Another year down another more to go! I’ve had regular metal braces for about a year and a half already, and I truly don’t regret this decision. The gaps from my extractions have been closing up, and my overbite has been going down. Dr. Chen is really knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. Plus, I really feel like the staff is family! I can’t wait to do my final review a year from now and see the final results

My daughter has been coming here for years! (No, they didn’t mess up on her braces, she didn’t wear her retainer and had to go back for a 2nd round). They are always polite and accommodating. The best part? There is almost always no waiting and they take you at your appointment time – so important when we live our crazy over scheduled lives. I highly recommend Legacy to anyone looking to fix their kids’ mouths, or your own!

Dr. Chen has done an excellent job on my daughters orthodontic treatment. As a dentist myself, I am able to see the progress and the way Dr. Chen treatment plan, which is non aggressive and does his upmost professional job for the benefit of the patient. Dr. Chen was very concerned about my daughters progress and went above and beyond expectations to meet that perfect smile.  I would recommend Legacy Orthodontics to others.

Throughout my experience with Legacy Orthodontics, it has been only positives. I have had the pleasure of being a patient at their location for about 2-3 years. I always feel that all associates here, genuinely do their best work towards their guests. I didn’t feel pressured to get a certain orthodontic treatment over another. I was given information and recommendations, and then went with what I felt was best course of action in my situation. Pricing at this location is competitive, and might have a specific promotion or referral bonus. Other Orthodontic locations may fluctuate pricing as it is on a case by case basis. Overall, I recommend Legacy Orthodontics to anyone looking to get consultation and a better smile.

After having unsatisfied result from my 1st braces, I visited Legacy Orthodontics to see Dr. Pham and Dr. Chen for a free consultation. The office was clean and very organized, and the staff was nice and friendly. Both Dr. Pham and Dr. Chen are not only talented and sophisticated but also warm and funny. I was very impressed that they took the time to show me how to take good care of my braces on the very first day of the treatment along with a set of goodies to help keep good oral hygiene. I don’t think that many orthodontics do it. As a hygienist myself, I have seen many young children and teenager patients on braces with poor oral hygiene as a result of not getting educated by their orthodontists after getting braces. I’m very pleased with the service provided as now I can smile with confidence. I would highly recommend this office.

We love Legacy Orthodontics! It’s been several years since my son started his orthodontic care with Dr. Chen, and our experience with him and his staff have always been outstanding. Dr. Chen is knowledgeable, caring and has developed a wonderful rapport with my son under his care. We will miss Dr. Chen and his staff, once my son completes treatment over the next month. Thanks for taking care of my son over the years…he now sports a beautiful smile thanks to all of you!

Legacy Orthodontics has been amazing, after doing endless research trying to find a place that offered everything I was looking for I have to say they have it all.  Great customer service and amazing orthodontists.  They even gave us an iPad as a thank you for referring my nephew.  😉

They handled the insurance like true professionals and I never had to worry or do anything. They made it easy for me. They always worked around my family’s schedule when making appointments, which was not an easy thing to do. They would send emails for appointment reminders, which I loved because it went right to my Google calendar. The girls liked the quick appointments and the staff was really skilled. The girls tell me the staff in the back was really nice and welcoming. The orthodontist was super personable and always talked to me with updates and issues. The process for the girls wasn’t painful either, it was gentle and gradual, but nonetheless, effective! Everyone felt like family there by the end. I’d recommend Legacy Orthodontics to anyone!!

We love Dr. Chen & Dr. Pham!!! This office has top notch technology as well as patient care. Appointment times are very convenient and the entire staff is very friendly. Thank you so very much Dr.’s for this journey to a beautiful smile!

This place has taken care of me from the start! With one more year left, I never been so excited to have my braces on longer. With the staff and Dr. Chen, I truly feel welcomed every time I come in. Dr. Chen truly knows what he is doing. Even more so, I’ve met Dr. Pham before, and he seems to know what he is doing too. They both really take care of their patients, and the staff also does their best to do so too. I truly like the ambience in this office, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for braces or invisalign. 5/5 that is for sure!

Legacy Orthodontics has an awesome staff. They are always welcoming and make me feel comfortable everytime I come in. Dr. Pham and Dr. Chen are orthodontists that I can trust because they are honest and perfectionists. Prior to coming here, I had consultations at two other places and they told me I didn’t need to pull out any teeth. Come to find out later by the orthodontists at Legacy, if I didn’t pull out any teeth and got braces, my teeth wouldve flared outwards which is unattractive. The drs suggested that I get only one tooth pulled out so that it would look straight and not flare out. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my teeth and am glad I chose Legacy Orthodontics.

Dr. Chen is truly amazing! He cares about how well your teeth are developing and gives you detailed explanations about everything. He is also very understanding, as many times, my braces had something wrong with them and it was past the office hours. My mom contacted him and said that we needed his help. Although it was about 9 pm, Dr. Chen actually made sure to meet up with us, and fixed the problems. I got my braces off about a year ago, and I have to say, my teeth look fabulous! I am thankful for Dr. Chen and his team’s work. If you’re searching for a good orthodontics, then you should definitely give Legacy Orthodontics a shot!

