chandra was great! She is very professional and personable. She was very sweet in saying that she was in Jennifer’s position but not that she was taking Jennifer’s place. She has a lot of empathy, in that she recognized that Jennifer’s patients would be upset by her leaving. I appreciated that. She also had great technique and made sure I was fine. I am very happy with Chandra and will continue to have her as my dental hygienist.

This is the closest Dentist to my apartment, so I thought it would be okay to go here. I will start by saying the ladies here are so nice and polite! I came in February for a consult about my wisdom teeth coming in. This was a little tough cuz back at the beginning of the year the oral surgeon was only there on Tuesdays (now he is there Tuesdays and Thursdays) I couldn’t make an appointment right away because I was in school and I didn’t want to miss days. I put things off but finally made an appointment and got my wisdom teeth taken out this morning. This was my first ‘major’ type of surgery ever so I was extremely nervous, but my oral surgeon was very nice and answered all of my questions. I loved the assistants in the room with me. One even let me hold and squeeze her hand while the IV was being put in. Soon I was out and when I was waking back up they were putting gauze in my mouth. One assistant helped me up and into a wheelchair, and wheeled me outside where my husband had pulled the car around. She was very helpful getting me into the car and buckling me in. Even though this was my first procedure under sedation, it was well taken care of with the staff here. I have not had a basic cleaning here, but I recommend them to anyone!

I had a filling that came loose overnight. I called Lane & Associates they saw me that following day. I was greeted by Emily and did not have to wait very long before being seen. Maria was very friendly and made me feel right at home. Dentist visits, especially unplanned visits, can be very stressful. But Maria insured that was not an issue at all with my visit. I was in and out in no time. The price was affordable as well for the service I received. I will return and recommend them to all who read this. You won’t be disappointed!

I have not been one who is a fan of the dentist for my entire life. Calling in and speaking with such an incredible attentive and passionate individual that cared enough to listen to my rambling of worries, was a pure relief for me. This is not an uncommon fear when it comes to going to the dentist, but the assurance of connections of other physicians that are readily available and remote was a no brainer for me. First off, since the pandemic I was not scheduling appointments the way I should have and I knew it was time to face the truth. I moved to the Greensboro area from Raleigh and was so excited to learn there was a Lane & Associates there. I scheduled an appointment and was seen rather quickly. I was treated by Abby and let me tell y’all. She was nice and friendly and she made me feel comfortable even though I knew it was a possibility my mouth needed work. She said I just needed a cleaning and that relieve my sensitivity in my gums. She went in although it was not a great feeling she took her time just seeing my body language change in the chair. I got through the process with no problems and she helped with questions I had regarding my gums. Never again will I wait this long for dental service but I’m glad I went there. Had some great laughs during the visit and will recommend to anyone.

I finally found my long term dentist office. It is always clean. The staff is super friendly and dental hygienist, Shannon, is absolutely the best. I love talking to her. My teeth always feel great. They give you several notices so that you don’t forget your appointment. Now, they have an orthodontist next door. This practice respects your time, as soon as I sat down my appointment was ready and I was helped. If possible ask for Jennifer. Once I went back I’ve had one of the best experiences I’ve had in a clinical place ever. Jennifer explained everything crystal clear to me, mapped out a plan for me and told me the essentials. I’ve recently been referred to this office from a friend at work and I could not be more pleased with my experience this far. They got me in quickly for my initial visit, On the same day there was a cancellation so I was able to return and have the repair work done which went seamlessly might I add on the same day of my initial visit which was phenomenal. This same week I went back for my cleaning, the hygienist, the assistant and the dentist were remarkable in their rolls and made it A very pleasurable experience especially since I was visiting a dentist office which sometimes cannot be the most pleasurable experience as we all know. Shannon and Lindsay have the best chair side manner’s, they really helped the visit flow well as they communicated with me throughout the visit letting me know what was going on and what to expect. I have been going to my childhood dentist for 44 years. For the past 2- 3 years, I have been battling bleeding gums and pain in my cheeks. My old dentist had me coming 4 times a year, taking daily doses of antibiotics and investing in $2000 deep cleaning treatments. Nothing worked.
