I am almost 60 years old. My teeth have been very crooked for as long as I can remember, especially the lower ones. I remember asking my dentist in high school, if he would remove two bottom teeth because they were extremely overcrowded. I “knew” even then that my lower jaw just wouldn’t handle all the teeth. That dentist refused to even consider pulling the teeth, he said” look at me, I’ve still got all my teeth” and that “I would regret it later”. After talking with two people I respect, I decided to investigate the possibility of helping my teeth and having a better smile that would boost my self-confidence. The first orthodontist I went to for a consult wanted to pull a tooth and have me see an oral surgeon, not for me! Then I went to see Dr. Vaughn and was extremely impressed with his passion for orthodontia and compassion for people. He told me that not only surgery was not necessary, he wouldn’t even need to pull any teeth, YAY! I opted to include the OrthoPulse to help heal the jaw as my teeth were moving into place. I’ve now finished the alignment and am into the retainer. While it’s taking me a bit to get used to my new bite and the way my teeth feel in my mouth, I’m so happy with the results. Since I started on this journey, I have noticed not only more confidence in my smile but also more confidence in general. Thank you Drs. Leone & Vaughn for being there when I was ready.

Do not waste your time to find another orthodontist! Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn are the best ones. I used to afraid of pain caused by braces. Especially, I’m now 34 years-old and I thought it was too late to having it. However, I totally change my mind since I met Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn. My teeth are moving fast and my teeth don’t bothered me like I thought. I’m so happy with that. Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn are very highly experience, friendly, and enthusiastic. Both of them are teaching at UW, so they could apply new knowledge and technology faster than others. Not only them, but also their staff too. During my treatments, I have met assistants such as Rattana and Linda. They are very gentle, friendly, explain very detail for any my questions. One thing I love most is any tool they have used are very clean. They earn my trust. And the Elliott office is decorated so beautiful. Come and have braces with them. We will have beautiful smiles and will happy with the price we pay.

We have had a great experience! My son had an extremely complex diagnosis. We had consults with several orthodontists that left us unsure of the best approach, then we met Dr. Vaughn: It was clear he knew exactly what to do and how to get where we needed to be. After 4 years of treatment with Dr.s Leone, Vaughn and Davis we are nearly at the end. The transformation has been amazing. They resolved hidden concerns that left untreated would have resulted in significant concerns as he grows into adult hood. At every visit we were met with kind, professional staff. Personal Care Like No Other! I’m a 56 year old man who had braces in his teens. What a difference 40 years made in the technology. My first run with braces required a band around every tooth and the wire tightening every few weeks made eating almost impossible for at least 2 days. Not so this time around. I sought orthodontic care recommended by my periodontist who informed me that I only had two contact points and the stress was crushing the bone that supports my teeth. In short, I would lose my teeth if I didn’t do something. My choices were to have my jaw broken or see if orthodontics could do something for me. Drs. Paola and Gregory are a dynamic team by themselves but they come with impressive team members. They provided me with a very proactive treatment with an amazing attention to detail. The procedure they used was cutting edge and released me from the ordeal of having my jaw broken. I don’t think of them as Doctors only. I think of them both as Engineer \Mechanic \Artist. Accent on the Artist. They have 3 offices which makes getting there pretty darn easy and they make you feel like family. I never waited more than 5 minutes and their spaces are very clean, current with technology and nicely furnished. I will actually miss going to their office, believe it or not. Yes, you can find less expensive treatment, but you won’t get what I got. Love them!

When I arrived at Leone and Vaughn as an adult patient (over 50) I was a mess. Due to bad orthodontics earlier in life plus genetic factors, I had bone loss, gum loss and a front tooth that was sticking out at a forty five degree angle. Plus I had just had a tooth pulled due to an infection. Tuesday, the coordinator, was very kind and friendly and put me at ease immediately. I met with Dr. Vaughn, he listened to my concerns and we developed a plan to put my teeth back in alignment and try and reverse as much of the earlier damage as possible. Every appointment I was treated with professionalism and friendly concern from Dr. Vaughn and Dr Leone and their amazing staff. Every step of the way was explained to me in a very thorough and understandable way. Appointments were worked around my erratic work schedule as I live up in the North Sound and getting down to Seattle is only a twice a month trip. The front desk appointment coordinators are so friendly,flexible and easy to work with. Their beautiful Interbay office is state of the art with easy parking and a comfortable waiting area. They also have a great website where you can see payment info, confirm appointments and see pictures of you before and after, etc. It’s been 2 years in traditional braces, but it hasn’t really felt that long. I think that is because there was no stress, and my experience was such a positive one. My teeth look wonderful and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr Leone and Dr Vaughn!!