Legacy Orthodontics is a very great place that has an amazing atmosphere of trained professionals. Dr. Pham and Dr. Chen are highly personable people that not only care about your teeth, but also your wellbeing! As most people do, they shop around a few orthodontist and pick which office they like the most and definitely this place is amazing! It was the first place I went to and definitely stayed there after. The entire staff and both dentist make you feel at ease when you are there. They make sure to give you enough instructions on how to manage your dental care, but also how all the fittings would be put into place. One of the main reasons why I choose Legacy Orthodontics was transparency, as I value that highly. They definitely don’t try to up sell and want to give you the best smile! I would like to add that regardless of how many people they may have in their schedules, they definitely work with you try and get appointments! I’ve had one too many wires break and their team has made sure I got in promptly! I highly recommend coming here!

I decided to get braces as an adult to fix my bite. I had a consultation with Dr. Pham and he thoroughly explained the condition my occlusion was in and what treatment was going to be needed, along with the estimated time of treatment. He answered every question I had and was honest with his opinions for the best treatment outcome. Dr. Pham is very meticulous and takes great pride in his work and it definitely shows! Not only is Dr. Pham great, but so was Dr. Chen. I saw him for a couple adjustments during my treatment and was knowledgeable and super nice! My experience so far has been great; from good customer service, short waiting time, cleanliness, great assistants, easy monthly appointments and of course a beautiful smile! I would definitely be referring all my family and friends to Legacy Orthodontics.

Dr Chen has been our family orthodontist for my 2 boys.  We’ve been coming here on / off for the last 4 years with my eldest and youngest and now it’s my turn as an adult.  I’m doing Invisalign clear braces and my kids are doing the traditional metal braces.  Each time we come Dr Chen gives us top notch service and personalized attention.  His staff who we see each time like Gail and Maria are also great to work with and it’s nice to see familiar faces on each visit.  When the braces come off it’s great to see the transformation of seeing straight teeth just adding to a nicer smile!  They really work with you to make the finances work as braces aren’t cheap especially since it’s the 3 of us that have had to go thru ortho treatment.  You only have 1 set of teeth so definitely a worthwhile investment to go with Dr Chen and his team!

Legacy Orthodontics is a welcoming and professional practice that always provides a stress- and hassle-free experience. The office is clean and comfortable with friendly and accommodating staff, who schedule me easy monthly appointments with short wait times. Dr. Chen and his assistants take great care of me each visit and are personable, knowledgeable, and honest when it comes to my treatment plan. They take the time to answer any questions I have and patiently explain what they need to do. I’ve been going to Legacy Orthodontics for years, and would highly recommend Dr. Chen and Legacy Orthodontics for anyone thinking about getting braces or other work done on their teeth!

I’ve been a patient here at Legacy Orthodontics for over 4-5 years and I couldn’t be happier. I’m one of those individuals who will research literally every single orthodontics place in the area until I’m in good hands. And well I’ve found the place :). My braces are set to be off in about a month and my teeth are looking better than ever. Thanks to Dr. Chen’s treatment plan of fixing my overbite and straightening my teeth, I’m excited to present my brace-less face soon. His intelligence and diligence makes the environment super comfortable and I actually can’t wait to be back every month for a checkup. All the nurses were super friendly and welcoming! Before there was the rewards program where you would get “legacy cash” to redeem prizes like IPads, IPods, movie tickets, and etc. However, that ended already back in May or so. Now there’s the new rewards program where patients would receive tickets for a monthly raffle of a surprise prize for cleaning their teeth properly, wearing their rubber bands, getting straight A’s ;), writing reviews or posts on their social media accounts :), and etc. I’m so thankful for everything Legacy Orthodontics has done for me!

I chose Legacy Orthodontics for both my children after an extensive search. Their staff are friendly, the doctors are competent, thorough, detailed oriented, and the billing proposal was reasonable and honest. They definitely have the integrity and honestly I was searching for. Now that both my kids (one boy and one girl) are done with phase 1, we are so happy! Their smiles are beautiful that is unique for their bone structures. Best of all, it was nice experience for both of my children. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Chen or Dr. Pham to my friends and family. We had done extensively research and interviewed many Orthodontists in Westminster, Irvine, Newport, Tustin, Orange, Anaheim, and Santa Ana area. There was always something that just didn’t fit what we were looking for – integrity, skills, honestly, personal service i.e. “loved the dentist, office staff was rude”; “loved the front desk people, but dentist was not personable and was too busy to give the personal attention”; price quotes billing didn’t seem fair and honest; and it some cases it was one smile that fits all patient and the doctor had the same teeth alignment and smile too). We were so happy when we finally found Legacy Orthodontics. We consulted with our pediatric dentists (in Tustin) and they said “Oh, they do beautiful work there! Good docs” it sealed the deal for us.
