Not having been in 19 years…I got the cleaning that I needed and the service I wasn’t expecting. Friendly, courteous, informative, professional at all turns. Regardless if you have a dentist you think is good…you need to do your research. This dental practice made me go from 19 years to every 6 months!!

Initially, I dreaded making an appointment here, but I am so glad I did! I called to make an appointment and was able to get one the very next day due to a cancellation (Lord knew I needed this, lol). I was told that the new patient forms were available online so I used those resources and made sure they were completed before arrival. The location was clear and crisp. I loved how close it was to my home! When I arrived and walked in I was immediately greeted by the lovely receptionists and the pretty interior. I didn’t wait too long for the hygienist to come out and get my X-rays and cleaning started. I don’t know too many people who are fans of being probed in the gums and scolded for not flossing everyday, but for once, I enjoyed it once I saw my smile again afterwards! Definitely the best cleaning I have had done! The staff from start to finish was extremely welcoming and the Dr was very personable and pleasant to speak to about my unhealthy sugar days, lol. The only thing I did not like was how much more expensive procedures are.. the cost to fill in a cavity is more pricier here compared to my old dentist. I had to pay A LOT more after insurance took care of their portion due to the costs at this office. However, I still enjoyed the dentist and look forward to scheduling my next few visits to amend my teeth! :).

This office was recommended by my sister who is employed with heartland corporation. I had a very delightful experience. The administrative staff as well as be employees we’re beyond expectation with customer service. Not only did they take the time to greet while you come in, They took their time explaining every thing step-by-step. Explaining the process which needed to be taken. I can only give my highest ratings for them and would definitely refer them to anyone who needs dental work. They are also kid friendly and are able to see children from the ages of six and up which was a great form of information that was given to me since I have 2 daughters. At the end of the appointment it was still a delightful experience with working with the administration staff to come up with a solution on any financial hardships that may interfere with payment. This shows me how important customer satisfaction is to the company. Five stars to this awesome dental office!

So I’m normally hesitant about making a visit to the Dentist BUT today I had one of the most amazing visits to Lee Vista Dental! The front desk staff was attentive and friendly and also Diana (who did my cleaning) was absolutely fantastic! I’m a just about middle aged guy who normally puts the Dentist off to an annual schedule BUT I will now make it a point to have my teeth cleaned ON-Time every six months! Thanks for your friendly service and doing things with patience and ease! To all the staff and mostly Diana I am grateful and I look forward to seeing you guys soon!!!

Such an amazing place the staff is so kind and so loving they will go out of there way to make sure you are happy and comfortable they are so gentle when they are working in your mouth and this is coming from someone who is terrified of the dentist in general I have had a lot of work done from 2 root Canals and 13 crowns I use to be so ashamed to smile because of my teeth but after 3 months of getting my teeth fixed I am truly proud to smile again and am so thankful for them for working with me and if you do go I want to say all the doctors and staff are great but dr lounsberry was the doctor who worked with me and she is the most kind hearted most gentle doctor around and u can truly tell that she is passionate about her work and that’s what makes her great not to mention I have been to a lot of dentist in the Conway lee vista area and this is the place I felt most comfortable

This is the most professional dental office I’ve ever experienced. They are *extremely* thorough – expect to spend close to two hours there. You’ll be seen right at your appointment time. I’ve never had to wait. The exam includes a gum evaluation, x-rays (done in the chair, in the room; protection provided), 3D imaging of your mouth, a cancer screening, plaque removal and of course teeth cleaning. All of the office staff, hygienists, and dentists are friendly. I really like the text alerts/reminders for appointments as well. They take insurance and also offer a discount for patients paying cash. I highly recommend this well-run office. You won’t be disappointed.

This was my first visit to Lee Vista Dental, I recently relocated from Virginia. The doctor, staff, and front desk were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Although my first time experience only was only for a cleaning I was very pleased. Mindy my Hygenist was very detailed in explaining all the necessary steps involved in the process. Very personable, and did a great job with all her tools. Dr came in to assess the final result making me aware of a future issue that would need to be addressed. Never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need at that particular time. I’ll see them again for my next 6 month cleaning. Great job you guys !!

