I had a great experience with Lawless Orthodontics. Dr. Lawless treated my TMJ issues using aligners and now I do not have TMJ problems post treatment. I was a doctorate student extremely stressed and I believe by Dr. Lawless treating my TMJ it relieved my excruciating headaches and I can now eat food I enjoy without jaw pain and I just have a better quality of life. But the good treatment didn’t stop there. I had to work with Mary because this wasn’t for Asthetics purposes but for medical treatment of my TMJ she helped me with my file with my medical insurance and fought hard for me to ensure I received fair treatment. This took her over a year and half. Even after I had finished my treatment. She could have easily said this girl doesn’t even come here anymore, but no she saw it through!!! And I am eternally grateful for that! I would give LAWLESS Ortho a 10/10 if I could!!

Dr. Lawless and every staff member are so very kind. They walked us through a step by step process and were very informative. My son went in with a nervous mind and was smiling when we left, even though he got braces instead of the clear Invisilign ones he was hoping for. Very happy to recommend Dr. Lawless and his staff to anyone! Wonderful bunch to work with.

I have been working for Dr. Lawless for 10 years now. I started out in 2007 as a Clinical Assistant and moved to Treatment Coordinator position in 2014. I have watched many smiling faces leave our office with their confidence boosted higher when they’ve gotten their braces off; and let me tell you, that is what is so rewarding about my job! Not only does Dr. Lawless provide the highest quality orthodontic care, he trains and educates his staff members to also provide the same. Exceptional customer service and high quality orthodontic treatment are two of Dr. Lawless’ main goals in his practice. Over my 10 years I have went to many CE courses, taken classes at the University of Kentucky and have attended many orthodontic conventions to help better my knowledge for our patients! We love getting to know our patients throughout their treatment and we think of each patient as family. I am blessed to be apart of such a fun and inviting orthodontic practice! I love my job! Dr. Lawless and his staff at both the Bowling Green and Glasgow locations are truly great.  He is extremely knowledgeable and explains any and all work/treatment that needs to be done.  He and his staff are thorough and patient; my daughter was only 8 when she had her braces put on and being that young, she was not so keen on staying still or not wanting to be quiet through the process.  But, his staff was great with her and they were very understanding.  There is a possibility of us having to move from the Bowling Green area before her braces will be removed, but we will return to Lawless Orthodontics for all of her remaining appointments.  They are that good!

Love Dr Lawless and his team! 3 of my family members have seen Dr Lawless and not once did we have a bad experience.The team is organized, caring and takes the time to explain every step. I also really love that Dr Lawless gives back to the community! Extra special smiles coming from Lawless orthodontics. 

Amazing!! There is no other word that truly expresses my experience at Lawless Orthodontics. From my first appointment to my last the entire staff was experience, knowledgeable, friendly and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. If I had to get braces again, which I’m sure none of us would want to do , I can whole heartedly say I would make the decision to go with Dr. Lawless!!

Dr Lawless and his staff are professional, kind and genuinely interested in making sure both parents and kids have a wonderful experience with something that can often be painful for both! Dr Lawless catches the little details that makes a difference not only in the cosmetic appearance of the teeth, but also the health and longevity of the work. The Ortho techs are so knowledgeable. Morgan has been patient and helpful; truly above and beyond helping our daughter through the whole process. We love Lawless Orthodontics!!

I was an adult in my 30’s getting braces, Dr. Lawless and his staff are hands down amazing!!! I got my braces off today and feel like a new person and now I can smile with confidence, something I’ve never been able to do. Dr. Lawless and his staff are all professional, courteous and work so hard to give you the best results!!!

I have loved my experience here! Braces have been so much better then I had expected. It is always a joy to go in for a check up and be served by the lovely ladies who are helpful in understanding things. I very much enjoyed Reese. I had some problems and she was very good at pointing them out, helping me fix them, and she did it all very sensitively. She answered my questions and encouraged me to be doing some different things. I am very thankful for Lawless and all they are doing for me!

We just love Dr. Lawless. He is so genuinely concerned about my son, he even called after we got home, to check on him! I think the lady that worked on my son was Alexis. She was by far one of the best. She cut up with my son and answered every question he had. I am sold on Lawless Orthodontics!
