Dr. Salzer is the nicest and best orthodontist.  She is so patient and friendly and knew exactly what to do.  I saw another orthodontist before her who was way off base.  She figured out a game plan to straighten my teeth with Invisalign because I didn’t want to have braces.  The other orthodontist said that it wasn’t possible but she was able to do it.  It took longer than she said it would. It took two years instead on one year but it was worth it.  I have straight teeth and I am really happy with the results.  It was a great experience. The only thing that I don’t like is that it is one large room and there is no privacy when you are getting treated.

Dr. Salzer – best NYC orthodontic practice hands down. She is incredibly meticulous and extremely detailed to ensure you get your perfect smile! My daughter who’s 13 is now at the end of her phase 2 and her smile is looking incredible!!! I must mention that office staff is incredibly attentive and professional. We had a pleasure to work with Jen, dental hygienists, who always took her time to explain every step throughout this process! To me patient centered service goes beyond the technical delivery – it’s the way it’s delivered, with humanity and sensitivity. I highly recommend Dr. Salzer to my family and friends!

Both myself and my daughter (age 14) have been under the treatment of Drs. Lemchen and Salzer for the last few years, me with Invisalign and she with full orthodontia. As numerous others have attested, the Lemchen-Salzer combo are simply as good as it gets in NYC and I daresay anywhere else. Dr. Lemchen himself was instrumental in developing many of the devices and techniques used, so you’re truly benefiting from his expertise. There’s not a more state-of-the-art office to be found anywhere. Add to that the unrelenting good spirits of both Drs. and the entire staff, and you have as pleasant an experience as is possible in the world of Orthodontia. My highest recommendation for their professionalism, and equally as important, their hearts. Sincerest thanks to all.

Dr. Salzer and her team cared for me pre and post oral surgeries. Dr. Salzer is an intelligent and caring doctor and I always felt like I could ask her any questions or bring up any concerns during treatment and felt like she actually listened and cared about what I said. Dr. Salzer—as well as the other staff members within her practice—truly changed my life. She corrected my smile in a timely manner while also making the process as simple and pleasant as possible for me. Her dental hygienists are knowledgeable, the technology used in her office is advanced, and overall, her practice is extremely well-run. Awesome Orthodontic office!! Wish I could give 50 stars! Dr. Salzer is brilliant and I should know. I have known her for 25 years. She a beautiful human being inside and out. As a general dentist myself, I know amazing dentistry when I see it.  This is why I bring my 3 children to her and I completely trust her amazing aesthetic eye as well her orthodontic expertise for the health and function of my kids’ teeth. She’s obviously amazing at the straightforward ortho cases, but I also refer all complicated ortho cases to her only. Do yourself a favor and get to this office if you need braces, not all orthodontists are created equal.

I recently had orthodontic work done at this office and the experience was WONDERFUL from beginning to end.  I agree with another review – this is THE place to go for orthodontic work. The office is professional, efficient, very clean and organized yet warm, thoughtful, considerate and friendly- the absolute perfect example of how all medical practices should be run.  Dr. Salzer is very skillful, patient and kind and the work she did is beautiful and absolutely perfect.  I’m so grateful to have found an orthodontist who is brilliant, caring and meticulous in her work.

My 13 year old son and I were visiting New York from out of state. He was having problems with his new braces and needed to see an orthodontist immediately. The concierge at our hotel recommended Dr Salzer and Dr Lemchen’s office. The very friendly and efficient office staff was able to offer an appt within one hour. We saw and spoke with both doctors during the visit. They were very knowledgeable and offered first class treatment options. I highly recommend this practice.    Definitely 5 stars!

There is NO better orthodontist than Dr Salzer ! She is attentive, BRILLIANT and patiently answers every one of my million questions. I’m on week 18 of Invisalign treatment with her and the difference is really something exciting . My smile is wider, my teeth straighter and I am looking forward to finishing up in a few months with the teeth I had always hoped to have. I’m even whitening them with the Invisalign while I sleep! And I should mention her wonderful staff and state of the art office in a convenient location in the city . I consider myself and family lucky to be in this practice.

Dr. Salzer is not only a talented orthodontist she is also an amazing person. She is very friendly and approachable. As a mother of four she has a way of making the children she treats feel comfortable. Dr. Salzer is not like other doctors who use fancy medical terminology that I couldn’t understand. She will make sure you understand every step of treatment and does it with a smile. I’ve seen even the most nervous patients leave confidentiality because her happiness is contagious.  Not only will you be happy with your results, I guarantee you will also just enjoy being around her.