Awesome experience overall! I had invisalign for 16 months after having traditional braces as a kid and not wearing my retainer (won’t make that mistake again after paying for this round myself). They had a flexible payment plan which worked great for me. Everyone in the office was very helpful in answering all my questions from the consultation through my completed treatment. Top of the line equipment and office space, convenient location w/ free parking (important in Seattle since you are going to the office fairly frequently). It’s kind of like the Nordstroms of Orthodontics, they might not have the lowest prices but you come here for the service.

I’ve been having regular appointments at Leone & Vaughn for over a year, since getting my braces fitted. I can say without hesitation that they are a model for how any business should be run. One of the best aspects is that it does not feel like a trip to the orthodontist – both locations are clean, modern and well-run, with great coffee and pleasant music while you wait. A very “forward” looking business, and Drs. Leone and Vaughn have clearly gone to great lengths to ensure their customers are comfortable and well taken-care of. Also great for children – there’s a video game machine and it seems to be a very child-friendly environment. My appointments have always been on-time, with no waiting. The technicians are very skilled and gentle – I’m a fully-grown man, but a bit of a baby when it comes to metallic objects being inserted in my mouth – but at all times I feel like I’m in safe hands. I’ve been treated by Dr. Leone, Dr. Vaughn and Dr. Davis; all are highly talented and will really take the time to listen to your concerns and create the best form of treatment. Leone & Vaughn has exceeded my expectations in every way – plus in a couple of months my braces will come off, and I’ll have fantastic teeth. If they can make my teeth look perfect, I think that speaks for itself.

I’ve had braces 7 times, yes that’s right. When I was in fourth grade our family orthodontist put me in headgear which really messed things up. I needed times 2 and 3 for other legitimate issues, time 4 was to correct something time 2 didn’t finish (same guy times 1 & 2). Times 5 & 6 were to try and undo the over-correction the headgear caused. The problem with times 5 & 6 is I let a dentist talk me into invisalign. Not only was she of modest experience overall, but dentists aren’t who one should see to move teeth around. That’s what orthodontists are for. Lots of dentists are pushing invisalign because they see easy profits. But most dentists aren’t trained in orthodontia. It takes a lot of experience to get good at invisalign. If you want your teeth to be right, you should go to an orthodontist. And if you want it really right, wouldn’t you want to see an orthodontist with lots of experience? That’s LVO. I can attest all my problems are finally solved. Yes, they have a busy office that’s nice, because they are really good at what they do, and that drives demand. Also, because they are busy, you need to speak up if you have questions. I have pulled each of the three docs aside many times for questions. In sum, for me the results are what count, and I can’t speak for every ortho out there, but these folks are really good at what they do.

I always wanted to have braces for my teeth. Money is a big issue for me. I saw so many good reviews about Dr. Leone and Vaughn, so I decided to call them. They picked up the phone right away. She was very friendly. I asked her a lot of questions. She made me feel I was the youngest one to have braces even though I am 40. So I went for the appointment today. I only had to wait for a few minutes even though I was there 30 minutes earlier. Tuesday (she is one of the assistants.) took pictures of my teeth. Then Dr. Leone checked the pictures and talked to me with Tuesday in the room. They explained to me with full details of how they were going to fix my teeth. Then Dr. Leone thought they needed to take X ray so she can find out the problem with one tooth. Tuesday gave me the X ray right away. Dr. Leone was very friendly. I did not feel like seeing a doctor but a friend. Tuesday was too. She spent more time talking to me about the fee. It was expensive, I must say. I told her my difficult financial situation. She listened with patience. I even asked her if it was cheaper to do it in UW hospital. She said yes, I should go there if II had to save money. She even told me it was a good idea and the hospital was good, even though they are students, but the teachers help to make sure everything is high standard. I even asked her which doctor is better in UW. She said Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn teach there, she would ask them for me. Tuesday was extremely nice and honest. In about 2 hours after I left the office, Tuesday emailed me and told me. I copied her letter so you can see exactly how much they care! I only delete the amount of money they were going to charge me. “It was an absolute pleasure meeting you today! Dr. Leone and I spoke extensively after your visit and we would LOVE to care for you. You are so kind and genuine! I spoke to Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn about you seeking a few other opinions. I know you would be absolutely taken care of here at LVO. I know the cost of treatment can be prohibitive, Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn are very sensitive to that, They would be willing to reduce your treatment fee to $$$. This does not include the cost of the plate that you would need, but we hope it would make enough of a significant savings for you to start treatment with us. Again, it was so very nice to meet you. ” They reduced the price to be much lower! I could not believe it. I think they did it because they care about me. They care about my feeling of wanting them to help me but I could not afford. They just wanted to help me. They are not lack of business! I was there for an hour and there were patients waiting all the time. The dental chairs were all full. Every body was busy. THEY JUST CARE! THEY HAVE THE LOVE! I am writing this even though I have not decided to have treatment there. We need doctors and crews that really care about their patients.

