I heard about Dr.Ghatri through a good friend of mine when I was in my late 30’s and the first time I met Dr,Ghatri for consultation I knew I will be in good hands, very professional and knowledgeable.My case was very challenging!! my whole life I wanted a prefect smile and Dr, Ghatri made it possible:) he’s a perfectionist and his assistant Anna was wonderful ,well trained and very professional as well. They were always on time and I never had to wait long for my app 🙂 I have been to Fairfax, Springfield and Reston office the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. I was done 2days ago,yes no more braces!!!! Big thank you to Dr,ghatri and Anna bc of you guys I will be smiling all the time.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Ghatri and his staff! Everyone is very informative and very straight to the point which I love! From the front office to the team in the back Everyone is very nice and patient. I have recommended my family here as well! I’m so happy with my results and will continue to recommend anyone to this practice!

Both of my children are currently getting treatment at YesBraces and I love everything about the office at the Fairfax location.  The office staff is so welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Ghatri is professional, and truly a nice guy.  I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for orthodontics.

I did a lot of research and went to many consultations before choosing an orthodontist as this was a decision that was very important to me. Dr. Ghatri made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment starting on day one. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I am the type that asks way too many questions an they are always ready to answer every single one workout hesitation.  Alysia  is my favorite assistant. I always make sure I schedule my appointments with her. She always makes my experience in the patient chair a positive one. I would recommend Lets Smile Dental to any and every person that asked.

Patient & gentle with my sensitive 11 year old & understanding with my 17 year old. We have been going for both pediatric dental & pediatric orthodontics for the past 3 years and have found the staff to be great to work with and all procedures done professionally. They work with us on insurance needs/changes and any concerns we have regarding our children’s care we feel are always heard. Very satisfied

We absolutely love this practice! We use them for both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. My kids are always extremely excited for their appointments. The staff is very friendly, thorough, and does a great job answering any and all questions. My daughter had to have two teeth pulled and they did a great job of making her feel comfortable during a process that can be very scary for a child. They also provide great incentives for the kids. My children really enjoy the tokens they get for the toy vending machines, which they can earn for wearing their Let’s Smile t-shirt, having a cavity-free check-up, etc. They are currently offering a candy buy-back program for Halloween. Their office is very inviting, bright, and colorful. There is always a great kids’ movie playing, a tablet for the kids to play games on, plus coffee, and water for the adults! I can’t recommend this practice enough.

I highly recommend!! I brought both my 9 year and 1 year old for checkups. The 9 year old was beyond impressed with the atmosphere. She had a cavity filled and in the past had to get shots without the laughing gas but here never knew nor felt a thing. She now wants to be a dental hygienist. My 1 year old enjoyed watching tv as they examined her teeth. We never wait long.

I am so pleased with my Invisalign results and with my experience with Dr. Ghatri and the Let’s Smile team. Dr. Ghatri is a top-notch orthodontist, but he still has the most kind and personable manner. At all times I felt like I was informed and part of the decision making process for my treatment plan. I also appreciate that Dr. Ghatri was genuinely concerned with obtaining a result that we both think is perfect, and he delivered. The office is very clean. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and very punctual for appointment times. They have very modern equipment and treatment methods. The pricing was straightforward and there were no hidden charges or extra costs during my 36 months of treatment. I liked the flexibility of monthly payments and options offered. I can’t recommend Dr. Ghatri enough. You only get one set of permanent teeth. Why settle for less than the best?

The staff is always so friendly! I’m doing Invisalign as an adult and they are willing to work with me and my insurance to make the payments possible. They are always so pleasant and nice. I ask a lot of questions but they answered them all happily and fully explained my treatment plan. I feel truly valued when in their chair. A great experience.

Your staff was absolutely fabulous! We had miss Amber for our hygienist and she was so kind and gentle with my little boys, it was their first time and my youngest he been through cancer. The Dr. we saw was extremely sweet and knowledgeable and gave me great guidance to navigate my kids future dental needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Thank you so much!

They are wonderful! The staff is super friendly and truly know how to deal with children. My daughter was very skeptical about going but she absolutely loves it now. She even asks to go back! I was able to get an appointment quickly and the wait in the waiting room was minimal. They’re awesome!

