If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Best orthodontic I’ve ever been to. I had braces years ago and the Ortho messed my teeth up bad, gave me a worse cross bite and my center line was almost a full tooth over and I came to John and asked for invisiline cause I’m 24 and don’t want braces again, said it wouldn’t be an easy fix but he will do what ever it takes to make me happy and have a beautiful smile and he exceeded that promise! It’s only been four months and my teeth look SO amazing! I can actually smile in pictures now. Plus he and the staff are always so happy and friendly and always smiling! And their payment plans are so affordable. I love this place. If you need ANY orthodontic work done come here. They are literally the best in Vegas and probably the whole state!

Here I am, an adult and my dentist has recommended (dare I say it?) BRACES! He gave me a referral and I actually sat on it for a month or two. I was finally ready to make the plunge. I called the office and I spoke to a nice woman (I think her name was Kathy) and she was able to get me in at a convenient time that worked out with my work schedule. They start as early as 7:00 AM which works out great because I could head to work after my appointments. I was a little nervous because I thought that the office would be just geared towards children. It’s not! (Thank god) but children would very comfortable as well. I think they have like iPads or some type of game consoles in a little room to the side but I’ve never really investigated it because I’m too busy catching up on my news on my phone while I’m waiting. Shortly I might add. I like it that you walk up and check-in with an actual person in lieu of signing your name on some sheet or checking in on a computer. It’s more personal. Dr Griffiths is VERY knowledgeable and his assistants are sweet and they all seem to know what they are doing. His prices seemed quite reasonable for the area. I don’t have dental insurance so this was a major factor for me. They set me up with monthly payments over the course of my treatment. I’ve been in treatment for about 8 months and I can say I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Great job guys!

I went in today to get a quote for adult orthodontic treatment. That was my only purpose of my appointment. As soon as I arrived I was surprised to find a sign saying welcome to our office Cesar! I was like oh dang! The staff was helpful and nice. They made their analysis by taking X-rays and pictures. They provided me with a detailed review of the recommendations and I was pretty impressed. Ended up getting them the same day! The technicians are nice and funny! Definitely recommend this place, it is on the east side of town but not too far from freeway 96 and Charleston.

Awesome place, dentist are very nice, great costumer service. They have little games for kids to not get bored, and give tickets for rewards. You can have conversations with the dentist and they ask you if everything feels ok before you leave. They give free chapstick and water when they see you need it. Best decisions of my 20’s! Reasons: 1. If I had gotten braces as a teenager I wouldn’t have cared of them. 2. When I started to care about my crooked teeth and did research I found this orthodontist. Their before and afters were amazing so I asked my dentist to refer me to and orthodontist. Little did I know he was going to refer me to them as well! 3. I have been bringing my kids to Dr. Griffiths office for about 6 years now and have always been satisfied with the treatment that both of my kids have received. Dr. Griffiths is very thorough in explaining what treatment is needed as well as the progress during treatment. However, the superstar of this office and the person who has been there for us since the beginning is Miss Jacquie. We could not have made it through without her. My son who was born with a cleft lip/palate has needed extra orthodontic treatment over these last few years and Miss Jacquie has been the only one who has managed to keep him calm while digging around in his mouth, adding brackets, changing wires etc. Although not crazy about his braces, he does love his visits with Jacquie. Thank you Las Vegas Braces for not only providing wonderful orthodontic care but for treating us like family.

I have three kids & we are on our fifth set of braces. We’ve also been through three palate expanders. My son has a cleft lip & palate so we spend a lot of time at the orthodontist. Dr. Griffith & his staff are knowledgeable & friendly. They are usually on time & very efficient. They have accommodated our schedule on more than one occasion when a wire was poking, a band was broken, or something else came up. As the mother of a child with a cleft, it was especially important to me that they knew about clefts. Dr. Griffiths used to be on the Southern NV Cleft Lip & Palate Team. He knows his stuff!

Dr Griffiths and Truman have the best team in Las Vegas! Everyone is so friendly, varied, and they take the time to listen to you. My son has been in braces for a little over a year and a half, and my younger son goes in every six months to keep an eye on his tooth situation. My son was born with a bone defect that affects the length of his jaw on one side. He was seen for many years by countless specialists who have reccomended every variety of surgery to correct and prevent issues it causes or will eventually cause due to the asymmetry in his bite. When we were referred to Dr Griffiths by our dentist, I was pleased to see he had more than one location for our convenience. When I met him with my numerous questions, his bedside manner was second to none. Dr Griffiths, Dr Simister and Dr Ence are all very knowledgeable, and at each visit they take time to explain what the treatment plan, progress and outlook is. I have not once encountered a staff member who was not encouraging and pleasant. I have so much respect for this team, they have treated my son (and me) so well at each appointment and he is making progress that we are hopeful will prevent surgery and evade complications in the future! I went in for my first appointment (consultation) today after everyone and their moms (literally) referred me over to Dr. Griffith’s for braces. I was a bit nervous as I was seated in one of the chairs but Dr. Griffiths came by and made me feel right at home. Then, Dr. Griffiths checked my teeth, took a few head shots, and x-rays. After a bit he sat me down and told me exactly what I needed, how it was going to be done, and how long it was going to take. Dr. John Griffiths is a native of Las Vegas and graduated from Western High School. He attended Brigham Young University and received a B.S. degree in Zoology in 1984. Dr. Griffiths graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry and completed a three-year specialty residency in orthodontics at the University of Connecticut, where he also earned a master's degree in Dental Science. Dr. Griffiths has completed numerous continuing education courses in orthodontics and has made a number of presentations at dental research meetings worldwide. Dr. Griffiths and his wife, Laura, are the proud parents of five children and two grandsons. Dr. Griffiths is a member of the Clark County Dental Society, Nevada Dental Association, American Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, Las Vegas Study Club and the State of Nevada Early Intervention Service. Additionally, he is the past President of the Nevada Association of Orthodontists and currently is on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.
