Dr. Lee and his staff are Very professional, polite and Knowledgeable about all aspects of Dentistry. He has state of the Art imaging. They took  a 3-D scan of the bone and sinus area to determine if I was a candidate for and implant. Dr Lee does all phases of Dentistry, so I don’t have to go anywhere else for my dental needs! My cleaning was painless! I actually Like going to the Dentist, whereas I used to dread it.

Dr. Lee is very professional. My whole family uses Dr. Lee for our dental needs. Today he went above and beyond what i would expect of any medical professional. He provided a much needed second opinion for my son’s orthodontic situation. Dr. Lee volunteered to conact my son’s orthodontist to gain further insight into a problem area that we have concerns. Fantastic!

Dr Lee has been my Dentist for well over 10 years. His staff is amazing and friendly. My teeth are a direct reflection of what Dr Lee has done. My crowns are the most beautiful crowns I have ever seen. I refer all my friends and co-workers to his office, and currently have only heard good things about his work. I am thankful that he takes such pride in doing only the best work for me and all my friends. I would never go to another dentist as long as he remains in Jacksonville or with in 1 hours drive.

I had a toothache as bad as any pain I’ve ever experienced. I asked a friend for a recommendation for a dentist and he didn’t hestitate: go see Dr. Lee right away! he said. So I called to make an appointment and spoke with Jennipher, the Patient Coordinator. Jennipher was so very warm and professional with a very patient (no pun intended) phone manner. Getting a good vibe already, I thought. When I showed up for my appointment (even though I was a brand-new patient), they even worked me in early because they were understood how much pain I was in and wanted to alleviate it as soon as they could. I was greeted with a smile by Jennipher, who took my paperwork I had pre-filled out (FYI – new patient forms are on their website; use them and save yourself a little time). After maybe a minute’s wait, I was called back by Iris, who could tell I was in pain and was immediately sympathetic. She listened patiently and empathetically to my story, took the necessary x-rays, and showed me the results on the nifty chairside hi-res computer monitor. Very soon after Dr. Lee came, introduced himself with a smile and emanating a very warm, mellow, caring, and highly capable air about him. I felt immediately at ease and reassured that I would soon get fixed. He looked at the x-rays and gave me the news I was pretty much expecting: root canal. Dr. Lee showed me the affected area on the screen and explained very clearly and thoroughly what I would need and that I would have relief soon. Now I’ve had root canals before, but he was exceptionally focused on not just what he was doing, but on how I was doing. He and Iris couldn’t have been nicer. Every minute or two, he’d ask if I was ok, always conscientious of my needs. Needless to say, the whole procedure, while never anyone’s cup of tea, was as smooth and pain-free as a root canal can be. After finishing up, he gave me prescriptions for pain and an antibiotic, and the staff set me up for my next appointment. I left feeling soooo much better that when I came in and also happy that I found a great dentist. Regarding the staff, I’ve singled out Jennipher and Iris because they were the only staff members I dealt with, but my friend who has been going to them for years says that everyone on Dr. Lee’s staff is equally kind and compassionate. I’m not surprised. I know this is a bit wordy, but I wanted to give the most thorough, fair review I could that reflected my honest feeling about my experience at Lee Aesthetic Dentistry. Bottom line: there’s no better care for your dental needs. And that’s the tooth : )

Dr. Lee, as well as the hygienists and office staff, are totally dedicated to your oral wellbeing. Dr. Lee is thorough, extremely observant, and a gentle dentist as well as an artist! He recently coated the enamel on my front teeth as it was thinning. There was also a slight angle on the edge of one tooth, and now, it is PERFECT! I have been to several dentists and none compare to Dr. Lee. His work is impeccable and he is truly a master at his craft. I have had 2 root canals done over the past two years and both were completely painless and may I even say enjoyable. His office has TV’s in the ceiling and you can listen/watch movie with headphones while you have dental work done. There’s a great office environment too, with a very friendly staff. I just cannot say enough about Dr. Lee and his practice. It is simply the best in Jacksonville ad I would be willing to say he may be the best in Florida.

You have to see it to believe it. Dr. Lee is a Dentist God! He’s an amazing and compassionate Doctor. His work is profoundly exquisite. He is very thorough right from the beginning using his state of the art equipment. Tv’s on the ceilings very comfortable atmosphere. Best staff you can ask for that treats you how you should be treated. This place is what I every dentist office should feel like. EVER. Make an appointment. Enough said.

Dentist offices are typically not a place most like to frequent. Dr Lee and his team of professionals are always welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Their state of the art technology is just short of amazing. 3-D cameras allow you to see clear, up close pictures of your teeth on a TV screen. Now that could be good or bad for some …but it enables Dr Lee and his team to easily address any current concerns that you may have, and it’s much better than trying to view those black/white x-rays that someone like myself has no clue as to what I’m looking at. They are not over aggressive in trying to sell you a bunch of costly dental work, but instead address the most pressing issues first, allowing you to spread your dental care cost over time. They accept most major insurance plans and file for you. With that said, no dental work is cheap, but they will give you an after insurance cost estimate for you budget planning. If you are seeking a dentist for a current dental problem, or just a new dentist for routine cleanings, I highly recommend Dr Lee and his team.

Dr. Lee was recommended by a good friend, and for almost three years now my family and I are very happy with the quality of treatment we receive by Dr.Lee and his staff. I live in east Arlington and do not mind the commute to Mandarin for our appointments, as the quality of treatment is the best I’ve ever experienced, we never wait for long and have never had an issue with the work that was done.

I had not been to the dentist in a bit and was not really looking forward to it. I had a great experience from my first call to the office. Jennipher was so kind and helpful with my insurance and getting me in. The highlight for me was jesica. She has a really great demeanor and was explanatory and thorough. You should keep those two around Doc. Dr. Lee was very straight forward which I appreciate, but in a very nice way. great experience all around.
