Dr. Laura, as patients are encouraged call her, has been my dentist since 2008 and I wouldn’t dream of seeing another dentist.  She’s masterfully proficient at all of the technical components you expect from your dentist – it’s what she does above and beyond that, that matters most.  I moved away from the area briefly and when I first visited with her again, I was so happy to see her I cried and her response was to give me a really warm hug.  What dentist does that?  I knew I needed a lot of pretty serious reparative work and she spent a great deal of time helping me understand a potential plan going forward and the associated costs. She was more than willing to work with me to create goals and a schedule that kept my comfort and budgetary issues in mind.  We all know that dental work isn’t a beach party, but there’s just something really special about Dr. Laura. You don’t dread the appointment and you feel you’ve been treated kindly when you leave. I would be remiss not to complement the office support system – they are all amazing.  Special shout out to Kate and Debbie for keeping me on track.  Stacey is the bestest ever hygienist and Rhonda is a dream as Dr. Laura’s right-hand.  Another important benefit to seeing Dr. Laura is if you need treatment outside her periphery, she refers you immediately to other doctors in quite close proximity, so your support system remains tightly connected (X-ray sharing, etc.). The negative review noted above reads to me like a problematic hygiene cleaning, not primary dental work performed by Dr. Laura. I wish that author would clear that up.

Such a great dentist!  Laura makes comfortability for the patient a priority, no matter what the procedure.  I had a wonderful experience and will continue to see her in the future!
