Lifetime Family Dental is the best! I have been going to them for about 10 years now. I used to drive all the way to Ahwatukee before they moved to Gilbert, right around the corner from me. They are always so friendly and accommodating with your schedule. The entire staff is awesome and I have never had any bad experiences with the people or services. Got my very first root canal/crown from them and they promised it wouldn’t hurt and after hearing many horror stories from friends about root canals I was terrified, but LFD stuck to their word and it really didn’t hurt! Got my permanent crown in less than an hour too! I highly recommend this place!

To whom it may concern, My wife had Dr. Norton do a substantial amount of work on her teeth including crowns and implants. We were extremely happy with the results on her teeth and they look fantastic. I have worn an upper denture for 59 years. I was forced to get a lower denture including implants about four years ago. I was never comfortable with the fit or feeling of the new dentures and my bite was horrible. Additionally, because the dentures were not designed and built correctly, my ears started ringing, enough so, that it would become very irritating at times. We talked with Dr. Norton and he explained why I was having trouble with my bite, ears ringing, etc. We decided to let him build a complete set of new dentures for me the way they should have been in the first place. In the combined 59 years that I have worn dentures including new dentures, relines and implants, I have never had the expertise, care and perfectionism that Dr. Norton provided me. There has been a substantial reduction in the ringing in my ears and it will probably go away in time. One of my implants was not straight and he designed a locator that allowed the implant to function correctly. Dr Norton’s staff is very open, friendly and caring. They are flexible on getting you in for adjustments and always welcoming. We highly recommend Dr. Norton and his staff to anyone wanting quality dental work at affordable prices. John & Elaine

I just have to share how amazing the team at Lifetime Family Dental was today. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and they were so amazing. They gave me a free exam and X-ray to see the cause of my tooth pain and informed me that my previous dentist tried to pretty much rob me. They worked with me financially and truly put me at ease and even talked to me about my anxiety in a way that was so respectful and not demeaning. They truly were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

I wanted to personally thank Dr. Norton and the team that works at this office.  I went in for a root canal and 2 crowns and I had a lot of fears coming into the practice.  The office took such great care of me and Dr. Norton made me feel at ease.  The work was painless and looks fantastic and it was all done in less then 2 hours.  I would recommend this office to anyone who wants a great dentist and a great experience doing something we don’t all love to do.

We recently started going to Dr. Norton and are very please with the care we received from him and the staff! My daughter had a cavity filled and was very nervous when we arrived. They staff set her up with a Netflix movie showing right above her head so she could focus on that while they worked. My kiddo really appreciated the distraction. I had a crown replaced and was impressed that they could make and put the new crown in so quickly.

Dr. Norton; wow…the best dentist ever; a great human being, and a very nice man. That’s the ingredient for which a great doctor is made of. I had a broken filling and it was replaced with a crown; didn’t hurt one bit. I would never have thought going to a dentist would be so pleasant. His staff deserves a shout out too – thank you ladies! It was a pleasure. Dr. Norton is a great blessing to his profession. I can’t give enough hallelujahs for this mankind. Best Dentist and service EVER! Why make multiple trips for root canal, temporary and crown when Dr. Norton DOES IT ALL…in ONE VISIT!!! WOW, what a concept. And not only is it one stop shopping, his prices were LOWER than my other dentist. So happy with his work and willingness to stay late and work on my tooth when it was evident I would not be able to make it through the weekend without becoming addicted to pain killers. I am SO GRATEFUL that a friend referred me to this practice.

Lifetime Family Dental is one of the BEST Dental practices I have ever been to and I will NOT go to another one as long as they are around. Dr. Keith Norton and his entire staff are professional, polite and energetic. They saved me from months/ (years?) of incomplete dental services and have recovered my faith in the profession. I love this dentist. I’ve been going here for about five years. He’s done lots of good work. I just had an emergency where one of my front teeth that I had repaired by another dentist fell out. He got me right in and fixed the tooth and did it for a very reasonable price. I didn’t realize how vain I was until I tried walking around without my front teeth. It was terrible. We had to drill into my skull and literally place a half inch screw into my head. Incredible. We had to do some bone grafting and repair some bone material and finally some stitches to clean it all up. I was sore the first day after and luckily I got some meds for that. But since then I’ve been awesome. It’s healing well and I haven’t had any pain since that first night. I like that this dentist has the machine that makes the molar right in his office so everything is usually a one day repair. He’s good with a needle and gentle and stuff so I usually feel pretty good while I’m there. I really like the staff, esp marny, she’s awesome.

Dr. Norton and his staff are always friendly and take good care of me and my teeth. I love that I can have a crown in one office visit. I appreciate that I have all my options explained to me before I need to make a decision about my dental care. Bottom line: when I come to Dr. Norton and his staff, I know my mouth is in good hands.