Lee vista dental is awesome, from beginning to end, I hate dental offices because of my own fears with needles and dental offices in general, but not here from beginning to the end of my visit today the care they provide is top notch not only did my anxiety went away I did not feel a thing, but just a little pressure when the extraction of my wisdom tooth. My doctor was informative explained everything and was so gentle and showed me she cares, awesome job. For years I had really bad cracked crooked and missing teeth. Literally I was in pain every day, whenever I ate and simply drinking water. I hated how my teeth looked for so long and would always feel insecure about it. I didn’t have dental insurance since I was a teen and along with the years of neglect, caused me countless problems. The 2 dentists that helped me throughout the whole top layer veneer process, I’m truly grateful for. There’s small things in life that is taken for granted that we all understand to some extent, smelling the fresh air, walking in nature, just being present. But for me, my blind side was realizing I was missing out on a whole other aspect of life that I have long missed and have tricked myself throughout the years to just deal with the pain. I enjoy food and drinking without pain. That itself made me come to the realization that I could actually relax and ENJOY my food, rather than having to worry about how much pain I’m going to be in during and after my meal along with the headaches and stress it causes me. Those kinda moments still take me back and make me realize that this is actually real and I’m so grateful for this beautiful experience purely within itself thanks to Lee Vista. I’m more at peace now when it comes to eating and life overall. Even typing all that makes me surprised still that their work did such wonders in indirect ways in my life. Amazing work. Beautiful work. A new fresh take on life in the sincerest sense.

My husband Daniel has been on an almost eight month ‘journey’ with a tooth since February, 2020, and it was finally resolved on 10/08/20! Through no fault of Dr. Didier, she was placed in a situation, compounded by Covid. What would have been considered an emergency a few weeks earlier was now a non-emergency by CDC guidelines. Daniel had to wait until May for an assessment. Dr. Didier and her entire staff (don’t want to list individually as to not leave anyone out) have went far over and above to rectify a situation. This required much patience on Daniel’s part, as well as Lee Vista Dental. Dr. Didier wanted Daniel’s complete satisfaction with the finished product, and he is ecstatic with the results. The results were certainly worth the wait! Exemplary service, to say the least! Thanks again, Dr. Didier and staff!!

Overall, the dental staff are great. However, they can’t do billing right to save their lives. I was a patient for a couple years & I’ve had 3 billings issues with them. They even sent my apparent “outstanding balance” to collections when I’ve never received any communications from them. The first 2 issues I’d call to ask about the then “outstanding balance” and they’d respond with something along the lines of “Oh, it was not coded correctly. Don’t worry about it.”

I have never dealt with a more inept staff for schedualling appointments for a doctor’s office. Every time I had to try to schedule, some 3 or 4 months out in order to accommodate my work schedule, they always call the day before to “apologize for the inconvenience” but they needed to move me about. After a year and a half of being put through the ringer, I have to put my foot down and walk away. Example excuses; Understaffing for cleanings, overbooking and switching people about, or straight up closing the office for unknown reasons. Horrible service. Avoid the hassel.

I am always greeted kindly and my appointments are always on time. Dentists, Hygenists and all other team members I have interacted with have been very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to help. I am always given a clear understanding of my treatments as well as a clear understanding of what my costs will be. Went to Lee Vista for regular dental hygiene workup and Invisalign placement. Staff was very friendly, warm and caring and everyone seemed easy to get along with from the receptionist to the hygienist and techs to the dentist. Provided me with the bill statement prior to the actual service, which is very important!! The agreed upon cost of the service was accurate and had no issues with the cost or my own insurance covering the portion of it. They have hired two new dentists since the previous reviews below. Both are very professional, well-meaning and caring dentist who do great work. I will go back for all of my dental care while I am in orlando and highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs dental work done or just a regular friendly dentist as a normal checkup.