It was amazing experience with Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn and Dr. David. I found them online and after the first consultation I decided to stay with them even I live 180 miles away from the office. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and they have very kind staff who seem to really care about Customer satisfaction. I had invisalign treatment by Dr. Leone & Dr. Vaughn and it has fully met my expectation and I’m very satisfied with the result. I had crowded teeth and in less than 20 months treatment using truly invisible aligners , my teeth looked better than I ever thought possible. Thank you Dr. Leone, Dr. Vaughn, Dr. David and the team. I strongly recommend Dr.Leone, Dr. Vaughn office to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist.

My daughter came in with some pretty big ortho issues. We got about 3 other consultations before we saw Leone and Vaughn. We trusted their opinion and chose to do my daughter’s treatment through them. They have their own lab which was important to us since we’d need things made. After a little less than two years my daughter went from not ever smiling in pictures to now cheesy smiling in all of them. I am so happy with their expertise, knowledge, and care. Not only are they awesome at what they do, but the entire staff has always been friendly and very helpful. Wish I could show a before and after pic because is amazing. Thank you for helping my daughter see the beauty in her smile that was always there.

It’s unbelievable what they were able to achieve with my teeth. I never wanted to use metal braces for my treatment, and they were able to fix my problem with invisalign when other dentist said my problem couldn’t be fixed with invisalign. They have great customer service and they study each patient case in detail. It’s also comforting to know that they have three orthodontist in the clinics that evaluate and work each case. Is like having three different opinions in the same clinic. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn are wonderful orthodontists. They are very friendly, and truly kind people. They took great care of me throughout the process of the Invisalign treatment. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their care and the professionalism of their work. My teeth look and feel amazing! Bonus – The only concern I had about Invisalign was that the doctors would have to “file” a few of my lower front teeth in order to move them into place. I can now assure you that this was no big deal. They took a fraction of a millimeter from the side of the tooth, and it did not require any numbing. If they recommend Invisalign, go for it!

While slightly overpriced, their smell of warm freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and friendly smiles throughout the entire establishment, make up for it. I had a tooth that was so far misplaced it looked like it didn’t exist, and after going to multiple orthodontists, every single one of them said they couldn’t fix it without braces, (which I didn’t want just starting a new job in a new city) until I went to Leone & Vaughn. They took this challenge and ran with it, using only Invisalign, they have been able to completely transform my teeth, with no pain and only smiles. I have been with them since the beginning of this year, and they have been amazing and worked with me every step of the way. From working with a few late payments, to replacing a retainer I lost, they are always on time with appointments and always beyond friendly. They make me feel important by knowing my name and greeting me, and providing excellent treatment plans. I would recommend everyone to come to L&V for a great orthodontic experience.!

My daughter Qulani is super excited that she will be getting Invisalign istead of the tradition braces. At Leone & Vaughn Orthodontic they offer Acceledent which will help accelerate the treatment time by half. I am glad that I choose this office for my daughter because we like lots of options. I greatly appreciate high professionalism of Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn. I were under the orthodontic treatment twice in my life – at the age of 9 (old- fashioned biteplane) and at the age of 27 (braces). The 2-year biteplane treatment was almost inefficient. The 1,5 year braced treatment was very painful an not very much efficient. Last year I encountered the dental problem that demanded new orthodontic treatment and my dentist recommended me Leone&Vaughn Orthodontics. Surely I thought about 2+ years of wearing uncomfortable appliances and a lot of pain and questioned the success of this idea. But my first appointment to Dr. Leone comforted me. I saw high professional doctors, helpful staff and perfect medical equipment. Every next appointment proved that I had made the right choice. The new-age appliances – invisalign – were comfortable and aesthetic. Orthopulse (orthodontic device that you need to use just 10 minutes a day) made the treatment absolutely painful and very fast. So fast, that I finished my really complicated treatment in 1 year (355 days to be exact). The staff was always friendly and helpful and Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn turned out to be not only great doctors, but very nice people as well. I am very happy with the result of this orthodontic treatment. Not only it resolved my teeth problem, but improved my facial features. I am very grateful to Dr. Paola Leone and Dr. Greg Vaughn for their great job and highly recommend Leone&Vaughn Orthodontics to everyone in need for orthodontic help.