This practice was originally owned by a different doctor that moved from Ahwatukee. Allison was at the original practice and moved to Gilbert. I love the staff then and now!  Super clean environment. Dr. Norton is always the same, courteous, professional, recommends treatment and never pushes. The hygienists give tips on cleaning teeth and gums to minimize long term issues and keeping a healthier mouth. I highly recommend because the atmosphere is friendly, everyone is received with a welcome and they know your name.  Last, I am prudent about my out of pocket costs and I make arrangements if the the cost for a procedure will be over my budget.

I have been coming to Dr Norton and his staff for 3 years. I moved to San Francisco for a year and a half, and still came back to the Gibert office for ALL of my dental needs during that time. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff and Dr Norton is second to none. The technology in the office allows for a one time visit for crowns! They are made while you wait; eliminating the need for a temporary and another day off from work. And the skill and gentleness Dr Norton possess is exceptional! I live 40 miles away and pass MANY dental offices to come to Lifetime Family Dental.

I’ve been going to Life Time Family Dental for years and can’t begin to tell you how much you feel like family. They know me and my husband both and ask how we are doing when the other comes in for a visit. I’ve had to get cavities filled and two crowns and have the utmost care and attention. They are quick and efficient with a clear understanding of what is being done during the procedure. The assistants and dentist alike are friendly and approachable making it a relaxing atmosphere.

I’ve gone to Lifetime Family Dental starting in Ahwatukee and switching to the Gilbert office after they left. Even though it is far from my home the care that you get at this dental practice is worth it. Their staff is very nice and personable. Dental procedures have been pain free and easy. When I had a problem with something I had done they got me back in the next day and had it fixed.

I have been to quite a few dentist in my lifetime and the folks at Lifetime Family Dental are by far the best.. I have had my entire upper re-crowned in the last year and, while having that amount of work done is not what I would call “Fun”, the staff always makes my visits very enjoyable and hassle free. Dr. Norton always takes the extra time to explain the process and his recommendations in terms I can understand and usually gives several options when discussing treatment plans. If you are looking for a great dentist (both front and back office) these guys are it..

Me and my husband have been going to Life Time Family Dental for about 2 years now. the first year we only had cleanings done at the clinic with an amazing Allison. the second year, I needed to have a crown which the Dr did an incridble job. I have had 4 crowns before from different clinics and none had been so amazingly shaped and fit for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had been dealing with a toothache from a deep cavity filling for months and struggled to get in to my dentists office and get it fixed for about the same amount of time. Finally the pain got so bad one night it actually woke me up so that day I made an appointment for 9am that morning. They got me in super fast and the entire staff was very friendly. They decided that a root canal would have to be done on the tooth and offered to do it that same visit. Dr. Norton was super quick and gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time and got rid of the toothache immediately. I would highly recommend this office to absolutely anyone

Excellent, excellent and even more excellent! Staff is amazing, Dr. Norton and Dr. Talbott are caring, knowledgeable, trustworthy, take their time with you and explain everything. I went in for an emergency extraction with Dr. Talbott. Everyone was wonderful so I made appointments for my husband and two boys and saw Dr. Norton. Since, we have all been back and had a great experience every time. Even my youngest (7 yrs) who was terrified LOVED this dentist. I have and will continue to recommend them!

I was very happy with my experience at Lifetime Family Dental. When I arrived for my appointment on Saturday morning, the staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. The hygienist who was thorough and gave me some great tips on preventative care, many of which I had not heard before. Dr. Norton was personable and professional. He recommended a couple of options for my situation, but he never pushed me towards anything that he didn’t think was necessary. He just laid out the information, gave me his opinion, and let me make up my own mind. If you want a dental office with professional and efficient staff with great customer service, this is the place for you!

Upon my first visit with Life Time Family Dental, they showed me how much they really cared about me and my needs. I came to Dr. Norton with a pain I was having in my teeth; he reviewed my issue, did a couple tests, and told me it’s just sinuses, and he was right! He is a sincere and honest guy. I also have had my teeth cleaned by Allison who is such a sweet heart. She has gentle hands, makes you feel comfortable, and has a great personality. I highly recommend Life Time Family Dental to all my friends and family!

I have been going to Lifetime Family Dental for almost a year now. In the last year I had to have 3 root canals + crowns, another crown and 1 full on implant + extraction. I was obviously really uncomfortable about my teeth because I did not have insurance for about three years and they just rotted. So one of my biggest requirements in the search for a new dentist was for a kind one. The last two I had gone to, many years ago just berated me for not caring for my teeth, and I’m pretty thin skinned so it made me feel pretty bad about myself. Doctor Norton is probably the nicest and best dentist I’ve ever met, at no point did I feel ashamed of my busted up mouth. During the procedures I did not feel any pain whatsoever, and I mean to the point where I was actually amazed. Literally the only discomfort I felt was my legs falling asleep. I have seriously had paper cuts more painful than those root canals. I drive 40 miles to get there and have no plans whatsoever to look for a closer dentist. As long as Doctor Norton is practicing I will be going to him for all my tooth related needs. I can not recommend him highly enough. Every single staff member/assistant I’ve met there has been extremely nice also. The ladies up front are all incredibly kind and welcoming, and they always remember me. I have never felt like just another patient. Everyone is extremely friendly and I honestly can not think of a single bad thing about this place. My girlfriend also had her wisdom teeth extracted here and likewise felt no pain nor discomfort at any point. She didn’t even say anything embarrassing too which is pretty cool. [Also I just want to add that other than being a patient here, I’ve no affiliation with the place whatsoever. I was not in any way compensated for this review. Nice office. The dental assistants were very friendly and supportive. Dr. Norton is professional and easy going. While the procedure I underwent was unpleasant, I felt like I was in good hands. It is so important to feel comfortable, relaxed and reassured when seeing a dentist. You can watch something on Netflix during your procedure. Very cool.

