I’ve been going to Dr. Carpenter for years.  She is the best of the best.  Very straight-forward and caring at the same time.  Very gentle manner.  The hygienists are VERY thorough which, while sometimes painful, is important to me because of gum disease.  Cannot recommend Dr. Carpenter enough — and all her staff.

Wonderful dentist, and entire office. Dr Carpenter and all of the people who work here are super kind, patient, and also truly care about helping people. They are also are genueinly, passionately interested in teeth and dental hygiene. Very warm and comforting environment. I still go here even though I have moved away from the Pasadena area, I can’t imagine changing dentists! I love that the rooms all feature large windows that face into a small garden, it is very calming. Also parking is convenient. I have a serious phobia of anything dental (staring orthodontics at age 5 didn’t help) but Dr. Carpenter has helped with that a lot. This is a terrific office

Dr. Carpenter and her amazing staff are somewhat life changing! Dr. Carpenter and her team are sincere, kind, compassionate, and completely put you at ease. It’s so rare today to find such wonderful people that go above and beyond. And that’s just the first visit! When it comes to the work, Dr. Carpenter walks you through everything and explains the process thoroughly. I feel lucky to have found this family and finally look forward to going to the dentist, which I was almost certain I would never say!

Dr Carpenter is so careful and so thorough.  I’ve had good dentists and bad ones and Dr Carpenter is a full measure beyond great!  Very respectful and honest and won’t WON’T  do any unnecessary work. She does everything she can to be honest and conservative with your teeth.  I can’t say enough good about her office and her work.

Dr, Carpenter has been my dentist for a long time. She is very thorough, honest, focused, and looking out for the best interest for the patient. The staff are great too. Repeating myself, doctors looking out for the best interest for the patients deserve a 5 star anywhere.

Dr. Carpenter was strongly recommended by my long time dentist Dr, Yan of Sierra Madre, who checked her out thoroughly. He was right! She’s wonderful — gentle, careful, patient, ethical, personable. When you meet her you can tell you’re going to get the best treatment. The office staff is perfect too. She takes Delta Dental, if that’s a consideration.

I have been going here since I was a child, and never understood people’s fear of going to the dentist. I always enjoy being here, and especially interacting with Dr. Carpenter herself. She is an expert at what she does, gentle, and a truly kind-hearted person who remembers details about her patients’ lives. On the whole, her staff are the same way. Kind, gentle, pleasant to be around, and good at what they do. I will never want to go anywhere else.

I’m a relatively new patient and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Carpenter and her staff! I confess I am a total scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist. That’s why I wish there are more dentists like Dr. Carpenter out there. Had I found her years ago, it would have saved me so much pain and stress. She did an amazing job today with a procedure I’ve been putting off for years because I was so fearful of the prospect of pain. But the procedure was painless thanks to Dr. Carpenter’s gentle approach and the cosmetic result was flawless! I’m so thankful! If you’re in LA/Pasadena area and looking for a diligent, thorough, kind, extremely gentle, and patient dentist, then I’d highly recommend Dr. Carpenter.

My family has been going to Dr. Carpenter for 18 years.  She is absolutely the best with a very calm approach to young children or adults.  Her office staff, Mitzy and Julie are great.  You always feel like they are totally focused on you and will spend the time to needed to be sure you are taken care of.  Dr. Carpenter is great at answering questions and explaining why she is recommending any necessary work.  We are very happy to be her patients.

Dr. Carpenter is wonderful and so are Julie and Mitzy. I love that it’s an all-female staff. It makes me so comfortable to go to their office. It’s a very calm and respectful environment. They are so nice about listening to you and making sure you’re okay. Dr. Carpenter is good at answering all of  your questions and addressing any concerns you may have. I’m very happy to have found this office!