Leone and Vaughn orthodontics provided a high quality and high hospitality experience. They are also flexible and will make it happen for the convenience of the individual, especially since there are three locations. All appointments have been carried out accordingly and had always been on time. You will get to meet Dr. Leone, Dr. Vaughn and Dr. Davis, depending on the location of your appointment and sometimes they will rotate between different locations. Awesome team and awesome work. I had a great experience getting Invisalign with Leone & Vaughn. I previously had braces in high school, and since then my teeth had shifted so I was no longer happy with how they looked. I was turned away from another orthodontics office in West Seattle because they said my teeth weren’t bad enough and “didn’t need Invisalign” – but Leone & Vaughn were welcoming and listened to my concerns. Now with some tweaks and a little straightening/widening of my smile, I love how my teeth look. The whole process was easy, painless and without any hiccups. Each person that I encountered was professional, helpful, and very kind – from receptionists, to the assistants, to the orthodontists. They make sure that you’re happy with the results, and they do their best to answer any questions you may have. After my initial treatment was supposed to be over, I told them I still wanted my smile to look a little “wider” and they were very accommodating, listening to what I wanted, and I ended up going through another set of treatments just so I could achieve the exact look I wanted. I appreciated that they worked hard to give me precisely what I was asking for to make sure I left happy. They do get busy because of their high number of patients, but I still felt welcomed and treated with care even though at times I did see different orthodontists. Their customer service is great and their facilities are very nice, which is a plus. I would recommend them to others who are thinking of getting adult Invisalign!

My journey began three years ago. That may sound long but I did not have an ordinary case, quite the opposite really. My wisdom teeth had come in fully impacted so badly my previous permanent retainer had broken off and all of my teeth shifted into a terrible cross bite. (Bottom back molars sat outside the top back molars). I began consulting with some of the highest ranked orthodontists in Seattle. The first three I met all gave me the same answer: we break your mid-palatal suture bone and expand surgically (SARPE). This suture bone (roof of mouth) fuses when you’re 13, and is not usually recommended for adults. The process is long, gruesome and extremely painful. Finally, I had my consultation with Dr. Vaughn. While he admittedly told me upfront there was not an exact clear cut path, as long as I was committed, we would find a way WITHOUT surgery! Low and behold they did!!! They made me a custom appliance for expansion, used a new non surgical procedure called “propel” that worked wonders on the crossbite, we used regular braces on the bottom and finished off with a round of Invisalign. Ultimately, I now have perfect teeth without the breaking of any bones! So what others called impossible was reality at Leone Vaughn and Davis. No matter which of three doctors you are working with, they never miss a beat. The atmosphere of all three offices is great, each catering to patients of all ages. Great and friendly staff that always greet you with a warm smile. Most importantly, accommodating with scheduling. Even though we moved with 6 months left in our treatment (myself and my husband) we flew out to finish up our treatment. After all that hard work there was no way I would transfer so close to the end. My husbands case was much more simple than mine, a nice quick painless round of Invisalign did the trick. (Less than a year). We would recommend anyone looking to have orthodontic work done go here! They treat you like family and really really know what they’re doing. (No wonder they teach at UW!).

Due to receding gums and lack of bone in my lower front, I was a special case. Dr. Leone gave me instant hope and confidence that it would be possible to fix the crowding of my lower teeth if I underwent the gum and bone graft surgeries. Over the course of the next few months I was really surprised with how fast my periodontal procedures healed and how quickly my teeth shifted. Less than a year later I began to see amazing results and a smile that I am so happy with. Dr. Leone and Vaughn are friendly, professional and caring and I would do the treatment all over again with them.

I was referred to Leone, Vaughn & Davis by my dentist Dr.Dan McKay. I never thought I would have straight teeth ever in my lifetime and am having a hard time recognizing myself ever since I got my braces off yesterday! I had an oral surgery to get rid of an impacted tooth in my upper jaw and to make room for more teeth since I have a small mouth. I was stressed by the possibility that I might have to have surgery on both jaws since neither of them line up correctly, but I could not afford either one. I was also told that I had one of the most severe cases they’ve ever seen, but they really put me at ease by treating me like any other patient. On top of having some extremely sensitive teeth and gums, I also came in with a fear of dentists since I had been previously traumatized by one with no bedside manner that took my wisdom teeth out about 4 years prior. The dental assistants that work for Leone, Vaughn & Davis are some of the most gentle, patient, kind hearted people I have ever met. I was always treated with care and respect. I had braces for about three years and just got them off yesterday. I now have an invisible retainer to hold them in place. I could not be any happier with my new smile! I highly recommend this business and nobody else. Thank you!