I love this practice. Been doing Invisalign here for about 2 years now. The doctors and hygienists really make this place shine. They always help provide a deep sense of comfort for orthodontic patients. For something like orthodontics that can be very uncomfortable, they make this a very good experience. The office staff do a great job as well. Any time that I call, I am always greeted with a friendly voice. When I show up for appointments, I am always provided a warm welcome. One hygienist there, Maria, went above and beyond the call of duty during my appointment the other day. While she was removing aligner attachments from my teeth, she went ahead and cleaned off all of the coffee stains from the rest of my teeth. Not only are my teeth straight now, but they shine thanks to her. All in all, the practice really lives up to its name, and if you are considering orthodontics, quit searching around and give this place a call! 10/10 recommend #invesalign #straightteeth #lemmeseedatsmile

Dr. Ali Ghatri and staff at Let’s Smile Dental in Reston are real pros when it comes to Invisalign. Even during this COVID-19 pandemic, they never stopped caring about my son and found a way via phone, email and virtually to show my son what to do for the next stage of the treatment. Amazing service! Everyone is so friendly and it’s a comfortable atmosphere for any age. I am a 47 year old professional and knew that getting braces again wasn’t an option. Dr. Ghatri assured me that alternative steps could be made and my smile would be back to normal! Dr Ghatri and the whole Lets Smile staff have been fantastic in their care of my son with both his dental and orthodontist needs. I couldn’t be more pleased with Let’s Smile Dental. The staff is friendly & professional. I really appreciate that they truly want to work with their patients. My 3 year old son needed some cavities filled, another dentist’s office told me I could not be in the room & that oral sedation was mandatory. This office was not only willing to have my husband & I present if we wished but was willing to try with just laughing gas & Novocain. My son said the dentist visit was “good” ! The work was done quickly & every effort was made by the staff to make him feel comfortable. I also appreciated that they provided me with a billing summary before the work began to ensure I understood what I would be paying & what treatment was occurring.

I had a wire that was poking me and when I called they got me in same day. My appointment was not only same day it was with my favorite tech. I can not say enough good things about Kait. Kait is the best tech, she is caring, quick and very good at what she does. She has made me feel so comfortable and relaxed anyone who gets her is lucky to have her as their tech.

The staff here is always very friendly and professional. We’ve been patients here for the last four years and always feel well taken care of. The facility is clean and inviting for the kids who may be a little nervous about the dentist. My youngest previously had anxiety about the dentist, but no longer! We love coming here.

My son and I were visiting form Seattle, and on our way to the airport he fell down the stairs. I immediately took him over to Let’s Smile. The staff was amazing! Within 2 minutes we were seated in a room and Dr. Ghatri was so kind and gentle with my son. They made a traumatic experience so much better, my son came in crying and left laughing and smiling 🙂 I cannot say enough about how professional and awesome everyone at this office is. This place is amazing! I have a special needs little boy with a seizure disorder and had trouble finding any dentist in the area who would even see him. Let’s Smile had no problem at all. The front desk is super friendly and inviting, the dental staff is warm, gentle and knowledgeable. They made me and my child feel very comfortable. They have great communication skills, flexible appointments and always take the time to explain any concerns you may have. I love them there. I highly recommend this place to anyone with children.

We went in today for my two year olds first visit to this location. My wife found out about the location when they had a booth set up in Fairfax Corner. We live very close and the staff was so friendly, we scheduled the appointment. When I took my daughter in, the staff was very friendly. I had to fill out all the initial paperwork. While I was doing this, my daughter was able to play. They have a really neat room with lots of cartoons, toys, books and video games. There was also a TV screen in the main waiting area that was playing Sofia the First. After filling out the paperwork and a little play, we were called back to be seen. They have Frozen playing on the screens in front of the chairs. The young lady was extremely nice talking to my daughter. She was doing everything she could to familiarize my daughter and try to put her at ease about the equipment. They have several different flavors of tooth paste to use for the cleaning. My daughter is very shy, so she wanted me to brush her teeth and the staff was okay with that. I think they just wanted to make sure that it was being done. While we were doing that, another staff member walked by and actually recognized my daughter from the event they had out in Fairfax Corner. Pretty cool. She asked if my daughter would like a balloon and what color. Being a two year old, of course she would love a balloon. She soon returned with one in hand. The Dentist came shortly later and gave my daughter a look over and then counted her teeth and gave a few suggestions on how to manage her flossing and foods to stay away from. Towards the end, we were given a shirt and a token for a toy to get afterwards. They stated that if we wore the shirt to the next appointment, we could have two tokens. So, we wrapped it up. Every one said bye with a smile. We used the token to get my daughter a small bouncy ball and we were on our way with the next appointment time written on a card. It went very well. Very friendly staff. Thank you!

It was my child’s first trip to the dentist and it went better than I expected. The waiting room is very inviting for children, the front desk staff were patient and curious, and the duo who worked with my child in the room were amazing! I definitely plan on making this my child’s permanent dentist and would recommend them to everyone.

From beginning to end there was great information, all questions answered in great detail, with a smile and great attetude! We had visited several other Dr’s but Dr Ghatri and staff were the best! They put you at ease from the moment you walk in to the time you walk out. I recommend everyone with kids of 8 years and up to go to him. My 13 year old is starting with him this summer and my 8 year old is due to go for check up in a few weeks.