This dentist and his staff are truly a blessing! I was always convinced that most dental and orthodontic offices were in it for the money but the office staff and the dentist genuinely care about their patients! I have yet to find another dentist and staff with such big hearts! I will be a forever patient of theirs for the way they cared for and treated my 9 yr old autistic nephew when they could have turned him away due to his age and severity of his condition.

Thank you so much Lifetime Family Dental.  Travelers nag to the area on vacation when I developed throbbing tooth pain.  Called the office around 8:30 in the morning and they had me in their office by 11:10!   Thank you so much to all the great staff and Dr Norton. If you live in the community or are traveling through, they do a great job.

2 month follow up – I went in for my first cleaning at LFD 2 days ago. They have the BEST office staff and I got to meet Alison at my cleaning appointment. WHAT a nice lady, and you know, you can tell within a day or two that a cleaning was done right. I have serious gum/teeth issues and she was understanding and gentle while still getting down to serious business and explaining what she was doing the entire time . We had a meaningful conversation regarding my oral hygiene and I immediately booked my next appt in 3 months. What a PLEASURE Dr Norton’s office and staff are to deal with!! Makes your whole existence easier to take even when you know you have complicated issues to discuss. Those with routine requirements should really LOVE this place!!

I adore Dr Norton and his staff. He is gentle and caring and always tries to give me options rather than telling me what it is I have to do. He did a dental implant for me last year and has helped me numerous times with crowns that had fallen off. They always do their best to get me in asap esp in emergency situations. Lifetime Family Dental is top notch! Dr Norton and his staff always have the clients best interest in mind. My most recent visit was a crown replacement and a couple of fillings. They were able to perform all of my dental needs in one visit. I travel often and have little time for return visits. This office is always accommodating to my schedule and go out of their way to ensure I have the best care. Lifetime Family Dental was recommended to me, and, because of the excellent care me and my family received, I too recommend them to others whenever I can.

Going to the dentist is never really on the list of fun things to do but I am always happy to because Dr Norton and all the staff are so wonderful. Always cheerful and nice. He has great bedside manner, always calm and always educates on what is happening, why is doing a procedure, and what I can expect. He is her good with children too. My 7 year old needed a tooth removed. She was very scared and was not being very cooperative. Dr Norton continually talk to her encountered and explain exactly what she needed to do and when it was all finished she was happy and not traumatized one bit. It is also nice that they have the option to watch a movie while you were getting work done.

This is the BEST dental office in the East Valley. Dr. Norton is a wonderful person and a highly educated dentist. He uses the most recent technology offered. His staff are also very friendly and helpful.  The costs of the services are  NOT inflated and they will work with you if at all possible. This dentist office has taken all the stress and anxiety away for me related to dental visits. After one visit, you will never go anywhere else.

I came to Life Time Family Dental in Winter 2011. I got my top two wisdom teeth removed. The service was friendly. I had an x-ray appointment followed by the actual day. The staff was friendly. It was a quick day. They followed up with me a few weeks later and I was able to come back for free to check how I was healing. 3 years later and my teeth healed nicely. In general I would recommend them. Originally I was going to use them again for my bottom but we moved out of the area. They take people with no insurance which is what I had! Thanks so much

Dr. Norton and his team treat our entire family, 3 generations! We are always greeted by name, we never wait long and Dr. Norton and his staff never make us feel like just a number. We are never rushed and it’s always a pleasure to visit with them. Dr. Norton is thorough and explains necessary treatments in a clear and concise manner and always makes sure we are comfortable. On a more personal note, Dr. Norton donated toothbrushes and toothpaste to a mission trip my daughter and I are going on and we are very touched by his generosity. Thank you so much!!

I’ve never even written a review before, but because of the kindness and professionalism of this team, I felt compelled to write. Walking in the door you are greeted by people who make you feel that they are truly happy to see you.  They care, and they ask questions about your life, remembering what you talked about last time you were there. I feel like I’m visiting friends, it’s amazing. I get a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but they make you feel so at home that the anxiety is greatly reduced. Just recently, the day before my husband and I were leaving for Greece, my husband’s filling came out. We called and they were closed. I left a message explaining the situation and within a few minutes, Dr Norton himself called and told us he would  meet us at his office in a few minutes! What? I have never heard of such a thing. He was so kind and he didn’t act the least bit put out. He is such a wonderful dentist and such a good, kind man.  I can’t say enough about Lifetime Family Dental. I would never go anywhere else.