Today I got my braces removed and want to share my wonderful experience with Leone and Vaughn and their lovely staff. First of all, Leone and Vaughn are the most professional, result driven orthodontist I’ve ever had! I’ve had braces in the past but Leone and Vaughn have surpassed my expectations in service, quality and professionalism. I really mean it. They really do put patients first. For example, last Friday I thought they’d take my braces off but didn’t and I have a wedding to go to next week so they squeezed me in today (day before Thanksgiving) to take it off. I was really thankful and was given chocolates, wine and a pen in a bag so I could go home and celebrate no more braces! It really surprised me! Very lovely people 🙂 I also love the variety of colors and flavors the let you choose. They got everything! Today my impression was Pineapple flavor 🙂 Everything they do is fast because they have invested in good technology too. Which is great for everyone. Regarding procedures and treatment, Leone and Vaughn’s staff are very well trained and the way their business seems to run so smooth. I really like the procedure flow. Nothing is a surprise, they always tell you what they are going to do first before doing anything. When you talk with them, they will stop what they are doing and talk with you. Just little things like that can make a patient very special. There are days when it seems to be a bit rushed (orthodontists) but most of the time you’ll have an assistant by your side who is always with you to take care of your needs. And only twice did I feel a bit of discomfort but it was quickly mitigated (such as rough handling). Mind you I have a small mouth. Overall, I highly highly highly recommend Leone & Vaughn.

I’ve had a terrific experience with Drs. Leone, Vaughn, and Davis, and their staff. I have come out of my experience with them extremely satisfied and quite happy with the results. I had a rather gnarly case of crowding that necessitated extraction of four premolars, adjusting my crowns, and a long and rigorous treatment course. Right from the get go, their staff was very helpful in helping me understand the treatment options. We went through a lot of imaging and drew up an 18 month plan. Their office helped me set up all the pre-treatment surgeries per my convenience. Throughout the treatment, the staff was extremely professional and very conscious of my comfort. Most appointments were quick, and wait times at the office were usually very short. Scheduling appointments was about easy as it gets. They also offered a pretty solid payment plan that split the payments up over the course of my treatment at no additional expense. The treatment ended up lasting almost 22 months, but I do appreciate the attention to detail in the final few months. The work and equipment was always of impeccable quality. Over the entire duration, I had maybe one or two unplanned visits due to any issues with discomfort or breakage. I used the AcceleDent during my treatment. I would’ve liked to see more data in support of AcceleDent, but based on my own research, it does seem well grounded in science. The device apparently gets disabled after 18 months, but the company exchanged the device without any additional cost after confirming with LV&D that my treatment was still ongoing. Overall, I am a very happy client. My dental hygiene and aesthetics are way better than 2.5 years ago. I can vouch first hand for the improvements in self esteem and lifestyle that comes with this. I will strongly recommend LV&D for anyone looking to get any orthodontic work done.

As a child I underwent massive dentistry and orthodontic treatment and still had very crooked teeth. For a long time I wanted to get them fixed. But I didn’t want to have braces as an adult, and I wasn’t sure I could get my teeth fixed with invisalign. I visited several orthodontists and eventually went with Leone & Vaughn. They were a bit more expensive than some of the other doctors, but so far the expense has been well worth it. This operation is one of the most professional places I have ever been. They are efficient, timely, very kind, and know exactly what they are doing. The tech-forward mindset allows them to take advantage of the latest in greatest in orthodontic treatment. (I am amazed at how far it has all come in the last 10 years.) In fact, Leone and Vaughn are eons ahead of many of their local peers. I was able to do invisalign with acceledent (a new device that speeds up treatment), which I totally recommend. As a result, I am swiftly moving through treatment much faster than anticipated. In fact, although it has been less than a year since I started treatment, I will likely be done before my wedding at the end of the summer. My teeth are starting to look great with invisalign and I am very, very excited about the final product. The Interbay Office is also beautiful and the staff makes payments and scheduling incredibly easy. Plus, the early morning appointments make it possible to get treatment while minimizing time away from work. The best part about this place, however, is that Doctors Leone and Vaughn seem to know each and every patient and make an effort to connect during every visit. I used to dread the dentist and orthodontist, and I no longer do. I cannot imagine finding a better orthodontic provider. If you are considering invisalign or braces, go here.
